This research tries to find key indicators of community involvement in ecotourism management that can ensure that local communities are involved and take part in ecotourism activities must uphold the values of ecotourism, minimize negative impacts; build awareness and appreciation of ecosystems and culture; provide positive opportunities for visitors and hosts; provide direct financial benefits for conservation; provide monetary benefits and empowerment for local residents and increase the hospitality of rural communities. This study uses a desk research method with data and information search techniques online, secondary sources, and other sources of scientific publications. Meanwhile, the analysis technique used is a descriptive qualitative analysis technique, analogy, and comparison of several research results and other scientific publications related to ecotourism management problems. The ecotourism which is directly adjacent to the conservation forest be able to measure the success based on community participation that namely the MOA method which consists of Motivation, Opportunity, and Ability can be used. The ecotourism which is located in the middle of a village or village settlement can be measured by first that ecotourism can integrate nature and tourism so that (1) a unique tourist attraction that is completely different from other types of tourism, (2) optimally maintains nature according to its main function, (3) can encourage the community's economy as a whole, both the community, investors, and local governments, (4) integrating nature and the tourism system to form attractive tourist attractions in the future. The second conclusion is that ecotourism as an opportunity for local workers and attracts government interest (1) can involve local workers as personnel in its operations, (2) attracts government attention to building public facilities, (3) attracts government attention to providing public transportation, terminals, systems passenger safety, information systems. Objective: This initial research is to determine the market potential and sustainabelity Bali ecotourism destination related to the five ecotourism destinations, namely West Bali National Park, Lake Buyan Area, Batur Geopark Museum, Bali Mangrove Denpasar, and Lembongan Mangrove Klungkung. Method: This study uses descriptive statistics powered by the Google Trends Tool to determine the popularity of the five ecotourism destinations in Bali, namely West Bali National Park, Lake Buyan Area, Batur Geopark Museum, Bali Mangrove Denpasar, and Lembongan Mangrove Klungkung. Results: The West Bali National Park area is the most popular ecotourism, then Bali Mangrove Denpasar, Batur Geopark Kintmani, Lembongan Mangrove, and finally the Lake Buyan area. Ecotourism in Bali has a fairly strong tourist market segmentation in some of the countries such as Australia, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, and Germany. The five Ecotourism areas in Bali have experienced fluctuations in visitors in the last five years from 2018 to the present. However, West Bali National Park, Batur Geopark Museum, and Bali Mangrove are almost stable. Conclusions: This research shows that Bali tourism destination managers can direct the promotion of ecotourism to several destination countries Australia, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, and Germany which are indicated as tourists who have a strong interest in ecotourism.
High-quality tourism destinations nowadays become the expectations of tourism stakeholders. However, these quality tourism destinations do not have a definition and key performance indicator that can be used as a measurement indicator, so this research is necessary. This study tries to measure the quality of tourism destinations based on the perspective of Bali tourism respondents. In this survey, the attitude of the respondents was measured using a choice of 5 Likert scales that directly asked their attitude towards various indicators on two elements, namely the tourist quality variable and the destination quality measurement variable. The results of a survey of 200 informants illustrate that the respondents' views on all indicators that are considered as indicators of measuring the quality of tourists and indicators of tourism destinations. They can be used as indicators to measure other destinations with adjustments according to their conditions. The novelty in this studies is three factors that have been formed key factors of tourism destination quality. The first is named the quality beautiful destination and unique attraction. The second factor is named quality tourist spending and respect local culture minded. The third factor is named the quality climate and weather condition and infrastructure.
this research was conducted to determine what variables influenced the e-money usage decision model during the Covid-19 pandemic. The survey involved 160 respondents during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a quantitative approach using structural analysis of the SEM-AMOS model. A person's decision to use e-money is significantly influenced by concerns about Covid-19 transmission when they leave the house. Other variables are the frequency of someone searching for news about Covid-19, transaction behavior, ease of electronic money, efforts to attract the use of E-Money by service providers, and the use of cash when COVID-19 does not have a significant effect. Suggestions that can be given if e-money services want to increase public interest in using non-cash services, it is necessary to increase the security of transactions and provide facilities or service features that can be accessed from home.
