Driving school was born from an education system that was worried about the occurrence of loss learning during the Covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to examine qualitatively descriptively about the implementation of literacy and numeracy learning in the students of SD Negeri 16 Siantan, North Pontianak, as one of the selected driving schools in the province of West Kalimantan. This research method is qualitative, by collecting primary data generated from field observations (schools), interviews with several related parties such as school principals, classroom teachers, students, and campus ambassadors teaching 3 (KM 3) and supported by data secondary data obtained from references or literature relevant to the research topic. Based on the research activities carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of driving curriculum-based learning related to literacy and numeracy skills has been carried out well even though it requires adjustments to room conditions and the limited supporting facilities available. The number of students in the study group and the learning support model tools determine the effectiveness of learning with an independent curriculum.
Long Term Care (LTC) insurance is a type of health insurance. One of the LTC products is Annuity as A Rider Benefit. This insurance provides benefits for medical care costs during the term and death benefits if the insured dies. This insurance product can be modeled with a multi-state model. The multi-state model is a stochastic process in which the subject can switch states at a specified number of states. This paper discusses the calculation of LTC insurance premiums with the Annuity as A Rider Benefit product using a multi-state model for critically ill patients in Indonesia. The state used consisted of eight states, namely healthy, cancer, heart disease, stroke, died from the illness from each disease, and died from others. The premium calculation also utilized Markov chain transition probabilities. The data used were data on Indonesia's population in 2018, data on the prevalence of cancer, heart disease, stroke, and Indonesia's 2019 mortality table. The stages of this study were calculating the net single premium value, benefit annuity value, and insurance premium value. The case study was conducted on a 25 years old male in good health following LTC insurance with a coverage period of 5 years. It was known that the compensation value for someone who dies was IDR 100,000,000 and the interest rate used was 5%. The calculation results obtained an annual premium of IDR 5,308,915 which was then varied based on gender and varied interest. Insurance premiums for men were more expensive than for women since men had a greater chance of dying. Then, the higher the interest rate taken; the lower premium paid. This was because the interest rate is a discount variable.
The rapid development of world technology has a major influence in the world of education and can be used to support learning activities. Regarding the rapid advancement of computers, statistics learning can be done with many online computer simulations. Computer simulation and visualization in supporting statistics learning is necessary to design program well. This can increase interest, motivation and understanding in learning statistics both theory and application, so it is not boring. Many frameworks can be used to build website-based applications; one of them is the Shiny Web Framework. Shiny is a package of the R programming language that makes the users easily build web-based applications. By using R-shiny, the users are not required to master R program because it has friendly and interactive web-based menus. Therefore, R-shiny is very good as a complement in statistic learning that the users are able to focus more on statistical concepts without being limited their ability to master statistical software.
Campus Teaching is one of the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) programs initiated by the Ministry of National Education in and the momentum of its implementation starting in February 2021, known as Campus Teaching Pioneers or KM 1. It is the government's hope that with this program it will be able to improve soft competencies. skills and hard skills from college graduates, which are relevant to technological advances and the needs of the times. Campus Teaching Ambassadors 2 (KM 2) who are placed in State Elementary School No. 15 Segedong, consist of 4 students from 3 different universities, and with various study program backgrounds, are expected to improve the quality of learning services at the school even though in all aspects. limitations due to the Covid 19 pandemic. This research is descriptive qualitative, which describes in a structured way the implementation of this teaching campus program by the KM 2 team including learning process activities, technology adaptation and school administration improvements. From the evaluation carried out in the middle and at the end of the activity, it was shown that the KM 2 team at the school had carried out a series of assigned obligations.
Penyakit infeksi saluran pernafasan atas (ISPA) adalah salah satu penyakit infeksi virus yang banyak terjadi saat munculnya kabut asap pada setiap musim kemarau tiba, terutama pada anak kecil. Kebakaran lahan baik disengaja ataupun tidak telah menjadi pemicu utama menebalnya kabut asap di wilayah Kalimantan Barat, termasuk hampir di seluruh wilayah Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk mengedukasi masyarakat agar dapat mengatasi kemungkinan munculnya penyakit infeksi saluran nafas atas (ISPA) akibat asap dari kebakaran lahan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan hari Sabtu, 6 Oktober 2021 dengan metode ceramah oleh tim pelaksana, dihadiri oleh 20 warga masyarakat Desa Mekar Baru, disertai dengan pembagian masker kepada setiap peserta. Materi yang disampaikan dievaluasi dengan melakukan tanya jawab di akhir kegiatan, di mana semua pertanyaan/quiz yang disampaikan oleh tim pelaksana dapat dijawab oleh peserta.
