Online learning is the key to the implementation of learning in the Covid 19 pandemic and the New Normal era. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the e-learning course on subjects ‘Learn and Learning’ with Moodle-based for prospective teachers in Indonesia. This research was conducted using the Berg and Gail development method. The development instruments were validated by experts, and further product development was carried out in an integrated and simultaneous manner by the Higher Education Research Consortium Team (KRUPT) from Padang State University, Malang State University, Jakarta State University, Medan State University and Surabaya State University. This product is declared valid by the Expert, both in content, design and IT. Tests were limited during the Covid 19 pandemic and data collection was carried out online. Data collected in the form of an online questionnaire to student respondents (n = 40). Based on respondent questionnaire data, this product was declared to be very suitable for online learning, reaching 3.967 which indicated the highly acceptance level. Based on this research, it was concluded that e-learning products for subjects with learning and learning subjects could be widely used in the Educational Personnel Education Institution in Indonesia.

The format of community behavior in the 4.0 industrial revolution shows a distinctive transformation. Accordingly, this study aims to find out ways to develop social studies learning, so that social studies learning can conform to the trends of those changes, especially in the developing of attitudes and skills dimensions. This study used a literature review method, which was applied to Dick and Carey's instructional development design. The research subjects were academic works in educational scope and the related studies published in reputable international journals. The collected data was analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the revitalization of social studies teaching can be done by focusing on three domains. First, the formulation of goals (what competencies you want to build on your pupils). Second, the organization of teaching materials (what are the materials and how pupils can achieve these competencies). Third, evaluation techniques (how to know that the competencies have been achieved). The implications of these results confirm that social studies learning should be contextual (based on sociocultural environment), factual (based on reality), and actual (based on current issues).
This paper aims to develop computer supported collaborative learning to improve geographic literacy. This study used research and development with the ASSURE model. The results of this development are in the form of basic geography concept modules with 3 videos integrated into e-learning. The media and material validation show that the product developed was very good and worth testing. In addition, the results of media validation by taking into account indicators of attractiveness, efficiency and effectiveness, were declared very good and students were enthusiastic about learning to use this media. This product can be an alternative medium for the 21st century learning environment that applies e-learning in the learning process.
Disaster is a threat to the tourism sector. The losses incurred both material and non-material are one of the tangible forms of interaction between the tourism sector and the disaster phenomenon. This study aims to provide an overview of the preparedness of the community in the area of tourism in responding the phenomenon of disaster and its implications for the tourism sector. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the community lacked preparedness in facing disasters. Indicators of assessment of preparedness including preparedness for knowledge and attitudes, policies, emergency response plans, disaster warning systems, and resource mobilization. The lack of community preparedness for disaster risk has implications for disaster mitigation management that is not working correctly according to tourism management standards.
The educators must be getting out of their comfort zone and carry out cultural transformation. Educators need to do a mindset reconstruction and take concrete actions to improve learning. One of the study material in social studies learning that needs to be improvised, namely historical content. Learning that contains historical content now faces many problems or problems. These problems include; 1) weak use of theory, 2) lack of imagination, 3) reference to state oriented textbooks, and 4) tendency to not pay attention to the phenomenon of globalization. This research method uses a research design for developing a 4-D model (four D models). The results show that the material validation developed has a percentage value of 88.75%. Media validation obtained a percentage value of 91.66%. Auhors concludes that the multimedia developed has been valid and feasible to be tested. In order to package social studies learning that contains historical content with interest and is able to project past events in front of students it requires improvisation and innovation in the learning process. To realize that, we have to use an interactive multimedia.
Learning in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 has shifted the role of learning teachers to confirm teachers. This research aims to analyze the acceptability of e-learning products in Educational Basic Courses (MKDK) of Education Professions for students at the Educational Institution (LPTK) in Indonesia. In this study conducted by the Borg and Gall development method, and the testing process is carried out online. Analysis of product feasibility using online questionnaires to 40 respondents. The result is an instrument of development declared valid by experts, both in substance material, learning design and information technology (IT). Based on the questionnaire score analysis, e-learning products have a high acceptance score, which is 3.88. This figure means that MKDK e-learning products in the Educational Profession have high feasibility, so they can be implemented for online lectures for LPTK students in Indonesia.
Abstrak: Kehadiran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi selama ini telah membawa perubahan bagi masyarakat. Hal itu membawa konsekuensi berupa masalah digital divide bagi negaranegara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Selama ini peran perempuan dalam perkembangan teknologi informasi masih belum banyak jika dibandingkan dengan laki-laki. Ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan digital divide kaum perempuan yaitu tingkat ketrampilan dan pendidikan, masalah bahasa, keterbatasan waktu, adanya stereotipe seksi yang disematkan pada perempuan sehingga mudah dilecehkan, dan norma budaya serta sosial yang berkembang. Mengingat pentingnya masalah ini, sudah saatnya untuk melakukan tindakan guna memastikan bahwa perempuan di Indonesia dapat mengaktifkan dirinya di era informasi. Adapun upaya untuk mempersempit digital divide pada perempuan diantaranya literasi informasi, menghilangkan diskriminasi gender, membangun kebijakan dan budaya gender yang transformative, dan meningkatkan skill dan kompetensi dengan Bimtek TIK. Sekarang ini perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah berkembang secara pesat. Adanya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memudahkan masyarakat untuk belajar dan mendapatkan informasi yang mereka butuhkan dari mana saja, kapan saja dan dari siapa saja. Ketika informasi telah menjadi suatu komoditas penting dalam kehidupan manusia, masyarakat telah masuk ke dalam satu era baru yakni era masyarakat infomasi. Era di mana masyarakat tidak lagi mau ketinggalan informasi, sehingga masyarakat dianggap aktif dalam menggunakan media untuk suatu tujuan tertentu. Perubahan ini tentu saja didorong oleh perkembangan teknologi komunikasi yang membuat arus informasi sedemikian cepat, hingga jarak tidak lagi membatasi transfer informasi.Kehadiran TIK misalnya internet dalam perkembangan selama ini, telah membawa perubahan bagi masyarakat. Hanya saja, digital divide khususnya di negaranegara berkembang seperti Indonesia masih menjadi masalah yang harus dipecahkan.Digital divide dapat dipahami sebagai pembagian kelompok atas kemampuan terhadap penguasaan ekonomi informasi digital.
