The national education department's inventory record is unique because the goods are in schools under service, not in the office. Inventory complexity has increased due to the procurement of different schedules and reports, not only for internal but also for other institutions concerned. A structured and accessible inventory from anywhere is the right choice for the effectiveness and efficiency of this work. This research aims to design a website-based information system for goods inventory in the National Education Office (DISDIKNAS). The software development method used in this study is the Rational Unified Process. The study results obtained a web-based application that can help DISDIKNAS inventory goods in a structured and accessible anywhere
The purpose of this study was to find out student errors in solving problems about mathematical literacy. This study uses a qualitative research approach with sampling method is purposive sampling. The study subjects were three students who were taken based on KAM (Student Initial Ability), namely high, medium, and low ability categories. Each subject is one person per category from the Department of Accounting, Bandung State Polytechnic. This study analyzes student errors in solving mathematical literacy problems in the statistics course for the sub-discussion of hypothesis testing. The error analysis method used is Newman analysis. This study uses two instruments, namely a test instrument with four questions in the form of descriptions and interviews. The data will then be classified into five error categories according to Newman's analysis. The conclusions in this study indicate that there are errors in answering questions, especially for mathematical literacy questions; students are expected to be able to analyze questions in the form of story questions; Understanding the problem instructions and information contained in the problem is the first step in working on mathematical literacy problems so that the level of errors and errors in working on the questions is more resolved. Of the five errors that became the standard for Newman Error Analysis assessment, three errors were made by respondents, namely errors in understanding story questions correctly, errors in transforming story questions into mathematical sentences, and errors in writing the final answer.
Each country has specific values as the country's identity, which generally lay in the basic description of the country's historical background, socio-cultural conditions, and shared values and dreams. In Indonesia, the values of state identity are inside the Five Fundamental Principles known as Pancasila. As a multicultural country, the contribution of the excellent character of the ethnic groups in Indonesia must strengthen and enrich the values of national identity. However, the power of ethnicity to support the nation's collective values is rarely explored due to the fear of interethnic competition that can lead to feuds. Even the views that ethnicity is an obstacle to unity. This qualitative study focuses on identifying the excellent ethnic characters and the linking to support the values of the Five Fundamental Principles. Literature studies and interviews are used to obtain data and information on 13 tribes' excellence characters from purposively selected participants. The study found ten generic characters, namely: Religious, Honest, Courageous, Sincere, Faithful, Migrant, Collaborative, Firm, Resilient, Friendly. These characters represent the identity of the country's national values. Bearing in mind that a multicultural society has unique strengths in its superior character, the state needs to implement a strategy that will provide a platform for people to respect each other.

The design design of the problem solution implementation method begins with coordination with the Village Head and the Ciwaruga Village Secretary. The output that will be produced from the Community Service program is Appropriate technology, in the form of packaging design/design and a high level of understanding about the importance of packaging through packaging development training.
Abstract-Based on the enactment of law of the Republic of Indonesia each lecturer is required to do research beside teaching and community services. It is not an easy task for some lecturers in vocational education, such as Politeknik Negeri Bandung/ Bandung State Polytechnic (Polban). The main problem encountered by Polban's lecturers to do research is quite fully loaded teaching duties assigned by their faculties. This condition occurs, as formerly -since the polytechnic founded -the lecturers had no obligation to conduct research. Besides, their career promotion had not been based on their research performances. This paper discusses the strategies and the efforts that have been made by the Polban to increase the numbers of research and scientific publications both on a national and international level. The strategies are developing research competencies standard for lecturers, as well as its evaluation tools. Lecturers were also asked to complete Individual Research Plan (RIP) from which their researches will be accomplished in the next five years based on their experience in research and scientific publications. Then classified the lecturers into three levels, they are: novice researchers, associate researchers and principal investigator. In addition, Polban has been strengthening the research expert groups, as well as preparing the research roadmap. Furthermore, Polban has established an incentive system to reward lecturers who have shown good research. As a result of these strategies, the number of researchers in Polban has increased up to 70%.
