AbstrakDismenore merupakan gangguan ginekologi yang paling sering ditemukan pada remaja wanita. Dismenore dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu hormonal, psikis, neurologis, dan alergi. Pada keadaan yang berat, dismenore dapat menyebabkan gangguan terhadap aktivitas harian dan sekolah. Telah dilakukan penelitian korelatif pada bulan Maret 2005 dengan 245 responden siswi Sekolah Menengah Atas di Padang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan remaja tentang menstruasi dengan derajat dismenore. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa 30% responden yang mempunyai pengetahuan kurang mengalami dismenore berat. Setelah dilakukan uji statistik dengan menggunakan chi square didapatkan hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan siswi tentang menstruasi dengan derajat dismenore dengan nilai p = 0,00 Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan remaja tentang menstruasi dengan derajat dismenore, oleh karena itu pemberian informasi tentang menstruasi sangat penting bagi remaja yang dapat dilakukan oleh orang orang tua, guru, konselor maupun tenaga kesehatan. Pengetahuan tentang menstruasi akan memberikan kesiapan psikis pada remaja dalam menghadapi menstruasi khususnya yang disertai dismenore. AbstractDysmenorrhea is the gynaecologic disorder that mostly experienced by female adolescents. Dysmenorrhea can be influenced by some factors like hormones, psycologic, neurologic and alergic. In severe condition, dysmenorrhea could cause daily and school activities disturbance. A correlation research had been conducted on March 2005 toward 245 female adolescent at Senior High School in Padang. Sampling was based on propotional random sampling. This research was aimed to identify correlation between knowledge about menstruation and grading of dysmenorrhea. This research showed that 30% of respondent who have not adequate knowledge experience severe pain. After statistic testing with chi square, there are correlation between knowledge about menstruation and grading of dysmenorrhea with p value = 0,00. Conclusion of this researh is there was correlation between knowledge about menstruation with grading of dysmenorrhea. Providing information related to menstruation is very important for female adolescents by parents, teachers, conselors, as well as health care providers. Knowledge about menstruation will give readiness psychologically for female adolescents when they experienced menstruation disorders included dysmenorrhea.
During the pandemic Covid-19, hospital must give the care more. It makes the medical staff condition changes, especially nurse. It makes the nurse got fatigue more, stressing of high-risk disease transmission, unwell work environment, lack of facilities and infrastructure and lack of communication among the medical staff. These condition influences the nursing work life quality such as: Work Life / Home Life, Work Design, Work Context, Work World. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between nursing work life quality and nursing life quality during Covid-19 pandemic at RSUD M. Natsir. The research design is quantitative descriptive by using cross sectional survey online. The population is all executive nurses who involve directly in Covid-19 patient care, namely 65 persons. The research instrument used questionnaire of quality of Nursing Work Life dan WHOQOL-BREFF. The data collection used frequency distributed analysis and SEM PLS 3.0. It’s gotten three dimension of nursing work life quality which is related with life quality significantly namely Work Design, Work Context and Work World with the value for each dimension 0,000, 0,025 and 0,019 means (significant value) < 0,05 while Work Life /Home Life dimension (significant value) s 0,497 > 0,05 with T statistic value 0,007 < T table 1,645 so this dimension does not have significant correlation with nursing work life. It is hoped the hospital management give more attention for work satisfaction, work burden, work communication, work image, salary, and safety during the duty in caring the patient of Covid-19.

Entering the new normal era, people have started to carry out economic and social activities as usual. Even now the community is not afraid to be in a crowd without wearing a mask and not following the health protocol that has been socialized by the government. It is known that the number of new cases of patients infected with Covid-19 every day is increasing with the most cases being in the city of Padang. One area that experienced an increase in the Covid case rate in the city of Padang was in the working area of the Kuranji Padang Health Center, in the Korong Gadang Village. The increase in these cases is due to lack of knowledge and awareness of the community against Covid-19 transmission and also the limitations of health workers in providing education to the community also become obstacles in the midst of this pandemic. Therefore, it is highly necessary to provide more in-depth education to people in the working area of the Kuranji Padang Health Center. Education was done online by giving a google form link to the public so that the pre-test and post-test scores are known and a booklet is given and this activity was carried out on July 7-8, 2020. The evaluation results showed that there is an increase in public knowledge about washing hands based on post-test. The activity would be monitored by the Health Center for the continuous education.
WHO mencatat hingga awal November 2021 terdapat 248 juta orang menderita Covid-19 di 223 negara. Sebanyak 5,01 juta masyarakat yang terkena Covid-19 meninggal dunia. Kasus terkonfirmasi COVID-19 Provinsi Sumatera Barat sampai tanggal 2 November 2021 sebanyak 89 ribu orang. Menuju era new normal, perlu adanya akselerasi menormalkan kehidupan kampus dengan mengkombinasikan pembelajaran daring dan luring (hybrid learning) termasuk mahasiswa keperawatan UNAND. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui perbandingan prestasi belajar mahasiswa setelah praktikum daring dan hybrid mata kuliah Ilmu Dasar Keperawatan. Metode yang digunakan kuantitatif non eksperimen dengan analisis komparasional. Sampel berjumlah 122 responden menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji mann whitney. Hasil tes menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang praktikum Ilmu Dasar Keperawatan daring memiliki nilai median 69,8, sedangkan mahasiswa yang praktikum Ilmu Dasar Keperawatan hybrid memiliki nilai median 74,6. Hasil analisis data dengan uji mann whitney menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang praktikum Ilmu Dasar Keperawatan daring dengan mahasiswa yang praktikum Ilmu Dasar Keperawatan hybrid. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode praktikum tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Dasar Keperawatan.
