One of the important tasks of educational system of higher educational institutions is the performance of continuous work aimed at successful social-psychological adaptation to the new system of education and social relationships of students of first years of learning. The aim of this paper, with due account of available experience of adaptation of students to the new system of education and also on the basis of results of research conducted by authors, is to develop optimal model of student's social-psychological adaptation to new educational environment, in the process of which there is personal development of educate and the environment itself. The research conducted by the authors of this paper presents practical significance for development and implementation of theoretical and methodological model of psychological student school for the purpose of development of socio-cultural adaptation opportunities of students, particularly in the regions Russian Federation.
To study STEM and STEAM education as an innovative technology, the authors of the paper conducted a comprehensive theoretical and methodological study on the stated problem. A comprehensive theoretical and methodological study was directed towards the solution to the problem of developing a new model for the STEM and STEAM education system to make correct management decisions in the framework of the country's socio-economic development based on objective data. The object of the study was STEM and STEAM education as an innovative technology. The subject of this study is the mechanisms of STEM and STEAM-education in the system of higher professional education of the Russian Federation. The methodological foundation of the study was the general scientific ideas for holistic, systemic, and integrative approaches to the study, which gave an opportunity to assess a set of interrelated and interacting elements that form a certain integrity. The use of these approaches provided a comprehensive analysis and formulation of the research problem and determined the strategy for its study. Both theoretical and empirical methods of studying the indicated problem were used in the comprehensive theoretical and methodological study presented in the paper. The leading methods of scientific knowledge were the following: the method of comparison; phenomenological data analysis; discourse analysis of the text; theoretical analysis; empirical description (expert assessment method and in-depth interviews). The result of the study is the STEM education model developed by the authors as an innovative technology in the system of higher professional education of the Russian Federation. The materials of the paper will be useful for specialists in the field of higher professional education, teachers of natural sciences and humanities, the teaching method of which is based on the STEM approach.
The process of integration of technology into education involves many tools and applications to be used in the classroom and outside teaching processes today. ‘Kahoot’ is one of such student response systems and is one of the primary applications that can be utilised for the purposes such as gamification, formative assessment & peer learning procedures. Such applications are widely used for the purposes of bringing a ramfication in the educarion industry now-a-days. The primary purpose of this research is to determine the opinions of teachers active in the education industry and their experience in using ‘Kahoot’ as a teaching aid in bringing the diversification in the industry. In this study, a semi-structured interview form is used as a data collection tool. Opinions of prospective teachers participating in the study is taken into consideration to form an end conclusion of this research study. The research data also involves a semi-structured student opinion form, and a procedure of content analysis is undertaken in the analysis of the data. The study group of the research consists of studying at Kazan (Volga region) Federal University, Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and Sechenov University in 38 teacher candidates. As a result of the study performed over the set of teachers and students, it was concluded that the ‘Kahoot’ program is widely beneficial for students and teachers. It was also concluded that the Kahoot program is helpful in eliminating the deficiencies in learning. However one of the shortcomings of the ‘Kahoot’ program is that it is an internet-based programme. Hence it may be problematic for some of the students to to use the programme who have a fewer knowledge in the internet domain. At the end of the study, a positive set of opinions about the Kahoot program is suggested, which majourly revolves around the idea that the programme is not internet based.
The problem studied in this paper consists in the fact that the social and financial risks of investments in innovations are managed in isolation, which leads to limited results (reduces certain risks but raises other risks). This paper is devoted to the search for a new strategy of managing the risks of investments in innovations, which would allow balancing the financial interests of business and the interests of employees and is aimed at developing a framework strategy of the systemic management of all risks based on corporate social responsibility. The methodology of this research is based on regression analysis. The research sample comprises data from 80 countries of the world in 2021. The social and financial risks of investments in innovations are identified, systematized, and quantitatively measured and reconsidered from the positions of the UN SDGs. The paper’s contribution consists in substantiating a systemic interconnection between the social and financial risks of investments in innovations and the possibility of complex management of all these risks based on corporate social responsibility. The theoretical value of this paper consists in overcoming the gap in studying the social and financial risks of investments in innovations. The practical value of the authors’ conclusions and recommendations consists in the developed framework strategy being a practical guide for the systemic management of the risks of investments based on corporate social responsibility.
The article is devoted to a very important problem of contemporary education -the problem of professional and personal development and self-determination of a student at a higher education institution. The article outlines the theoretical analysis of studying the role of a training course in the educational process, as well as advantages of applying the social and psychological training course as a form of teaching for specialists' education. The theoretical-phenomenological analysis and a forming experiment were used as the study methods. The conclusions described in the article emphasize the fact that a student should have initial opportunities, abilities, knowledge, competence, skills and a high motivation to achieve a high level of professionalism in his professional activity. It is very important that a professional should not only possess mastery but be recognized to have a high effectiveness and stability of activity results which is achieved by the use of various forms and methods of teaching in the process of professional education. Enyashina et al. 754psychological training course is a form of work that helps to effectively develop the skills of professional activity creating the emotionally safe milieu in students' learning that gives an opportunity of getting an active feedback and forming a skill of self-analysis. This article can be of use to teachers of higher education institutions, social workers as well as to psychologists-practitioners.
