Since smartphones are so common, digital wallets have developed swiftly to fulfill the demands of a contemporary culture that promotes mobility and streamlines transaction processes. This study's objective is to clarify consumer behavior in Indonesia's adoption of digital wallets. This study was carried out in Jakarta involving 360 respondents. This study analyzes using a structural equation model (SEM) with LISREL software tools. The results of this study explain that perceived ease of use, trust, security, and intention are important in increasing the actual usage of digital wallet users in Indonesia. The practical implications of this study are useful for comparing perceived scores on various antecedents of digital wallet adoption. The study identifies potential differences in perceptions of the elements influencing the adoption of digital wallets in Jakarta, particularly among the younger generation, which makes up the bulk of respondents. The success or failure of digital wallets depends on a variety of ecosystem components as well as consumer-related factors.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of production and operational costs, capital structure and company growth on profitability. The method used in this research is quantitative method, data collection is performed by distributing questionnaires among employees of packaging industry. The population in this study are industrial employees in Jabodetabek whose numbers have not been identified with certainty. The questionnaire is distributed electronically using a simple random sampling technique. The results of the questionnaire returned are 180 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that Capital structure has a significant effect on profitability. An increase in the capital structure variable will be followed by an increase in profitability and a decrease in variable capital structure will be followed by a decrease in profitability. Company growth has no significant effect on profitability. An increase in the company growth variable will not be followed by an increase in profitability and a decrease in variable company growth will not be followed by a decrease in profitability. Operational cost has a significant effect on profitability. An increase in the operational cost variable will be followed by an increase in profitability and a decrease in variable operational cost will be followed by a decrease in profitability. Production cost has no significant effect on profitability. An increase in the production cost variable will not be followed by an increase in profitability and a decrease in variable production cost will not be followed by a decrease in profitability.
Work Engagement and Knowledge Management on Work Productivity". The research method used in this study is associative with a sample of 83 respondents, and the data analysis method used is with test t and test F. Based on the study results in the following results: There is an influence between work engagement and work productivity. There is the influence of knowledge management on work productivity partially. There is an influence jointly between work involvement and knowledge management on work productivity. Simultaneously 72.9% and the remaining 27.1% are affected by other variables. The implication of this research is work involvement. The purpose of study is to examine the effect of employee organizations and culture in earnings intention, both directly and indirectly through the organization to an enterprise in foodhall in Jakarta. This method uses a method descriptive and explanations at least 200 samples from the survey respondents from 25 outlets in Jakarta that foodhall. Structural Equation Model data verified by lisrel 8.80 modeling methods of using. The results show that cultures of organization a lively and have high impact significant directly to organizations commitment but has a negative and significant effect directly in circulation intention, commitment organization negative and had an impact a significant impact on earnings intention, the culture of organization negative and had an impact a significant impact on earnings intention through commitment organization. Organization culture and organization commitment simultaneously affect earnings intention. The commitment the organization has more the role of dominant in reducing the level of dropping in and out of employees intention and other based on the survey results was the partial organization mediation about the effects of an organization’s culture in circulation intention.
The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of MSDM to Islamic banks, whether it is in accordance with Islamic values, by looking at the management practices carried out by Islamic banks. This research uses a qualitative method where data collection is carried out with interviews and observations in more depth during a certain period so as to be able to explore and get further information about the application of MSDM based on Islamic values. The object of this study is a bank engaged in a sharia system. Then the sample in this study is an employee at a Sharia bank who has served for more than 1 year and is a permanent employee. The results obtained state that in general, Islamic values are still considered and applied in MSDM practice in Islamic banks. The Islamic aspect is demonstrated by including some criteria, tests, or materials in some management practices. Then the spirituality side is also seen from the participation of employees in several religious activities held, this reflects the Islamic side of a person.
