Indicators, different in terms of nature and grading scales, are used to recognise hazardous and harmful factors that affect human health. However, no single methodology is available for their assessment, and the variety of qualimetric assessment methods requires in-depth research, in part on optimality and efficiency. Therefore, this work aimed to conduct several scientific studies to obtain the results of the assessment in unified units of measurement, which would provide a generalised indicator of harmful factors at the workplace. The article proposes to use dependencies to assess indicators of harmful factors, considering the maximum, minimum, and optimal values as well as the shape parameter, the change of which produces various assessments in a dimensionless scale. A hierarchy analysis method was used to obtain reliable values with a small number of experts and determine the form parameter. These efforts resulted in the value of the overall index for harmful factors, which serves as grounds for decisions regarding further improvements in working conditions. The developed methodology was used to assess the safety of working conditions at a machine-building enterprise, and the results are presented in the article.
The organizational and pedagogical conditions for training higher education applicants by learning tools of a competence-oriented environment are analysed. Such pedagogical conditions include integration of the educational process in the context of the face-to-face training and a competence-oriented computer environment, providing systematic interactive work and performance of rating tasks in a learning environment focused on competence and systematic monitoring and control over the process of training of higher education applicants. In order to study the feasibility of using organizational and pedagogical conditions for the training of higher education applicants by learning tools of a competence-oriented environment, the degree of competence of the expert commission was checked and the indicators of competences of experts were calculated. Experimental work on determining the coefficient of concordance gives the opportunity to state that the opinions of experts on the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the training of higher education applicants by learning tools of a competence-oriented computer environment are consistent. It is noted that the implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions, in fact, involves the optimization of educational and cognitive activities of higher education applicants, and taking into account certain conditions will lead to renewal, productivity, continuity and integrity of acquisition of the competences.
This paper describes the technology of competencies acquisition by bachelors in higher education institutions in the conditions of the digital media communication environment. The use of media communication technologies requires an adequate level of acquisition of professional competencies by higher education applicants. The services that can be obtained in the process of preparation of higher education applicants through LMS based digital platforms + Office 365 are considered. The results provided an opportunity to outline digital media communication technologies for the acquisition of professional competencies by higher education applicants based on the use of the modern educational platform Cloud365 and the logical and harmonious combination of LMS + Office 365, which provides for the integration of modern systems, interactive tools, video and audio training. The technology of creation of the repository of competencies, the system of their coding and the leading principles of the development of a set of tasks for forming the professional competences of bachelors in the field of electrical engineering are considered. The effectiveness of the proposed technology was tested using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistical criterion.
