ABSTRAKSumber Daya Manusia (SDM) peternak sapi perah merupakan suatu nilai potensial yang dimiliki oleh peternak untuk keberlanjutan usaha ternaknya. SDM memiliki beberapa indikator yang dapat diukur dan yang tidak dapat diukur, berdasarkan sifatnya dapat berubah sesuai dengan kondisinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh SDM peternak sapi perah terhadap pembangunan peternakan berkelanjutan. Variabel penelitian terdiri atas SDM peternak (X), dimensi ekologi (Y 1 ), dimensi ekonomi (Y 2 ), dimensi sosial dan budaya (Y 3 ), dimensi kelembagaan (Y 4 ), dan dimensi teknologi (Y 5 ). Penelitian dilakukan di KUB (Kelompok Usaha Bersama) Tirtasari Kresna Gemilang Kabupaten Malang. Analisis data menggunakan metode SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dimensi ekonomi dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh SDM peternak sapi perah sebesar 0,104, dimensi sosial dan budaya dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh SDM peternak sapi perah sebesar 0,205, dimensi kelembagaan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh SDM peternak sapi perah sebesar 0,203, dan dimensi teknologi dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh SDM peternak sapi perah sebesar 0,247. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu SDM peternak sapi perah berpengaruh terhadap pembangunan peternakan berkelanjutan, khususnya dimensi ekonomi, sosial dan budaya, kelembagaan, dan teknologi.
Survival and Safety Skills is a skill that must be acquired by every individual. One way to improve survival and safety skills is to provide a guidance curriculum of guidance and counseling. The goal of the research is to obtain the depiction of the students’ survival and safety skills which will be the basis to develop the guidance curriculum. A quantitative approach with descriptive methods was used in the research. The instrument in the study was questionnaire in form of scale that was developed based on indicators of junior high school students’ survival and safety skills from Comprehensive School Counseling Program Guide 2009. The population of the study was all eighth grade students of SMP Miftahul Iman in Academic Year 2018/2019. The results showed that the level of the students’ survival and safety skills was in the adequate category. The developed basic guidance was developed based on the the processed data. Based on the study, it is recommended for the school to work with other parties, including students’ parents, to improve the students’ survival and safety skills. Counselors can collaborate with the school, homeroom teachers, and other teachers in order to gather information related to the students’survival and safety skills. Abstrak Survival and Safety Skills adalah suatu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap individu. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan survival and safety skills adalah dengan memberikan layanan dasar bimbingan dan konseling. Tujuan penelian adalah memperoleh survival and safety skills siswa yang dijadikan landasan dalam pembuatan layanan dasar bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Alat pengukuran data adalah kuiseoner berbentuk skala yang dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator survival and safety skills untuk SMP dari Comprehensive School Counseling Program Guide 2009. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Miftahul Iman Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat survival and safety skills yang dimiliki siswa berada pada kategori cukup. Layanan dasar yang dikembangkan disesuaikan dengan hasil pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan. Secara umum, survival and safety skills siswa berada pada kategori cukup. Rekomendasi penelitian ditujukan bagi pihak sekolah agar dapat melakukan kerjasama yang baik dengan pihak luar maupun orang tua untuk meningkatkan survival and safety skills siswa. Guru BK dapat melakukan bekerjasama dengan pihak sekolah, wali kelas dan guru mata pelajaran untuk mengumpulan informasi terkait survival and safety skills siswa. Pada prinsipnya siswa kelas VII D merupakan individu yang ada disekolahdan perlu diberi bimbingan berupa pengembangan diri pada bidang pribadidisebut dengan layanan klasikal, layanan individual maupun layanankelompok. Sesuai dengan usia perkembangan dan jenjang peralihan darimasa anak – anak menuju remaja awal dikenal dengan istilah masa transisi.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi sikap pemahaman diri siswa perlu diketahuioleh guru BK dan wali kelas VII D. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini Untukmenggali permasalahan terkait konsep pemahaman diri pada siswa kelas VIID di MTs Negeri 3 Cirebon. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitiankualitatif yang bersifat studi kasus dengan perolehan sumber data primersiswa kelas VII D sesuai dengan indikator konsep pemaham diri siswa,bersama 3 responden (YM, AL, CH,) dan data sekunder meliputi guru BKkelas VII, Wali kelas VII D. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniberupa pedoman wawancara (interview guide), pedoman observasi, Analisisyang digunakan dengan teknik triangulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian yangtelah dilakukan yaitu konsep pemahaman diri negatif siswa kelas VII D diMTs N 3 Cirebon Diketahui siswa yang memiliki konsep diri negativeterdapat 3 siswa yang sesuai dengan indikator dari guru BK, wali kelas VIID.
The influence of individuals on lifestyle and the frequency of internet access affects attitudes, mindsets, paradigms and other actions on aspects of personal, social, study and career life. This change brings the individual into an individualist society. Lack of caring attitude towards other people and around the place of residence, one of the causes of this behavior include feeling comfortable when accessing YouTube. The purpose of this study is to increase understanding of the personal and social aspects. Technology is present as a tool or media to facilitate individuals in living their lives more effectively and efficiently. This type of research uses a qualitative approach to phenomenological design. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study explain that people in the technological era are still confused about the use of Android with various features. the ease of internet access has brought about a major change in lifestyle, thinking. Some people have a high level of understanding of the use of technology, namely by using it for online business, establishing communication, and learning and developing a career.
The learning model in the 21st century is a dispute that has not been properly resolved. The form of disputes from learning problems is a measure of the success of the education system in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to minimize problems, obstacles and chaos in learning in the BBC IAI campus environment. The teaching system on campus prioritizes the development of digital access. The involvement of digital aspects needs to be considered, such as improving facilities that support Android phones, Laptops, WFI, Projectors, Infocus, as well as the compatibility between hardware and software. This research method is a qualitative type of phenomenological design. The results of this study describe that students at the BBC IAI campus have access to an online-based learning system. There are features on the e-campus consisting of several features including discussion columns, task uploads, material uploads, videos, audio, references, attendance, lecturer notes and exams and assessments, lecturers and students can see digital footprints where students and lecturers can access using features e campus for the implementation of online learning applications Jitsi, google meet, Skype, Zoom, Big Blue Button, Whatsapp Group, there is a feature in the notes section for lecturer instructions before learning begins equipped with online absences, the completeness of the e campus feature can make it easier for students, lecturers in the learning process with learning innovations to increase the value of creativity for lecturers and students.
