Preparedness and complete alertness is one of the important elements of activities in reducing the risk and the impact of disaster. The same is true to nurses’ preparedness and complete alertness in providing emergency service in respiratory system which is urgently needed during the disaster immediate responsiveness. Quick and accurate service can help and save victims from physical defect and death Goal: The objective of the research was to know the condition of nurses’ preparedness and complete alertness in providing emergency service in respiratory system, based on the their knowledge, attitude, and skills. Methods: The research method is The research used a descriptive qualitative survey. The population was all 40 nurses who were involved in disaster response team in four Puskesmas working areas of the Health Office in Aceh Tamiang District: Kejuruan Muda Puskesmas, Karang Baru Puskesmas, Kota Kuala Simpang Puskesmas, and Bandar Pusaka Puskemas Result : The result of the research showed that 65% of the respondents had good knowledge, 82.5% of them had positive attitude, 55.0% of them were skillful in conducting the acting procedure of Heimlich maneuver, , and skillful in Lung-Heart Restitution was less Conclusion: The conclusion and the important implication in this research could that the education and the training of Basic Life Support and Basic Traumatic Coronary Life Support highly supported nurses’ alertness in providing emergency service in respiratory system.
Stroke is a symptom that occurs due to impaired blood circulation in the brain.Objective: To find out an overview of the determinants of dietary behavior with stroke events in the dalu ten tanjung morawa health center in 2022.Research Method: using FFQ (Food Frequency Questionnaire). The results showed that 60 respondents at the Dalu Ten Health Center, Tanjung Morawa, with dietary behavior in the type of staple food was sufficient (61.7), the type of meat that had good fat, lacked (55.0), fish and less processing (50.0, enough vegetables and fruit (75.0%), only enough food (55.0%), sufficient food processing (58.3), sufficient and insufficient cooking spices (45.0%), less soft drinks (55.0 ), less dairy products (68.3%). Based on the dietary behavior of stroke patients in consuming staple foods, vegetables and fruit, only food, the food processing of stroke patients is sufficient to understand dietary behavior. Meanwhile, in consuming fatty meats, fish and their processing, cooking spices, and soft drinks, stroke sufferers are still lacking so that the eating behavior of stroke patients must increase food consumption patterns and the need to meet food consumption so that information on eating behavior of stroke sufferers is accurate and correct. Stroke sufferers must regulate their diet and avoid foods that contain high fat and cholesterol, besides that stroke patients are also advised to do physical activity, reduce stress levels by doing activities outside the home, taking vacations, exercising and quitting smoking to prevent stroke
Elderly Integrated Health Service (Posyandu Lansia) is an integrated service post for elderly in certain areas that have been agreed upon, which are community driven. A significant elderly population will be accompanied by various problems and will affect various aspects of life especially health. Based on preliminary data, the number of elderly population of 930 people, but only about 230 people or about 24.7% who came to Elderly Integrated Health Services. The purpose of this research was to analyze the association between socio-cultural and the utilization of Elderly Integrated Health Services. The type of this research is the explanatory survey with research population of 160 people and research sample of 60 respondents. Data collection used questionnaire. The results of this study were there was a correlation between tradition (p = 0.000), belief (0.001) with the utilization of Elderly Integrated Health Services. Abstrak
Kualitas tidur seseorang dikatakan baik apabila tidak menunjukkan berbagai tanda kekurangan tidur dan tidak mengalami masalah dalam tidurnya. Salah satu penyeab terjadinya kualitas tidur yang buruk disebabkan oleh faktor kebiasaan seperti gaya hidup yang haus akan teknologi terutama dalam penggunaan internet. 60% kualitas tidur yang buruk juga ditemui pada mahasiswa tingkat 2 STIKes Santa Elisabeh Medan. disebabkan intensitas penggunaan internet yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan intensitas penggunaan internet dengan kualitas tidur mahasiswa tingkat 2 STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian menggunakan rancangan Cross Sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 53 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Internet Addiction Test (IAT) dan kuesioner indeks kualitas tidur Pittburgh (PSQI). Analisa data dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian diperoleh intensitas penggunaan internet tinggi (88,7%), kualitas tidur buruk (90,6%). Hasil uji Chi Square diperoleh nilai p = 0,033 dimana p< 0,05 hal ini menunjukkan ada hubungan intensitas penggunaan internet dengan kualitas tidur mahasiswa tingkat 2 STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Diharapkan mahasiswa mampu mengurangi durasi intensitas penggunaan internet dan meningkatkan kontrol diri dalam menggunakan internet terutama waktu sebelum tidur sehingga tidak mengurangi jam tidur dan menyebabkan gangguan tidur.
