ABSTRAK Universitas Islam Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin atau UNISKA MAB adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang cukup banyak diminati oleh masyarakat di Kalimantan. Untuk kegiatan promosi maupun pengenalan kampus, UNISKA MAB masih memakai cara lama seperti lewat spanduk (baliho), media cetak maupun lewat informasi secara online di website resmi UNISKA MAB. Sedangkan untuk mahasiswa baru, informasi tentang kampus secara detail dirasakan masih kurang walaupun pada kegiatan Pengenalan Kehidupan Kampus Mahasiswa Baru (PKKMB), mahasiswa baru memperoleh buku pedoman tentang kampus UNISKA MAB, namun dirasakan masih kurang efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan masih adanya mahasiswa baru yang kebingungan mencari lokasi ruang perkuliahan, ruang BAK atau ruangan lainnya.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi berbasis android dengan menggunakan teknologi AR (Augmented Reality). Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, pengguna terutama mahasiswa baru dapat mengetahui lebih detail tentang lokasi atau ruangan-ruangan yang ada di kampus UNISKA MAB melalui smartphone yang mereka miliki. Selain itu aplikasi yang dilengkapi fitur visual 3D dan audio ini dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif tambahan dalam kegiatan promosi tentang UNISKA ke sekolah-sekolah yang ada di Kalimantan. Skincare is currently growing very fast. The community, especially women, both teenagers and parents, now believes more in Skincare services and products that change consumers’ faces to be cleaner, and shine for their appearance. However, until now there are still obstacles that are often faced by consumers in choosing Skincare that is in accordance with the needs of their skin type. This study aims to recommend the selection of Skincare products based on consumers using the ELECTRE method. The data collection method was carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires on 250 samples of consumers who use Skincare products in the city of Pematangsiantar. Based on these results the criteria for evaluating prices (X1), ingredient content (X2), side effects (X3), availability of goods (X4), and packaging (X5). The alternatives used are 4 namely: A1 = Gamier, A2 = Nature Republic, A3 = Pond’s, A4 = Wardah. The results of the research using the ELECTRE method show that Skincare Garnier (A1) products are recommended to be the best Skincare based on consumers. It is expected that research results can provide understanding to consumers in choosing Skincare products.
Informatic Engineering is a field of study from Information Technology Faculty (FTI) at Islamic University of Kalimantan (UNISKA). Informatic Engineering was established in 2007 and it has around 2441 students until now included by student who has graduated and student who still studying. Fact of so many students in Informatic Engineering can make a lot of data that it can used as strategic resource for Faculty to manage and monitoring of academic activity. This research using Decision Tree Method from Algorithm C4.5 and RapidMiner 5.3 as software for making classification of achievement students in field of study Informatic Engineering at Islamic University of Kalimantan. The result can be used as tool for monitoring of academic activity and it can help Faculty to improve the quality of their students.
Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan secara administrasi wilayah terdiri atas 2 kota dan 11 Kabupaten. Pertumbuhan perekonomian di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan sangat dipengaruhi oleh lancarnya distribusi barang dan jasa. Oleh sebab itu sektor perhubungan terutama infrastruktur jalan memegang peranan sangat penting sebagai prasarana kelancaran suatu distribusi barang dan jasa. Kondisi infrastruktur ruas jalan yang rusak dapat menghambat pendistribusian barang dan jasa sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan-perbaikan terhadap jalan tersebut agar distribusi barang dan jasa menjadi lancar. Namun, usaha tersebut terkendala dengan anggaran yang terbatas sehingga instasi terkait harus menentukan daftar prioritas jalan yang akan diperbaiki. Salah satu teknik yang dapat diterapkan yaitu dengan melakukan analisa dengan memanfaatkan teknik data mining berupa penerapan algoritma Naive Bayes Classification untuk mengklasifikasi daftar prioritas pengembangan jalan di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Penerapan algortima naive bayes pada dataset menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 88.27% dan AUC sebesar 0.933. Keywords : Data Mining, Klasifikasi, Naive Bayes
One of the citizen's rights is to get a decent education as stated in UUD 1945. The government strongly supports every citizen to get education as high as possible and giving scholarship as a program to help increase the quality of citizen's education. Then one of problem that arise in distribution of scholarship is how to select students who is capable and apporiate to get scholarship. This research was conducted to find out the use of Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method in scholarship selection process through Decision Support System (DSS). The result can be used as tool to support making decision for the team in University that assigned to perform the selection process.
