AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas perencanaan kegiatan maintenance dengan metode reability centered maintenance (RCM) II untuk menilai risiko kerusakan fungsi pada compresor screw. Perhitungan waktu maintenance optimal dilakukan dengan memperhatikan biaya maintenance dan biaya perbaikan. Hasil penilaian risiko dengan risk priority number (RPN) menunjukkan bahwa komponen kritis yang perlu mendapatkan prioritas utama dalam memberikan maintenance pada compresor screw adalah kerusakan fungsi pada piston yang aus, dan pada spon filter udara keluar rusak yang mendapatkan RPN 45. Penentuan waktu maintenance optimal diberikan pada komponen yang mengalami scheduled restoration dan scheduled discard task agar tindakan tersebut menjadi technically feasible untuk menurunkan konsekuensi kerusakan. Nilai waktu maintenance optimal yang diperoleh untuk mencegah kerusakan pada compresor screw lebih kecil dari nilai mean time to failure (MTTF) yang menunjukkan bahwa waktu maintenance optimal akan berusaha untuk menghindari terjadinya kerusakan fungsi komponen sebelum kerusakan terjadi. This research discusses maintenance activity planning using the RCM II method to evaluate failure function risk on compresor screw. The calculation of maintenance time is performed by considering maintenance and repair costs. The risk evaluation result with RPN shows that the critical component that needs to get the main priority in applying maintenance on compresor screw is function disorder on timeworn piston and on the broken outgoing air sponge's filter that receives RPN 45. The optimum maintenance time calculation is applied on components that undergo scheduled restoration and scheduled discard task so that this action becomes technically feasible in decreasing the consequence of damage. The optimum maintenance time value that is acquired to prevent damage on compresor screw is lower than the value of its MTTF, which demonstrates that optimum maintenance time will be significant in avoiding component function damage before the damage happens. Accident generally occurs due to the activities which is done in unsafe conditions or even unsafe behavior. These conditions can influence workers productivity. In batik industries, those workers use toxic material and work in non ergonomic atmosphere. Moreover, they also do not care of the environment and do not use personal protective equipments (PPE). Workers at Madura batik SMEs have not fully realized the significancy of the occupational health and safety (OHS) in their working areas. Therefore, the aims of this research is to evaluate OHS performance based on the indicators of safety performance index (SPI), which is multicriteria, in that industri. The safety performance attributes were obtained from the factor analysis. The index is calculated based on the weighted evaluation results of critical behavior checklist (CBC), integrated with analytical hierarchy process (AHP). As the results, we should give priority to improve the knowledge and experience toward OHS of the workers and also improve the working environment of the Madura's batik industries. PendahuluanPotensi bahaya kerja (hazard) selalu ada diseluruh rangkaian aktifitas pekerjaan (Makin dan Winder [1]), demikian halnya dengan pekerja di Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) Batik Tulis Madura. Pada proses pembuatan batik, pekerja harus berhadapan dengan banyaknya potensi bahaya kerja baik yang dipicu oleh kondisi kerja yang tidak aman (unsafe condition), aktifitas yang tidak aman (unsafe action) ataupun bahkan prilaku tidak aman (unsafe behavior) seperti rasa panas yang didapatkan dari tungku pembakaran saat proses pewarnaan dan proses pembuatan motif dengan malam, posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomis, serta kontak dengan bahan kimia dan bahan pewarna yang digunakan yang notabene menggunakan zat pewarna tekstil yang berbahaya (Agustina dan Maulana [2]).Penelitian terkait fasilitas kerja IKM batik (Agusti [3]) menyebutkan bahwa ruang dan peralatan kerja yang digunakan selama proses pembatikan di IKM pada umumnya masih terkategori tidak ergonomis. Hal ini disebabkan oleh fasilitas kerja yang tidak mempertimbangkan kebutuhan kapasitas kemampuan kerja pekerja. Untuk bisa melakukan penentuan kompetensi inti maka dilakukan pemetaan industri kreatif terlebih dahulu. Kajian dalam penelitian ini berupa pemetaan industri kreatif beserta penentuan kompetensi inti industri kreatif Kabupaten Bangkalan berdasarkan multi-kriteria pada variabel produk domestik bruto (PDB), jumlah ketenagakerjaan, perdagangan internasional dan jumlah perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan berupa integrasi Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan metode perankingan Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). Hasil yang didapatkan dari pemetaan industri kreatif di Bangkalan terdiri dari subsektor pasar seni dan barang antik, kerajinan, desain fesyen, video/film dan fotografi serta penerbitan dan percetakan. It is because the output of creative industry as well as products and utilization of creativity are rapidly developed. This research discusses about mapping creative industry and determining core competence for creative industry in Bangkalan district based on the variable of gross domestic product, number of worker, international trade and number of firm. The method adopted for core competence determination is an integrated Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). The result of mapping creative industry shows that art, craft, design, video or film and publishing are included in it. Safety behavior is a crucial thing which must be considered concerning accidents in work areas. Work accidents are primarily led by unsafe behaviors. Those behaviors can be expressed based on the degree of safety compliance and safety participation of employees. Several studies related to safety behavior in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have been conducted. However, studies related to the integration of person-related factors and situation-related factors are rare. The purpose of the study is to observe the safety climate (as a situation-related factor), and safety motivation and safety knowledge (as person-related factors) toward safety compliance and safety participation in SMEs. This study was conducted on 29 Indonesian SMEs’ metal manufacturing, and a self-administered questionnaire was utilized as a research instrument. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to evaluate the effect of safety climate, safety motivation, and safety knowledge on safety behavior. The results showed that safety climate and safety knowledge are positively significant in influencing both safety compliance and safety participation. However, safety motivation has a positive significant effect on safety participation only. The implication of this result has been discussed.
