This research aims to see the students’ speaking skill before and after learning process by using expression card media at the second grade of SMA Negeri 1 Parepare. The results of the research are useful for the teacher and students. The teacher should aware that it is important to supplied the technique or strategy before teaching and the students also can be easier to express their ideas, make the students more active in learning process. The subject of this research is XI IIS4 class which is consisted of 30 students. The sample was taken by using simple random sampling. The design in this research was pre-experimental with pre-test and post-test design. The student did the pre-test, got the treatment and did the post-test. Then the criteria of speaking skills are fluency, accuracy, content, pronunciation and they were usedto measure the students’ speaking skill. It aimed to know whether using expression card media can improve the students’ speaking skill. The result in this research was indicated that there was improvement of the students’ speaking skill. It was indicated by the students’ mean score of post-test (73.3) was greater than pre-test (41.9). Even, for the level significant (p) 5% and (df) = N-1=30-1=29, and the value of table is 1.699, while the value of t-test is 16.18. it means that, the t-test value is greater than t-table (16.18 ≥ 1.699). Thus, it can be concluded that the students’ speaking skill is significant better after getting the treatment. So, the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is fail rejected.
This research is aimed to investigate the students’ reading skill in descriptive text by using reciprocal questioning. The design of the research was pre-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test. The research used instrument test. The rate percentage in post-test was higher than the rate percentage in pre-test in teaching reading. It indicated by the students’ mean score of post-test (58,07) in fair classification was greater than pre-test (52,11) in poor classification. The pre-test low category and post-test was high category. And the value of t-table was 1,706, while the value of t-test was 0,23. It means that the t-tabel value was greater than t-test (1,706 ≥ 0,23). The result of the research proved that by using of Reciprocal Questioning was not significant better to be used in teaching the students’ reading. From the statement above, it can be said the alternative hypothesis (H1) was rejected and null hypothesis (H0) was accepted. It cannot be improved reading skill by using of Reciprocal Questioning technique.
Sexual harassment is a violation of Islamic law and is inconsistent with the values of all religions and moral norms. The rise of sexual violence in educational institutions is concerning. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the demoralization that occurs in Indonesian educational institutions after the emergence of sexual harassment committed by caregivers or staff. Using a descriptive qualitative method analyzed through the tafsīr al-aḥkām approach, data was collected through interviews and literature studies. The findings indicate that sexual harassment in educational institutions is often done through coercion, using dogmatic methods or luring victims. This behavior undermines the maqāshid of the Qur'an, teachings of all religions, and moral norms. Teachers and caregivers are meant to be dignified and honorable people. Sexual harassment is a form of sexual violence that harms victims both physically and mentally. Interpretation scholars emphasize that every individual has the right to dignity and honor, which Islamic shari'a regulates. Therefore, Islamic law prohibits immoral acts, including sexual harassment, which is considered faḥsyā’ or fāḥisyah (abominable), as it can injure human glory and dignity. The demoralization that occurs will affect the degradation of the charisma of educational institutions and weaken the sacred relationship between caregivers and students.
The purpose of this research is to examine the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility of PT. Angkasa Pura I Makassar based on Community Economic Empowerment. This type of research uses qualitative methods. The results of this study will be described in a descriptive narrative form. The approach in this study is to use a phenomenological approach. The primary data from this study is data from interviews with informants in the study. Likewise other data related to research subjects, both the results of observations and the results of documentation. The results of this study were compiled using systematic data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of the research shows that the implementation of CSR at PT. Angkasa Pura I Makassar departs from the planning stage, namely the stage of analyzing the needs of the surrounding community and finding relevant programs. Next is the implementation stage, namely the CSR implementation stage which is based on the initial plan. The last is the evaluation and reporting stage, in this stage it is evaluated and reported regarding the factual conditions in the field for future improvements. Corporate Social Responsibility System PT. Angkasa Pura I Makassar is based on the needs of the community around the company's environment with an easy submission system and can be reached by all groups of people.
Penegakan Hukum Pidana Lingkungan dalam Perspektif Hukum Pidana Islam. (Studi Kasus Pantai Kupa Kabupaten Barru). (Dibimbing oleh Ibu Muzdalifah Muhammadun., dan Ustadz Budiman). Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini tentang bagaimana bentuk perusakan lingkungan dan faktor apa yang menyebabkan terjadinya perusakan lingkungan serta bagaimana implementasi penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku perusakan lingkungan di Pantai Kupa Kabupaten Barru dalam perspektif hukum pidana dan hukum pidana Islam. Hasil peneliian ini menyatakan bahwa: bentuk perusakan lingkungan di Pantai Kupa adalah dalam bentuk reklamsi pantai, faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya perusakan lingkungan di Pantai Kupa bermula terdakwa burhaman ingin membangun mushollah dan rest area di Pantai Kupa. penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku perusakan lingkungan di Pantai Kupa Kabupaten Barru dalam perspektif hukum pidana lingkungan sebagaiamana bukti yang terungkap di persidangan Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Barru menjatuhkan hukuman terhadap terdakwa 1 (satu) tahun penjara dan denda Rp 1 (satu) miliar dan 1(satu) bulan kurungan. Dalam hukum pidana islam sanksi terhadap pelaku perusak lingkungan diberi wewenang kepada ulil amri/penguasa yakni Hakim sehingga sesuai amar putusan hakim Pengadilan Negeri Barru dianggap sudah relevan dengan penegakan hukum pidana lingkungan dalam perspektif hukum pidana Islam.
