The goals of this research are to look at the connection between performance and human resource development, compensation, and motivation. Private schools were used for this study. The research sample was taken from 42 private school teacher respondents. Quantitative research is the kind of study being conducted. For this study's data analysis, several types of linear regression were applied. The findings of the study reveal that salary and motivation both have a substantial impact on the performance of teachers in private schools. This is indicated by the human resource development variable. Partly, motivation has a substantial effect on teacher performance in private schools with a significance level of less than 0.05 or 5%, whereas human resource development and compensation have no meaningful impact
This study aims to find out how these three components are related and influence each other. This study specifically analyzes the effect of teacher certification and teacher motivation on teacher performance in several Islamic elementary schools in South Jakarta. This study uses a regression analysis method with a quantitative approach. The quantitative method was chosen to be used in this study because the specifications of this design were systematic, planned, and clearly structured from the start of the creation of the research design. This research will also take a descriptive approach in order to adequately describe the research object or research results. The population in this study are teachers who have received a teacher certification allowance for at least five years and have had teaching experience for approximately ten years. Based on research data and discussion regarding the effect of teacher certification and teacher work motivation on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah as KKMI Kebayoran Lama, the following conclusions can be drawn: First, teacher certification has a partially positive effect on teacher performance. This is indicated by the value of the X1 regression coefficient of 1,401, which states that every 2 percent increase in teacher certification will increase teacher performance by 1,401 percent. The probability value is less than 5%, namely 0.000 < 0.05 indicating that teacher certification has a positive effect on teacher performance. Second, teacher work motivation partially has a positive effect on teacher performance.
Peran keluarga menjadi sangat penting sebagai basis teladan dan sentral perubahan untuk mewujudkan generasi emas yang berakhlak, sehat, cerdas, terampil, dan mandiri dengan menciptakan kondisi lingkungan rumah yang asri, nyaman, ramah dan sehat untuk perkembangan anak. Kondisi ini dapat ditumbuh kembangkan melalui pendidikan keluarga berbasis paket pemberdayaan dengan sasaran perangkat desa, petugas kesehatan dan keluarga (PEKESGA) guna optimalisasi fungsi keluarga. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan survei kesiapan lokasi kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berkoordinasi dengan mitra, melakukan edukasi kepada keluarga tentang fungsi-fungsi keluarga khususnya tentang perbaikan gizi keluarga dan program kelompok kerja PEKESGA, dan membentuk kelompok kerja PEKESGA berdasarkan kesepakatan bersama dan dilegalkan melalui SK Kepala Desa. Hasil analisis pre-test dan post-test diketahui terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap fungsi keluarga khususnya dalam perbaikan gizi keluarga.
COVID-19 telah mengubah tatanan pendidikan di Indonesia. Terjadi perubahan besar dalam pembelajaran dari pendidikan formal di kelas menjadi belajar dari rumah, dengan sistem online. Sistem pendidikan online tentu tidak mudah. Selain disiplin pribadi untuk belajar mandiri, ada fasilitas dan sumber daya yang harus disediakan. Kegiatan laboratorium yang mengasah kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan keterampilan bagi pasien terpaksa diubah menjadi pembelajaran audiovisual. Dalam pembelajaran keperawatan bersalin terdapat praktik yang dilakukan di laboratorium yang mengembangkan hard skill dan pengetahuan mahasiswa. Desain penelitian ini adalah pretest dan posttest without control group. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran audiovisual dan intervensi modul diberikan dalam 4 sesi yang terdiri dari kehamilan, persalinan, bayi baru lahir dan masa nifas. Angket yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket pengetahuan dan penilaian hard skill pada siswa dengan menggunakan zoom. Jumlah responden sebanyak 63 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pembelajaran audiovisual terhadap pengetahuan siswa p=0,001 dan soft skill p=0,001. Penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan skor sebesar 80% dari jumlah responden. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pemberian pembelajaran audiovisual untuk meningkatkan keterampilan laboratorium pengetahuan dalam keperawatan maternitas.
