According to the findings, school climate predicts school effectiveness. The findings were discussed with the results of other researches in the literature and suggestions were made to the administrators and teachers.
This study aimed to reveal whether the ethical leadership behaviors of school principals have an impact on organizational health. The relational survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, was preferred as the research method. There were 402 teachers working in public schools in different districts on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul voluntarily participated in the universe of the research in the 2019-2020 academic year. According to the research findings, a positive relationship was found between organizational health and ethical leadership. As the ethical leadership behaviors of school principals increase, the organizational health of the school increases positively. Therefore, it can be said that the ethical behaviors preferred by the principals in the management process are important for the high level of organizational health in schools.
ÖzBu araştırmanın amacı, yaratıcı düşünme eğilimlerini belirlemeye yönelik geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu İstanbul/Pendik İlçesinde görev yapan 410 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. 40 maddelik taslak ölçeğin Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin değeri 0.897 ve Barlett testi 5499.64 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda elde edilen 25 maddelik ve 6 faktörlü yapı, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ile doğrulanmıştır. Faktörler, yenilik arama, cesaret, öz disiplin, merak, şüphe etme ve esneklik olarak adlandırılmıştır. Ölçek toplam varyansın %55.904'ünü açıklamaktadır. Ölçeğin tümü için Cronbach alfa iç tutarlılık katsayısı 0.87 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Madde-toplam ve madde-kalan korelasyon katsayılarının anlamlı; alt-üst %27'lik grup analizler sonucu maddelerin ve faktörlerin ayırt edici olduğu saptanmıştır. Faktörler arasındaki korelasyon katsayılarının anlamlı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Test-tekrar test uygulama sonucunda, ölçeğin tümü için korelasyon katsayısı anlamlı bulunmuştur (r=.88; p<.001). Marmara Yaratıcı Düşünme Eğilimleri Ölçeği (MYDEÖ) olarak adlandırılan ölçeğin, genel yaratıcı düşünme eğilimlerini ölçen geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek olduğu tespit edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Yaratıcılık, yaratıcı düşünme becerileri, yaratıcı düşünme eğilimleri, ölçek geliştirme

114Pendik District. The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin score for the 40-item draft scale was 0.897 and the Barlett test was 5499.64. The 25 item and 6 factor structure obtained as a result of exploratory factor analysis was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. Factors are called innovation search, courage, self-discipline, inquisitive, doubt and flexibility. The scale explains 55.904% of the total variance. The Cronbach alpha internal consistency coefficient for all the scales was 0.87. The item-total and item-residual correlation coefficients are significant; the upper and the lower 27% group analyzes were found to be distinguishing the items and the factors. The correlation coefficients among the factors were found to be significant. As a result of the test-retest, the correlation coefficient was found to be significant for all the scales (r =.88; p <.001). The scale called the Marmara Creative Thinking Dispositions Scale (MCTDS) was found to be a valid and reliable scale that measures general creative thinking dispositions.
