Based on preliminary studies that have been carried out on Jayapura Midwifery students, the results of 30 people who have experienced menstruation, 20 people said the menstrual cycle is irregular and 10 people said the menstrual cycle is regular. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and sports activities with menstrual cycles in midwifery students Department Poltekkes Jayapura. Type of research is quantitative research using cross sectional design. The population is 385 female students and sample is 196 respondents. Technique sampling using simple random sampling. Data is presented by table and and narrative form, the statistikal test is chi-square.The results of bivariate analysis using the chi-square test showed that there is a relationship between nutritional status and the menstrual cycle (ρ=0.008) and there is no relationship between sport activities with the menstrual cycle (ρ = 0.790). Suggestions for students to consume foods that have a balanced nutritional value, routinely do sports activities and avoid stress.

<p>Good interaction between educators and learners can encourage the achievement of learning objectives. However, if the interaction goes well, the result will be the opposite. Moreover, the learning process needs to encourage students to think critically. However, it will instead become a burden in the learning process so that there is no collaboration between students during the learning process. This study aims to understand the perceptions of teachers and students towards the application of the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) to improve learning outcomes that are still low using several types of learning media. This research uses a qualitative approach with Gibb's Reflective Learning Cycle technique to obtain the perceptions of educators and students. This research was conducted because, in the learning process, many still need to learn to use technology appropriately. The media used is less innovative and limited, so learning has yet to be created that encourages students to think critically and comprehensively. Unlike moodle research in general, this research is used to evaluate two sides of using technology, especially moodle, in helping the learning process, namely on the side of educators and students. </p>
Malaria in pregnancy can be caused by various types of Plasmodium malaria and Plasmodium falciparum is a plasmodium that has a bad impact that can increase maternal morbidity and mortality and has a bad impact on babies in the womb. In pregnant women, malaria can cause complications of anemia, cerebral malaria, pulmonary edema, kidney failure and can cause death. In the fetus it causes abortion, premature delivery, low birth weight, and fetal death. This research method uses descriptive with cross sectional research design. The study sample was 53 pregnant women who underwent Antenatal Care examinations at the Koya Barat Health Center in 2021. The sampling method used the Accidental Sampling technique. The results showed that the majority of respondents aged 20-35 years were 48 people (90.6%). Most of respondents' education is SMA 28 (52.8%). Good knowledge of 16 respondents (30.2%) and poor knowledge of 37 respondents (69.8%). Positive attitude of respondents as many as 19 respondents (35.8%) and negative attitudes of 34 respondents (64.2%). The behavior of the respondents is sufficient as many as 36 respondents (67.9%) and the behavior of the respondents is less as many as 17 respondents (32.1%). Conclusion There is a significant relationship between knowledge of pregnant women and the behavior of preventing malaria complications in pregnancy with a p-value of 0.045. There is no significant relationship between attitude and prevention of malaria complications in pregnancy with a p value of 0.502 at the Koya Barat Health Center. Efforts to prevent malaria must continue to be carried out in risk groups, namely pregnant women, in order to reduce the number of malaria cases and reduce maternal and infant mortality.

Kelas pasif akan menghambat pelestarian motivasi, dan perkembangan kognitif. Guru sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran harus memiliki kemampuan untuk membuat pembelajaran menjadi interaktif dimana siswa terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Dengan menerapkan chatbot telegram sebagai media interaksi dalam pembelajaran membuat pembelajaran menjadi lebih aktif karena media ini memunculkan interaksi yang baik antar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami persepsi guru dan siswa terhadap penerapan aplikasi ChatBot Telegram sebagai media interaksi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik refleksi sebagai metode untuk menangkap persepsi dari guru dan siswa. Siklus Belajar Reflektif Gibb digunakan dalam mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran Berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya, penelitian ini menerapkan teknik penilaian 360 derajat yang berasal dari guru dan peserta didik untuk mengevaluasi kinerja penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran.</span>
Sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam sebuah organisasi dipandang sebagai human capital (modal) terutama jika dilihat dari posisinya untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Begitu pentingnya SDM, sehingga seberapa baguspun fasilitas dan alat yang dimiliki oleh sebuah organisasi tanpa ditunjang dengan SDM, maka akan menjadi sia-sia juga. Kinerja seorang pegawai dalam sebuah organisasi menjadi sesuatu yang penting guna menunjang keberhasilan sebuah organisasi. Pegawai atau karyawan yang kinerjanya bagus atau optimal tentunya akan memudahkan organisasi dalam mencapai sasarannya, begitupun sebaliknya. Salah satu pilar institusi kesehatan yang diharapkan memberikan kontribusi besar untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan kesehatan tersebut adalah rumah sakit, salah satu komponen yang ada dalam suatu rumah sakit adalah bidan, maka pengelolaan individu-individu bidan yang ada dalam sebuah rumah sakit menjadi sesuatu yang penting agar supaya rumah sakit juga dapat berkontribusi dalam pembangunan kesehatan. Pengelolaan bidan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja yang tentunya juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat, khususnya Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA). Jenis penelitian ini adalah survey dengan rancangan Cross Sectional. Populasi berjumlah 50 orang, sedangkan sampel berjumlah 46 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah proportionate random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS, uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Chi Square pada α=0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara umur, lama kerja dan pendidikan dengan kinerja, terdapat hubungan antara imbalan dengan kinerja bidan di RSUD Abepura.
Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pertanian mengalokasikan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara Perubahan untuk mencapai pemenuhan kebutuhan cabai dan bawang putih dalam negeri. Salah satu strategi pengembangan usahatani cabai dan bawang putih adalah pemberdayaan petani. Tujuan kegiatan ini antara lain 1) melaksanakan penyuluhan dan pendampingan budidaya cabai-bawang putih dan pembuatan sarana produksi pertanian serta 2) melakukan pengawasan terhadap bantuan APBN-P cabai dan bawang putih. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Kentengsari Kecamatan Candiroto Kabupaten Temanggung. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan antara lain penyuluhan dan pendampingan budidaya cabai dan bawang putih, pengawasan bantuan sarana produksi dan alat mesin pertanian tanaman cabai dan bawang putih serta penyuluhan dan pelatihan perbanyakan Bacillus sp. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah mampu memberikan pengetahuan bagi petani tentang cara budidaya cabai dan bawang putih dengan baik serta petani memahami manfaat dan teknik perbanyakan Bacillus sp. Alokasi bantuan APBN-P dari pemerintah mengalami keterlambatan sampai ke petani yang mengakibatkan waktu penanaman mengalami kemunduran. Masalah dalam pelaksanaan UPSUS APBN-P yakni waktu pendampingan yang terlalu pendek dan bantuan sarana produksi sampai petani tidak tepat waktu. Pemerintah perlu memikirkan periode pendampingan yang efektif serta bantuan dapat diterima petani dengan tepat waktu.
