Purpose - to find out the extent of satisfaction and the level of loyalty of consumers who have shopped at Tokopedia. Design / Methodology / Approach - In this study, there are two factors that become indifferent for researchers to make reference to independent variables, namely product quality and price. The location of research in Gresik Regency, the number of respondents numbered 100 respondents using purposive sampling method with the provisions of respondents who have made repeated purchases at Tokopedia. The results of this study were analyzed by path analysis and must go through instrument testing, classical assumptions, and then proof of the research hypothesis. Results and Discussion - Based on the results of research that product quality and price have a direct effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction, product quality and price have a direct effect on loyalty to Tokopedia users in Gresik Regency. While product quality and price have an indirect effect on loyalty through consumer satisfaction of Tokopedia users in Gresik Regency. These results prove that product quality has a smaller coefficient on satisfaction and loyalty than the price variable. Consumer satisfaction and loyalty have a significant effect compared to other variables. Testing the path analysis proves that product quality and price affect indirectly on loyalty through satisfaction, but based on the findings the coefficient value of total product quality is smaller than the price variable. Conclusion - Based on the results of the study prove that all hypotheses can be accepted (product quality, price, product quality directly and indirectly affect customer satisfaction and loyalty). Research Implications - it is hoped that the results of this study can add insight to businesses in the field of online business, to pay attention to the quality of products, prices, to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
The science of studying digital marketing innovation has developed rapidly in the last decade. So, it is necessary to have an in-depth study to find space by further researchers as a form of novelty. This study analyzes the Google Scholar database (last 5 years) through rigorous data selection stages. research analysis using bibliometrics through Publish or Perish and Vos Viewer to get a visual display. The results of the study show that Network visualization (NV) found several new terms related to digital marketing innovation. The results of the Overlay visualization (OV) analysis show that the research trend for digital marketing innovation keywords is still current and developing. Density Visualization (DV) results show that Still There is room for study more continue. The results of this study are expected can give reference in development research digital marketing.
Along with technological developments, the world of marketing has now changed. Studying E-consumer behavior from a renewable aspect is needed to create practical and efficient marketing, research that refers to digital marketing (Digital Marketing), especially the E-Marketing marketplace. This study examines online consumer behavior that focuses on purchasing decisions and renewable factors that influence it, namely: customer reviews and the promotional tagline "Free Shipping" for shopee marketplace consumers in Surabaya. The chosen mediator variable is Price Discount. The sample in this study was 100 respondents from Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. The analytical tool used is mediation analysis using the SmartPLS 3.5 tool. The hypothesis was investigated using customer reviews, promotional taglines, price discounts, and promotional taglines on e-purchase decisions mediated by price discounts. Based on the analysis results, all the tested hypotheses have a positive and significant effect on the E-Purchase Decision. The Price Discount variable is a mediator variable that can strengthen the Tagline Promotion variable in the E-Purchase Decision. This finding is expected to make a real contribution for sellers in the marketplace at Shopee to pay attention to Customer Reviews so that consumers don't give negative feedback to their online stores. Always provide free shipping promos so that consumers are not burdened with purchasing costs. The discount can benefit consumers and pay attention to the mediator variables studied so that consumers who buy are more likely to buy the product.
With the existence of digital technology, the phenomenon of viral products in Indonesia is increasingly widespread, not only manufactured products, traditional products, or home products can also become viral because of this technology. The Sidayu (Bonggolan) traditional MSME products are no exception, which some time ago went viral on social media and then spread to the people of Gresik Regency and its surroundings. This research is very interesting to study, to study online consumer behavior towards product repurchase intentions which are characterized by theoretical studies that Viral Marketing, and Product Innovation influence purchase decisions and repurchase intentions while purchasing decisions are intermediaries. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The number of samples was 200 participants spread across Gresik Regency who had repeatedly bought this traditional food product. This study uses SEM analysis with the help of SmartPls software. The findings show that viral marketing and product innovation directly influence purchasing decisions, but the findings directly show insignificant results on repurchase intention. Interestingly, the findings of this study indicate that there is a significant indirect effect of viral marketing and product innovation on repurchase intention through the mediation of purchase decisions.
Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat didasarkan pada isu-isu di masyarakat yang terkait dengan kurangnya kemandirian yang ditunjukkan oleh generasi muda melalui upaya kewirausahaan. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan dan pelatihan memainkan peran penting dalam membina bakat dan potensi generasi muda untuk mengembangkan keahlian yang dapat diproduksi dalam bentuk barang atau jasa dan dijual kepada pelanggan atau masyarakat. Dengan fokus pada pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan, diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat membentuk generasi muda yang terampil dan inovatif. Melalui keahliannya tersebut dapat dijadikan penghasil pendapatan menghasilkan peluang pekerjaan, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Remaja di Kabupaten Lombok Timur mendapatkan manfaat dari pengabdian ini. Generasi muda di Kabupaten Lombok Timur diharapkan dapat mengambil manfaat dari hasil kegiatan ini dalam hal peningkatan pemahaman pada dan kemandirian. Selain itu, untuk menginspirasi mereka untuk mengembangkan karakter mandiri bagi generasi muda, penting untuk menunjukkan kepada mereka bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan adalah dua aspek yang berjalan beriringan.

The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the criteria working period of at least 5 years, so the number of samples used was 80 people. The analysis model used is path analysis using SPSS. The research results show that: There is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership style on work engagement, transformational leadership has positif effect on on work satisfaction, positive and significant effect of work satisfaction on work engagement, and There is a positive influence and significant transformational leadership style on work engagement through work satisfaction. Its indicated that the leaders should be consistent in applying transformational leadership styles and increase employee work satisfaction to increase work engagement for their employees. When employees have work engagement, they will become productive at work so they can make the best contribution to the company.
