The paper examines the Sikhism about its history, doctrines, and political activities. Some summaries are (1) The Sikhism that was founded by Gurit Nanak. The realities of conflict in India between Hindu and Islam as one strong reason to make a eclectic "ism". The purpose of this study was to gain an understanding of Islamic Religious Education Teachers' exemplary approach to developing students' emotional, spiritual quotients. This article employs a qualitative research methodology in conjunction with a case study approach. The approach taken is consistent with the formulation of the problem under investigation. Informants were chosen based on the research's objectives. Formal and informal interviews were conducted. The findings of this study demonstrate two aspects of the emotional approach in Islamic education: Methods of persuasion and education. Teachers develop spiritual, emotional intelligence by providing students with new knowledge that includes exemplary figures dating all the way back to the Prophet Muhammad's time and exemplary national figures, as well as by inviting students to practice family strategies for recognizing and managing their own emotions, the ability to motivate themselves, the ability to recognize the emotions of others, and how to build relationships with others.

This study aims to develop a framework for measuring higher education performance as the Public Service Agency. The authors adapted one of the measurement models, namely the Balance Score Card Model. This is a qualitative study with library research type. The data collection uses literature documents related to the discussion subject. The results show that the Balanced Scorecard Model could be used to measure the performance of higher education institutions that has the mandate as the Public Service Agency. The target of the Balanced Scorecard Model is developed to measure the corporation. Corporations and public institutions have different objectives, characteristics, and philosophies. However, the model can be utilized to measure the performance of public institutions by adapting the components from each perspective. This study contributes to the development of higher education performance measurement framework serving as the Public Service Agency.
This article is oriented to uncover and review the administration development, the formulation of the administration of Islamic education, and the art of managing it. This article examined the literature on the administration of education that usually refers to the west and adapts it to the administration of Islamic education and then manages it with the arts and principles of Islam (Qur'an and Hadith) as well as other Islamic thinkers and the author described it systematically. The results of the article: (1). Development of Islamic education administration through 4 stages (classical organization theory, human relations approach, behavioral science approach, post-behavioral-science approach era), (2). Formulation of Islamic education administration: implementing planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting which is integrated with the approach of human relationships (meeting the needs of employees, motivation, and the relationship of subordinates and managers) based on Islamic principles. (3). The art of management: strategy (shaping human resources as agents of change in Islam, planning Islamic-based education administration model), implementation (controlling the suitability of planning and implementation, leaders provide motivation, fostering, paying attention to subordinates and participating directly, implications (results and impacts of implementation evaluated and improved) to conform to the principle of continuous improvement.
This Article studies about methodology construction used in feminism theology. Riffat Hassan’s thought made as a model in this article. There are several things which can be understood in this article namely: First, feminism theology which emerges in domain of modern Islamic thought cannot be discharged from a global tendency of this discourse growth in America. Second, in the context of “Islamicate”, the emergence of feminism theology is pushed by a social reality in Islamic society which still have discrimination and subjugation toward woman. Particularly, this matter is legitimized by religious doctrines. Third, methodologically speaking, feminism theology has been reconstructed by using ideal, historical and empirical-normative approaches as well as by deconstruction, hermeneutic and hadits criticism methods. By these approaches and methods, feminism theology becomes one of discourses for woman to fight againts discrimination and subjugation<br /><br />
