AbstractsCharacter education is the systematical approach to develop and safe fitrah (natural values) for potencials of human being (human actualization). The implication of the systematical approach is how to make a good planning and teach a fitrah (a natural values) in order to became good values and for the final purposes in order tobe a good behavior. PendahuluanPendidikan karakter pada akhirakhir ini menjadi trend per bin cangan di kalangan pakar pendidikan. Cukup logis jika di per bincangkan oleh semua aktivis pendidikan, karena dipicu dengan be berapa permasalahan masyarakat kita sekarang yang melupakan nilainilai luhur bangsa Indonesia sehingga bangsa Indonesia nyaris tidak memiliki karakter yang jelas. Selain itu juga secara natural pen didikan kita sebenarnya lebih menekankan pada pengembangan sikap dan nilai jika dibandingkan dengan pendidikan yang ada di ba rat dimana lebih menekankan kearah kognitif. Memang logis jika di barat kreativitas di bidang ilmu pengetahuan yang hebat dibanding di negeri timur yang lebih mengutamakan nilai dan budayanya.Tulisan ini mencoba menjelaskan tentang pendidikan karakter, ba gaimana cara memasukan karakter pada mata pelajaran yang ada di sekolah mulai desain perencanaannya, cara mengajarkannya serta orang yang paling berperan dalam menanamkan karakter pada siswa di sekolah.
Communication is a need that is very fundamental for someone in living in a community. Communication and society are two twin words that cannot be separated from each other. Islamic education has meaning as a process of developing and saving human nature. Islamic education does not only develop the body, spirituality, soul and even reason, but how can the four potentials develop and survive. Islamic education institutions are a place, or the place where the process of Islamic education takes place. Islamic education institutions include families, mosques, Islamic boarding schools and madrasas. Institutions that are attached to the soul of Muslims are of two forms, the first form is an institution that cannot be changed and the second form is an institution that can be changed. Islamic education institutions have challenges that must be faced, namely in the fields of politics, culture, science and technology, economics, society and social change, and value systems, and all of them must be neutralized in order to go hand in hand and support each other. Islamic communication models, including human relations with God, human relations with humans, and human relations with themselves. While the communication model in Islamic educational institutions, combines forms of Islamic communication, Islamic communication sources, and basic concepts of Islamic communication.
The current research aimed to investigate the need for study program to develop curriculum to meet the demands of international accreditation. CIPPO (Context, Input, Process, Product, Outcomes) evaluation model was applied through a mixed-method approach with sequential exploratory strategy: 1) collecting and analyzing qualitative data by presenting the needs of each scope of study from the stakeholder point of view and reviewing curriculum documents; 2) analyzing quantitative data from the questionnaires to measure the satisfaction level and fulfillment of the improvement needs. The result of the context evaluation suggested the need to review the curriculum documents, to adjust the learning load, and some of the contents of the semester learning plan. The input evaluation found that the availability and quality of the lecturers were good, and the learning facilities and resources were adequately provided, yet their utilization required improvement. The result of the process evaluation showed that the learning implementation was perceived to be good, so it necessitated the lecturer competence improvement in benefiting information technology media and learning modules based on researches. The result of the product evaluation suggested that the learning assessment given by the lecturers was good that the improvement demand lay in the assessment of attitude. The outcome evaluation showed that the satisfaction of alumni and alumni users was good, and it required continuous improvement in the contexts, input, processes and products as the main services of the study program.
<p>The community is the big institution in the kiai’s perception that must be educated base on good values which are suitable for their life. The syari’ah and tasawuf are studied and needed by moslem community, because both of the subject contribute to sove when the moslem community have problem that ussualy happen in the daily of social life. Kiai Basori Alwi is one of kiai’s who gives solution to the moslem community with his own manuscript that has been writen when moslem people has problems. Kiai Basori Alwi has a motif to develop student achievement, transform religion knowledge to social community and develop curriculum of pesantren, and keep islamic tradition through his manuscript.</p> <p><strong><em></em></strong><em><strong></strong> </em></p>
