This research is a Classroom Action Research which aims to determine how efforts to improve learning outcomes through the model of Contextual Teaching Learning students 5B grade in science subjects at SDN Siliwangi. The grand tour initial showed that only 35.71% or 15 students scored above the KKM with a total of 42 students. The average science score in class 5B is 60.95. This Classroom Action Research uses the Kemmis and McTaggart model which consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting with success indicators of 80% of students have achieved learning outcomes with a KKM score of 65 and teacher and student activeness reaching 85%. The results showed that from 3 aspects studied, namely: Student learning outcomes obtained 54.76% learning completeness in the first cycle and 76.42% in the second cycle 84.37% student activity in the first cycle and 87.50% in the second cycle. Teacher activeness was 83.34% in the first cycle and 89.58% in the second cycle The increase in the percentage of the results of the primary cycle aspects of student learning outcomes was 19.05%, 22% student and activeness13% teacher activeness. Meanwhile, in the first cycle and the second cycle, the increase in the aspects of learning outcomes was 28%, student activity 3% and teacher activity 6%.
The entry of Islam in a country is insepArable from the role of Middle Eastern traders who enter Indonesia. However, not all of Indonesia's territory was touched by the Middle Eastern traders as was the case in Sambas. The purpose of this study was to find a picture of the dynamics of curriculum changes in Islamic educational institutions in Sambas during the empire. The method used in this research is literature by searching various sources of books, articles both national and international. The findings of the research conducted is the Islamization in Sambas is insepArable from the role of the sultanate who entered into contact relations through marriage, although Islam has long been present in Sambas through contact traders from Cheng Ho's men with the Hanafi school of thought but its development is not very meaningful. After the extraordinary development of Islam in Sambas, there was only the modernization of education in the era of Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin II, but only experienced a period of development, because Dutch politics were able to play the role of Islamic educational institutions in Sambas even though Sambas was known as the "Veranda of Mecca.
The purpose of this research is to find out information about the effect of organizational culture, leader behaviors, job satisfaction, and justice on organizational commitment. In this study, school is considered as an organization. The study was carried out at Islamic Junior High Schools in the Mataram City, NTB. The data for this survey reseach were collected by using quesionnaires distributed to fifty-nine teachers as the samples. The data were analyzed statistically using path analysis.The results of the analyses shows that: (1) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, (2) leader behaviors have a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, (3) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, and (4) justice has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment.
Menyusun karya tulis ilmiah merupakan salah satu tuntutan profesi bagi seorang guru. Permasalahannya adalah tidak semua guru memiliki kemampuan dalam menyusun karya tulis ilmiah dengan baik, salah satunya yang berbentuk artikel ilmiah. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan terhadap guru di Indonesia, dapat diketahui bahwa sebagian besar guru masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah. Berawal dari permasalahan tersebut perlu dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam penulisan artikel bagi para guru. Program pelatihan dan pendampingan didesain dalam bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian tersebut dilakukan oleh Guru Inovatif Indonesia. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan dengan metode blended, yaitu melalui tatap muka dan melalui daring. Tahapan pertama merupakan pelatihan yang mencakup teori dan praktik sedangkan tahap kedua adalah bimbingan dalam melakukan publikasi artikel pada jurnal ilmiah. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dapat menambah wawasan dan keterampilan guru dalam menulis karya tulis ilmiah. Selain itu guru dapat melakukan publikasi artikel pada jurnal ilmiah secara mandiri sebagai salah satu tuntutan profesi sebagai seorang guru.
The school curriculum in Indonesia requires students to master science comprehensively through problem-based learning with the integration of science process skills (SPS) or scientific methods. This study aims to identify the responses of pre-service teacher students about the importance of SPS components. The data collection was done via a survey with samples of 120 pre-service teachers. The response of pre-service teacher to SPS was collected using 14 items in the questionnaire. The responses were analyzed qualitatively and statistically to find out the frequency of the strongest responses towards the SPS components. The results showed that pre-service teachers stated that problem-solving/critical thinking skills (63 voters), basic understanding answers (59 voters), hypotheses (41 voters), and making conclusions (39 voters) were key components in SPS. Based on these findings, the application of learning that can improve the science process skills of pre-service teachers is important to do.
This study aims to express comprehensively about motivation in lecturers' research, institutional policies in supporting the research process, and lecturers' research productivity in teacher training and education science Mataram. This research is a qualitative research by using the intrinsic case study approach. The results of this study showed that 1) the motivation of lecturers in conducting research is influenced. a) Intrinsic factors: financial, pleasure in conducting research, scientific responsibility, and desire to fulfill rank, achievement motivation, language and ability to research, b) extrinsic factors, including: institutional support, competition, research culture, and campus policy. 2) Policy in increasing the productivity of lecturers' research results includes: a) the determination of the research mission, b) providing research support facilities, c) optimizing the functions of the center of research and community service to manage research activities, and d) encouraging the publication of lecturers' research through internal journals. 3) There is an increase in the quantity and quality of lecturers'research each year which is encouraged by the availability of a forum for lecturers to publish their research in internal journals. Based on the findings of this study, it must be recommended in order to be a continuous and comprehensive effort to improve the productivity of the results of lecturers 'research, especially in publishing the results of the lecturers' research into national and international journals. The purpose of the study was to find the effect of adversity quotient, time management, and communication management of madrasah principals on the effectiveness of the management of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara for the academic year 2020/2021. This research method is quantitative with the sampling method in the form of a survey. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis techniques. The results showed that 1) adversity quotient, time management, and communication management of the madrasah principal had a direct positive effect on the effectiveness of madrasah ibtidaiyah management; 2) the adversity quotient has a direct positive effect on the time management and communication management of the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. In conclusion, there is an effect of Adversity Quotient, Time Management, and Communication Management of Madrasah Principals on the Effectiveness of Management of Islamic Madrasahs in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara Province for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. The teacher is a model that students want to emulate in speech, manners, behavior, and in all actions seen by students so that the teacher must really be the expected role model, but in the learning process the teacher needs various learning models so that learning objectives can be achieved . The learning model is a conceptual framework that is used as a guide in carrying out learning that is arranged systematically to achieve learning objectives related to syntax, social systems, reaction principles and support systems. Project-based learning is student-centered learning with a dynamic classroom approach where it is believed that students can gain deeper knowledge through active exploration of real-world challenges and problems. In the independent curriculum it is suggested to apply project based learning to support character development in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile. National webinar activities assist participants in understanding the implementation of project-based learning models in the independent curriculum era with the aim of participants being able to implement project-based learning in learning activities in their respective classes that are adapted to the conditions and characteristics of students. This activity was carried out in three terms, namely opening, delivering material, and discussion. As a result, participants get an adequate picture to understand and implement PjBL in the independent curriculum era. ABSTRAK Guru merupakan model yang hendak ditiru oleh siswa dalam tutur kata, adab, tingkah laku, dan dalam segala tindakan yang dilihat oleh siswa sehingga guru harus betul-betul menjadi tauladan yang diharapkan, namun dalam proses pembelajaran guru membutuhkan berbagai model pembelajaran sehingga tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Model pembelajaran merupakan kerangka konseptual yang digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam melakukan pembelajaran yang disusun secara sistematis untuk mencapai tujuan belajar yang menyangkut sintaksis, sistem sosial, prinsip reaksi dan sistem pendukung. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek adalah pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa dengan pendekatan ruang kelas yang dinamis di mana diyakini bahwa siswa dapat memperoleh pengetahuan yang lebih dalam melalui eksplorasi aktif tantangan dan masalah dunia nyata. Dalam kurikulum merdeka disarankan untuk menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project based learning) untuk mendukung pengembangan karakter sesuai dengan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Kegiatan webinar nasional membantu peserta dalam memahami implementasi model pembelajaran berbasis proyek di era kurikulum merdeka dengan tujuan peserta dapat mengimplementasikan project based learning dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas masing-masing yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan karakteristik peserta didik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan tiga termin yakni pembukaan, penyampaian materi, dan diskusi. Hasilnya peserta mendapatkan gambaran yang cukup untuk memahami dan mengimplementasikan PjBL di era kurikulum merdeka.
