Research aims: This study aims to examine how intellectual capital (IC) disclosure has been carried out by Indonesian higher education institutions (HEI). In addition, this study examines the determinants of IC disclosure, namely age, size and accreditation status of HEI. Design/Methodology/Approach: The IC components used in this study refers to Ulum ( 2019), which modified the research from Leitner and Karl-Heinz (2002). This modification refers to the Study Program Accreditation Instrument (IAPS) 4.0 which has been regulated by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education. The hypotheses test is conducted using SEM PLS. Research findings:The test results show that the age, size and accreditation status variables have a significant effect on intellectual capital disclosure (ICD). Theoretical contribution/ Originality: This study examines the IC disclosure with IAPS 4.0 that has just been applied in Indonesia. Practitioner/Policy implication: The study results provide an overview of the factors that drive IC disclosure in Indonesian HEI. Research limitation/Implication: This study only involved 86 large Indonesian non-vocational HEI.
Pandemi covid menyebabkan masyarakat membuat inovasi untuk bertahan dalam dunia usaha, khusunya UMKM. Para pelaku usaha dituntut untuk melek teknologi untuk tingkat pemasaran yang lebih luas. Namun, pada desa karangploso masih banyak masyarakat yang belum menggunakan teknologi sebagai sarana pemasaran dan penjualan. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengenalkan digital marketing kepada masyarakat karena saat ini pemasaran lebih pesat dan rapai pada penjualan online. Tujuan utama dari “digital marketing” adalah pemasaran yang memanfaatkan alat atau media digital untuk menjangkau target konsumen secara cepat, tepat dan luas. Sosialisasi strategi digital marketing dalam bentuk peman- faatan media social sangatlah penting karena dapat memberi pengetahuan kepada para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat mulai mengenal aplikasi penjualan online, mengetahui cara pemasaran online dan mulai memasarkan produk secara online.
The purpose of this study was to find out how the effect of the antecedents of intention to leave involve job dissatisfaction and work-related stress in the Small Medium Entreprises (SMEs). The variables were moderated by the perceived alternative job opportunities (PAJO) as Indonesian Migrant Workers. A total of 89 questionnaires were distributed to the employees of SMEs located in Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency, East Java, Indonesia. The Data were analyzed using the associative descriptive method, using PLS version 3.0 software. The results of the analysis obtained in this study indicate that work dissatisfaction and work-related stress have a positive influence on the intention to leave the SMEs. The perceived of alternative job opportunities as Indonesian migrant workers successfully moderating the effect of employee work-related stress on the intention to leave SMEs in Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency.
This study aims to develop employee organizations' role in implementing risk management in public sector organizations. This study's character uses several indicators, including values, attitudes, interests, and religion. The research was conducted at public sector organizations in the non-profit category, Infaq Amal Zakat and Shodaqoh Muhammadiyah (LAZISMU) in Malang City. The research method used is grounded theory research with a qualitative approach, in which data research uses structured and open interview techniques. The collected data will be analyzed using grounded theory analysis techniques. The study results found several factors, as seen from their abilities, values, attitudes, interests, and religiosity, in supporting the implementation of risk management in Malang. These characteristics include working with time, the right placement of human resources, mastery of job descriptions, information, ability, and transfer of knowledge, in terms of values, including cooperation, responsibility, democracy, solidarity, humanity, honesty, order, and discipline. In terms of attitude, including being wise, with integrity, cooperative, open, and selective. In terms of interest, it is shown by being participatory, actualizing, and proactive.Meanwhile, in terms of religiosity, it includes the mandate to carry out duties, desire in preaching, and personal needs to fill charity activities with full volunteerism.
This research aims to analyze the effect of High Involvement Work System (HIWS) and technologies adaption on the performance in Indonesian banking sector and also determine whether the perceived leadership behavior successfully moderating the effect of HIWS and technologies adaption on the banking sector performance in Indonesia. The data of 96 respondents were conducted by questionnaire that measured using the 1 (totally dissagree) to 5 (totally agree) Likert score and analyzed using the associative method using PLS software. The result indicates that the application of HIWS in the banking sector has a positive but not significant effect on the performance. While the test results state that technologies adoption significantly influences positive performance in the banking sector. For moderation variables in the form of perceived leadership behavior weaken the influence of HIWS on performance, otherwise, it strengthen the influence of technology adoption on the performance of Indonesian banking sector.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan guru dan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran daring di SD Inpres Lae-Lae 2, serta mengetahui proses pembelajaran daring di SD Inpres Lae-Lae 2. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan peserta didik kelas IV. Pengumpulan data diambil melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Penulis berperan sebagai pewawancara langsung untuk menggali data melalui guru dan peserta didik kelas IV. Hasil penelitian kesiapan guru dalam pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi covid-19 di SD Inpres Lae-Lae 2 ini menunjukkan terlaksana dengan baik. Walaupun pembelajaran ini dilakukan dengan daring, guru tetap membuat RPP, mempersiapkan bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran sebelum memulai proses pembelajaran. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring kesiapan peserta didik juga sudah terlaksana dengan baik, karena mereka sudah mempersiapkan apa saja yang dibutuhkan dalam pembelajaran daring, seperti buku, pulpen, dan handphone. Dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran daring ini aplikasi yang digunakan adalah whatsapp dan zoom, adapun kendala yang ditemukan guru dan peserta didik yaitu kurang stabilnya jaringan internet sehingga mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar. This study aims to determine the readiness of teachers and students in online learning at SD Inpres Lae-Lae 2, and to determine the online learning process at SD Inpres Lae-Lae 2. This study is qualitative research with a case study method. The subjects in this study were teachers and fourth grade students. Data collection was taken through observation, interviews, and documentation. The author acts as a direct interviewer to collect data through teachers and fourth grade students. The results showed that the readiness of teachers in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Inpres Lae-Lae 2 Elementary School was carried out well. Although learning is done online, the teacher continues to plan learning by making online lesson plans, preparing teaching materials in the form of learning media and preparing teaching materials before the learning process takes place. In the implementation of this online learning process, the applications used are whatsapp and zoom, while the obstacles found by teachers and students are the unstable internet connection so that they experience difficulties in learning.

Kedua, risiko penyaluran, ketiga risiko operasional, dan yang ke empat adalah risiko transfer zakat antar negara. Solusi yang diberikan dengan cara melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan penguatan karakter SDM (kemampuan, nilai, sikap, minat, dan religiusitas) dalam penerapan manajemen berbasis risiko, karena tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa SDM memegang peranan penting dalam suatu organisasi. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat berbasis IPTEKS ini dilakukan melalui penyelenggaraan pelatihan praktis dan aplikatif manajemen profesional untuk diterapkan pada LazisMu Kabupaten Malang meliputi pengelolaan SDM yang disajikan dalam bentuk pelatihan, ceramah, praktek lapangan/ teknis dan diskusi. Target luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dasar tentang pentingnya penerapan manajemen berbasis risiko, meningkatnya keterampilan (skills) yang meliputi nilai, kemampuan, sikap, minat dan religiusitas SDM dalam menerapkan manajemen berbasis risiko di LazisMu Kabupaten Malang. Mitigasi risiko juga dilakukan berupa evaluasi penerapan manajemen berbasis risiko serta model manajemen berbasis risiko yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan LazisMu Kabupaten Malang.
