Abstract.This aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of employees of the University PGRI RonggolaweTuban. These factors are motivation and work environment. Employees who have a high motivation to work will have a positive impact for the organization, so as to achieve organizational goals. Hypothesis testing is done by spreading the questionnaire as many as 52 employees of the University PGRI RonggolaweTuban. Analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Results of testing the hypothesis that the value F = 4,312; and p = 0.019 (p <0.05) that there is influence motivation and work environment on employee performance PGRI University RonggolaweTuban. The results of the partial test (t test) on the motivation variable, obtained t = 0.136, p = 0.892 (p> 0.05), meaning that work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. On the environment variable obtained value t = 2,376; and p = 0.021 (p <0.05), which means that the working environment have a significant effect on employee performance. R2 = 0.115 shows that simultaneously motivated and able to contribute to the environmental performance of 11.5% on the employees of the University of PGRI RonggolaweTuban..
The purpose of the study is to find a comparison between learning outcomes using inquiry and PjBL learning models. The research hypothesis is that there is a difference (Ha) and there is no difference (Ho) in the learning outcomes of PGSD students. This research uses quantitative methods with quasi-experimental research designs. The population studied was all undergraduate students of PGSD Universitas Negeri Malang (UM). Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used the t-test with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that Ho was accepted so that it could be concluded that there was no difference between learning outcomes using inquiry and PjBL models for PGSD students.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian untuk menemukan perbandingan antara hasil belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri dan PjBL. Hipotesis penelitian yaitu ada perbedaan (Ha) dan tidak ada perbedaan (Ho) dalam hasil belajar mahasiswa PGSD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi yang diteliti yaitu semua mahasiswa sarjana PGSD Universitas Negeri Malang (UM). Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ho diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan tidak ada perbedaan antara hasil belajar menggunakan model inkuiri dan PjBL pada mahasiswa PGSD.
Kemajuan teknologi menuntut kehidupan manusia semakin berkembang. Dengan demikian, semakin banyak pula keterampilan dan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki. Di abad 21 ini, keterampilan berpikir kritis merupakan salah satu keterampilan wajib yang seharusnya dikuasai oleh generasi penerus supaya mereka dapat bersaing di dunia yang akan datang. Merdeka belajar sebagai salah satu kebijakan baru Menteri Pendidikan memberikan tantangan baru bagi seluruh sekolah di Indonesia, termasuk SD. Permasalahan yang ada yaitu kesulitan guru dalam menuangkan pembelajaran berbasis High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) dalam perangkat pembelajaran. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk memaparkan pelatihan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis HOTS berlandaskan Merdeka Belajar bagi guru SD. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendampingan. Instrumen yang dipakai yaitu angket. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa dengan pendampingan, pengetahuan serta keterampilan guru dalam membuat perangkat pembelajaran berbasis HOTS berbasis Merdeka belajar mengalami peningkatan dan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Tingkat kepuasan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan sebesar 94%.
The purpose og this research is: (1) planning the performance assessment; (2) the implementation of performance assessment; and (3) report on the performance evaluation results of learning in the fifth class of Public Elementary School Blimbing 3 Malang (Sekolah Dasar Negeri Blimbing 3 Malang). This research used a descriptive qualitative approach in case study. The data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) the preparation of integrated performance assessment plan in the course plan (RPP) in even semester consisting of Theme 5 to Theme 9 cannot be found because teachers do not prepare lesson plans; (2) the implementation of performance assessment is not done thoroughly by teachers, as they have difficulty in time management and teachers focused on a material with a performance assessment; (3) the implementation of performance assessment conducted by teachers in even semester consisting of Theme 5 to Theme 9 are not yet fully accordance with the measures of performance appraisal. This is proven by the performance assessment of the teachers which do not deliver the performance assessment rubric to students, the time management is not well-organized, and how teacher just memorize in assessing the learners, making the result less maximum; and (4) the report of performance assessment conducted by the teacher is already good, proven by how meaningful the report card reporting performance appraisal in the form of numbers, title, and description. However, teachers have a hard time in processing the outcome score of learners.
Tulisan ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan rehabilitasi sosial korban penyalahgunaan Narkoba di PesantrenInabah Surabaya. Disadari bahwa penyalahgunaan Narkoba telah menyebar luas di masyarakat, untuk itudiperlukan sinergitas dalam penanganannya oleh para pemangku kepentingan lembaga pemerintah, lembaganon pemerintah, dan sektor swasta. Hal itu sejalan dengan pengarusutamaan paradigma pembangunan saat inidimana ketiga pilar utama tersebut berperan penting dalam proses pembangunan. Tulisan ini memanfaatkanstudi literatur, dan studi dokumen. Hasil kajian menyimpulkan bahwa penanganan korban penyalahgunaanNarkoba di Pesantren Inabah Surabaya dengan mengedepankan aspek spiritual Islami yang bersumber darial-Qur’an, al-Sunah, dan fatwa ulama khususnya ulama Tarekat Qodiriyah wa-Naqsabandiyah merupakansalah satu pendekatan dalam system rehabilitasi penyalahgunaan Narkoba. Pendekatan spiritual secaraIslami tersebut disebut juga sebagaiâ€Psikoterapi Islamiâ€, yaitu sebagai proses pengobatan dan penyembuhanterhadap gangguan/penyakit mental, spiritual, moral dan fisik korban penyalahgunaan Narkoba melaluituntunan dan bimbingan dari Allah swt., Nabi/Rasul, dan para Ahli Waris-Nya. Oleh karena itu, pendekatanspiritual Islami ini terbuka lebar untuk dikembangkan.Kata kunci: pendekatan spiritual, penyalahgunaan narkoba, rehabilitasi.
