Problem statement:The objective of this research was to evaluate the level of understanding and students' interest in Jawi education, after educational technology media was used in teaching and learning at primary schools. This study emphasizes with more detail on the aspects of usage and effectiveness media-aided teaching system. Exploring the notion of instrument, recognized positive attitude and students associated with the use of educational technology media in teaching and learning process. Approach: A total of 52 students taken as a respondent at National School of Changgai Kelantan, reviewed the Educational Technology Media as a teaching method. Purpose of this study was to compare the scoring percentage, after using the ordinary method and educational technology media as a teaching aid. In order to realize the ultimate objective, field studies, questionnaire and survey libraries were implemented. Results: Proceeds from the research found that teaching and learning process with the use of Jawi in Educational Technology Media had a positive effect on students. The results showed that more than 63.4% student achievement increased in Jawi education after using this instrument. Conclusion: Computer usage can stimulate effective learning and improve the performance of Jawi education, enhancing the high level of interactivity among students.
Problem statement: The objective of this study were to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intentions among the employees in XYZ Sdn. Bhd, Malaysia. Approach: A total of 32 set of complete questionnaires gathered from executives and non-executives of a local printing company were involved in the study and 32 completed the questionnaires. Using structured questionnaires in a controlled environment, the results manage to extract both intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction that influences the turnover intention. Results: The statistical results obtained in this study showed that both forms of job satisfaction (intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction) have inverse relationship on employeesâ turnover intentions. Conclusion: Eventhough Instrinsic Job Satisfaction have stronger influence on Turnover Intention. Existence of Extrinstic Job Satisfaction also must be consider in measuring the intention
In a modern economy, there is no doubt that banks play a major role in generating the economic and financial growth. The individuals, the communities and the organizations are reliant on banks as their financial resources and necessities fulfillment. Their dependence to the banks has led them to engage a variety of contracts especially a debt-based contract. This contract required them to bond with the banks in the long period. Therefore, the various innovation products are designed to ensure the debtors are able to engage in an Islamic way and the banks are able to attain their income generation at the same time. While the debt contract is almost impossible to be implemented in Islamic banking system nowadays as it will lead to an interest, a modification process on the innovating sale contracts that have a commercial value for the bank is the only way for them to offer a debt-based contract to the people. Thus this paper attempts to explore the potential of ar-rahn product to solve the current problem. It tries to propose the enhancement of ar-rahn existing product offered by the bank and pawnshop as a good alternative to the financing products. The explored features of the potential of ar-rahn consist of the suitability of concepts adopted in the product, the possibility of longer repayment's period, the minimization of the shariah and economic issue of ujrah fee, the possibility of offering more than RM10, 000 borrowing money and the expansion of receivable pledge item. While the exploration of those features is discussed in a foundational and ideal basis, it is hoped to stimulate further investigation in the future.
Generalized Anxiety Disorder is categorized as psychiatry neurosis. Until today, there are no dominant factors that have been identified in influencing this disease to occur among university students. Problems in education, family, social and many others are some of the issues which result continous anxiety to these university students. This also gives negative psychological and physical effects. Although the treatment from the West manages to cure this illness, this gives negative side effects. From the Islamic point of view, anxiety disorder is seen as a spiritual disease. There is no specific treatment in curing this disease. However, with the practice of Qur’anic verses, Sunnah and also the practice of various ulama’ in the past, this illness can be coped through Islamic psychotherapy, which is one of the alternatives or complimentary ways to the existing treatment. The study uses the qualitative and quantitative research methods. The findings show that intervention through Islamic psychotherapy method gives positive reactions and this helps to reduce Generalized Anxiety Disorder among the university students
