This paper discusses the forms of academic communication of Islamic religious education teachers in Improving Student Learning Interest in Limua Dapurang Elementary School, Dapurang District, Pasangkayu Regency. This study used a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction analysis, data presentation and data verification that ends with checking the validity of the data with the source triangulation method. The results showed that the forms of Academic communication of Islamic education teachers in increasing the learning interest of the students regarding interpersonal communication which includes approaching, giving advice, exemplary, and reward. Second, group communication includes explaining the material gently, decisively and attractively, motivating and increasing the activeness of students and providing habituation. The results of increasing students' interest in learning caused students doing assignment diligently, hard studying, and increase student grades. The supporting factors include the teacher's ability to communicate, a willingness of students to receive advice and the support of class teachers. While the inhibiting factors are the level of understanding and response power of students and the lack of support from parents.
This study aimed to determine the principal's leadership on teachers’ performance and school quality. This study used a qualitative approach with the type of research literature study. In the literature study in this study there are several stages that need to be done, namely cutting the source of literartures on the same topic, then sorting the literature with a certain grace period, then choosing search results that match the theme and title to be researched for reference. Data is obtained through literature, notebooks, magazines, and other references as well as relevant research. Data analysis can be adjusted to the research objectives, and the stages are deductive, inductive, interpretive, comparative, historical. From the results of the study, it is clear that the transformational leadership of the principal is very influential on improving teacher performance and school quality.
This study discusses the urgency of the competency of teachers on the subjects of Islamic religious education. This study used descriptive qualitative method and gather data through observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through reduction, data presentation, and data verification that ended with checking the validity of the data. The results of this study shows that competence of teachers in junior high school is adequate. The role of teachers in improving the quality of teaching, positions which directly determine the success, considering the teacher as a figure who is directly involved in learning in the classroom. All of these roles requires more concrete effort, and directly touch to the needs of students in order to get better the quality of learning. The efforts made by the Islamic religious education teachers in improving the quality of education including the provision of guidance to students, advice, supervision of students, providing motivation and rewards, using varied teaching methods, and personal approach to students. Supporting factors include the existence of good cooperation from principals, teachers, parents, staff, students and the local community, the infrastructure, the competent teachers, and safe and orderly environment. Inhibiting factors include the lack of instructional media; in this case the writer mean is computer and LCD, the lack of participation and support fromstudents’ parent. As for efforts to deal with is as follows: add computer and LCD and establish good coordination with parents.
The focus of this research is to find out how the pattern of innovative leadership management in early childhood education is. The purpose of this study was to describe innovative leadership management in early childhood education. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with the type of literature study. The process of collecting data is done by means of a literature study. This method is a literature review from various sources and relevant references. This study came to the conclusion that innovative leaders are able to complete several ideas by implementing a systematic function from planning to evaluation. There must be teamwork through creativity and team innovation, and innovative and creative ways of working and understanding actual digital information. Of course, leaders need team assistance in carrying out their duties in providing quality learning services through innovation and learning activities.
This study examines the strategies of madrasa headmasters in improving the quality of Islamic Education and the facilitating and hindering factors as well as the solutions of the headmaster's strategies in improving the quality of Islamic Education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah. This study used descriptive qualitative and research design using a case study approach. The data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques through data reduction analysis, data presentation, and data verification which ended with checking the validity of the data. The results showed that: 1) The strategy employed by the madrasah headmaster in improving the quality of Islamic Education begins with an analysis of the internal and external environment of the madrasa which includes strengths and weaknesses, as well as the threats and opportunities. Head of Madrasah TsanawiyahAlkhairaatSibalaya always builds harmony in the organization, for example, being able to place personnel appropriately and influence his subordinates in human relationships which are covered by authority situations, enforce discipline to all madrasa personnel, and empower teachers to improve their competency and evaluate by involving relevant and professional related parties.2) The supporting factors are harmonious cooperation with subordinates as well as the conducive and comfortable situation and conditions of the madrasa. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors are the lack of teachers' discipline and lack of community response to send their children to madrasas.
