This research aimed to analyze the impact of work motivation on teacher's performance at the MTsN (State Islamic Senior High School) in Bontotiro District Bulukumba Regency. This research is a quantitative study with the ex post facto method. The participants of this research were 67 teachers from MTsN in Bontotiro District. The method of data collection used was questionnaire then the data were analyzed by using regression analysis to test the research hypothesis. The result of this study showed that: 1) the teacher's work motivation at MTsN in Bontotiro District was in medium category indicating that the teachers work motivation still need to be improved; 2) the teacher's performance at MTsN in Bontotiro District was in a medium category indicating that the teacher's performance was not optimal so it still needs to be improved; and 3) the teacher's work has significant effect on the teacher's performance at MTsN in Bontotiro District. Thus, the high strength of the teacher's performance is determined by the strong of weak motivation it possesses.
Tujuan dalam penelitian adalah untuk: 1) Mengetahui hasil belajar biologi peserta didik di SMP Negeri 3 Sungguminasa Sungguminasa yang diajar tanpa menerapkan model talking stick dengan bantuan media choose number 3) Menganalisis perbedaan hasil belajar biologi antara peserta didik yang yang diajar dengan menerapkan model talking stick dengan bantuan media choose number 2) Mengetahui hasil belajar biologi peserta didik di SMP Negeri 3 diajar dengan model talking stick dengan bantuan media choose number dan peserta didik yang diajar tanpa model talking stick dengan bantuan media choose number. Dalam penelitian ini merupakan suatu penelitian Quasi Experimental dengan menggunakan desain penelitian Pretest-Postest Control Group Design. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII A dengan jumlah 35 peserta didik dan kelas VIII H yang berjumlah 35 peserta duduk. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik simple random sampling . <p class="abstrak">Online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic had both positive and negative effects, including online learning for the Dirasah Islamiyah study program, concentration on Education and Teacher Training, Postgraduate at Islamic State University of Alauddin Makassar, so it is necessary to be evaluated. The purpose of this study is to evaluate online learning programs using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) program evaluation model formulated by Stufflebeam. This descriptive quantitative research used primary data collected from questionnaires from lecturers and students in the Learning Program Evaluation course as a source of informants and secondary data were taken using documentation in the form of Semester Learning Plans, lecture materials, and coursework results. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the implementation of online learning at the Postgraduate Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar, the Dirasah Islamiyah Study Program with the concentration of Education and Teacher Training had been going well although some parts still needed to be improved such as maximizing the use of the Learning Management System (LMS), clear coordination between fellow lecturers who support courses related to RPS which will be applied for one semester and strict conditioning so that students do their assignments responsibly (free of plagiarism).</p><p class="abstrak"><em>Pembelajaran daring yang berlangsung selama pandemi covid-19 menimbulkan dampak positif dan juga negative, tidak terkecuali pada pembelajaran daring program studi Dirasah Islamiyah konsentrasi Pendidikan dan Keguruan, Pascasarjana Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar sehingga perlunya dilakukan evaluasi terhadap program pembelajaran daring tersebut. Penelitian kuantitatif deskripstif ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dari hasil kusioner dari dosen dan mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Evaluasi Program Pembelajaran sebagai sumber informan dan data sekunder yang diambil menggunakan dokumentasi berupa Rencana Pembelajaran Semester, materi perkuliahan, dan hasil tugas mata kuliah. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di Pascasarjana Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar, Program Studi Dirasah Islamiyah konsentrasi Pendidikan dan Keguruan mata kuliah Evaluasi Program Pembelajaran sudah berjalan dengan baik meskipun ada beberapa bagian yang masih perlu ditingkatkan seperti memaksimalkan penggunaan Learning Management Sistem (LMS), koordinasi yang jelas antara sesama dosen pengampu mata kuliah terkait Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) yang akan diterapkan selama satu semester dan pengkondisian yang ketat agar mahasiswa mengerjakan tugasnya secara bertanggungjawab (bebas plagiasi).</em></p>
This article aims to examine the impact of academic supervision and pedagogic competence on teacher performance at State Junior High Schools in Ulaweng District, Bone Regency. This type of research is ex-post facto research with a positivistic-quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were 56 teachers at State Junior High Schools in Ulaweng District, Bone Regency as a whole through a saturated sample. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents and then analyzed through inferential statistics using multiple linear regression. The results of this study prove that: Academic supervision partially has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance by 12.8%. Pedagogic competence partially has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance by 10.9%. Simultaneously, academic supervision and pedagogic competence have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance by 23.7% at State Junior High Schools in Ulaweng District, Bone Regency. This indicates that the better the implementation of academic supervision and pedagogic competence, the higher the performance of State Junior High School teachers in Ulaweng District, Bone Regency.
