The problems that occur in Muhammadiyah teachers are their behavior that is less moral, has a bad personality, and also weak mastery of religious norms. So this will have an impact on the professionalism of a teacher. What happened to teachers at Muhammadiyah schools was due to the weak mastery and understanding of the personality competencies that a teacher must-have. The method used in this research is the library method, which is a research method whose data sources come from books, scientific articles, and documents related to the topic of the problem. The conclusion of this study is that not only is the source of knowledge, but a teacher is also a person who is nurtured and imitated by his students. Teachers at Muhammadiyah schools are teachers who not only master the knowledge they teach but also have to master and understand Muhammadiyah and also have piety to God and are able to be role models for their students. The Personality Competence of Muhammadiyah teachers as contained in the Guidelines for the Islamic Life of Muhammadiyah Citizens (PHIWM) which is also in accordance with Law no. 14 of 2005 concerning teachers and lecturers are compassionate, Uswatun Hashanah, noble character (pious personality), Islamic work ethic, and also Istiqomah Commitment. The personality of Muhammadiyah teachers must be reflected in their daily lives, both in the school, family, and community and within the scope of the Muhammadiyah organization.�
Character education is still the main problem in national education, Pesantren as Islamic educational institution with a long history in realizing the goal of national education is still strong. The excellence of Pesantren in the aspect of internalizing Islamic values that is comprehensively designed relevant with local traditions. In general, they only held general activities with the intention of being limited to the program's implementation. Until this stage, they do not yet have an effective method of internalization. This study aims to find and develop boarding school internalization methods based on boarding management. The method used is a qualitative approach case study type. The results showed that the internalization of Pesantren values was carried out through hostel management with planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluating daily activities that took place at the hostel. The values reflected in the sustainability activities at the hostel were orderly and implemented with full responsibility by the board hostel and students. Internalization of values managed by the hostel management approach becomes an effective and efficient means of achieving Pesantren goals.
In the era of 4.0, life in Indonesia has progressed, this certainly means that human resources must continue to make improvements, both in terms of science, technology, and morals. One of these improvements can be carried out by adopting an education system as the moral message contained in the story of the prophet Yusuf. which is contained in the word of Allah swt Al-Qur'an surah Yusuf. In the story of the prophet Yusuf, there are many educational values that can be used as a source of learning, especially regarding the faith of faith and the greatness of the morals or morals of Islamic youth. However, along with the times in the era of 4.0, the alldigital era has caused the moral degradation of adolescents. Therefore, researchers are interested in knowing the solution of the al-Qur'an surah Yusuf in overcoming the moral degradation of adolescents through the example story of the prophet Yusuf as. In its implementation, the type of research used is the type of library research which emphasizes library analysis. The data taken is literature data that uses library sources in obtaining research data. Research conducted, researchers see the objectives and data of this study using a qualitative approach.
The purpose of this study is to see the influence of the factors of parents 'gender preferences on children's activities, namely Patterns and differences in the influence of parents' gender preferences on children's activities according to gender. The sample in this study was children aged 12-17 years, with the reason that the limit for children to start other activities besides going to school. The results of the study show that parents tend to prioritize men in education and work and vice versa tend to prioritize women in managing the household. The preference of boys in education tends to benefit the education of boys than girls. However, men's preference for work tends to favor girls over boys. These findings indicate that parents' gender preferences are not always beneficial for children's education.
Bullying has an impact on victims, not only in a short time, but in a long time. Victims usually experience various symptoms such as anxiety, depression, pain due to blows, and so on which require a relatively long time to heal. Victims of bullying also become perpetrators of future bullying because of revenge for what they have experienced. Therefore, counseling guidance has an important role in preventing bullying in high school. The purpose of this study is to analyze the model of preventing bullying cases so that they do not occur in school institutions. In this study, the author uses a descriptive method with library research. Based on the results of the study, it was found that preventing bullying behavior with a religious humanistic approach can be done by: Coping strategies, habituation, guidance, coordination with parents, affection and example, in order to provide students with an understanding of the impact that occurs after bullying.
