Artikel ini bermaksud untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimanakah penguasaan kompetensi profesional guru PPKn dan faktor apa yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan di Prodi PPKn FISH UNESA ini mengambil sampel 86 mahasiswa yang telah menyelesaikan Praktik Pengalaman Pembelajaran (PPP). Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes dan angket yang dikembangkan peneliti. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa mereka memiliki kompetensi profesional guru yang cukup baik. Temuan ini konsisten dengan gambaran tentang sikap, minat, dan motivasinya serta pengalaman belajar yang juga berada pada kategori cukup. Kompetensi ini masih perlu diperbaiki, salah satunya dengan mengoptimalkan proses belajarnya.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This essay to describe the level of comprehension of professional competency among PPKn teachers and its factors influencing these competencies. Discourse on gender phenomena has always been an interesting topic. Various social studies are used to respond to gender phenomena and realities in society. The women's movement is expected to create a new awareness of gender equality that can lead to just social relationships. This article is based on research results that reveal the process of social cohesion among women's activist groups in Surabaya, especially on the issues raised in building an identity in a collective movement. According to Durkheim, collective identity is an important factor in developing the function of social integration. It can be seen from the collective activities that develop in groups. To understand the collective activities of the women's movement, it is important to know the main issues that they make reference to on the move. This is the main focus that will be stated in this article
Adanya pelaksanaan pembelajaran hybrid learning saat ini merupakan pengalaman baru yang terjadi di SMA Negeri 16 Surabaya. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran hybrid learning bukanlah sebuah hal yang mudah dilaksanakan dalam sebuah pembelajaran, sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya dapat memunculkan problematika yang terjadi pada aktor pembelajar, yaitu guru dan peserta didik. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui problematika yang dihadapi oleh peserta didik dan guru pengampu mata pelajaran PPKn dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran hybrid learning di SMA Negeri 16 Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kombinasi (mixed method) dengan tipe Sequential Exploratory Design. Reposnden dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 guru pengampu mata pelajaran PPKn dan 90 Peserta didik dari kelas X MIPA 2, XI MIPA 7, dan XII MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 16 Surabaya dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara terstruktur pada 3 guru PPKn dan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 90 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, terdapat problematika yang dialami oleh guru dan peserta didik dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran hybrid learning pada mata pelajaran PPKn di SMA Negeri 16 Surabaya yaitu terdapat kendala teknis, seperti (1) Kurangnya pemahaman guru dalam bidang teknologi, (2) Kualitas Ms. Teams kurang baik, dan (3) Terkendala jaringan internet. Hal ini menyebabkan kendala psikologis pada guru dan peserta didik yang mengalami kesulitan dalam fokus pembelajaran, sehingga dapat menyebabkan kurangnya interaksi antara guru dan peserta didik.

Industry 4.0 has been creating a public sphere for every individuals' participation. Women and Men should have a similar chance, but it may differ due to different education. That is why education and teacher have strategic power. Unfortunately, gender patriarchy has been a dominant gender ideology in education practices. In a transformation process to an egalitarian society, Civics Education as a citizenship education arena has very important and strategic positions in building an egalitarian society, included in gender-egalitarian society. Consequently, building the gender skills of teacher candidates of Civics becomes very important. The research problems are (1) how does gender education become an important discourse in Civics Department? (2) What is the curriculum of gender education built for students of teacher candidates? This is critical research to initiate gender education for educating teacher candidates of civics. The research was run in Pancasila and Civics Department (PPKn) in Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa). The subjects are lecturers in Unesa. The data were collected by focus group discussion and documentation. It is revealed that a formal policy of gender is very strategic and becomes a standpoint in gender education practices. Gender education has taught as a specific subject matter namely "Gender and Education" to produce Civics Teacher whose gender skills.
