Nickel ferrite (NixFe3-xO4) have been synthesized using solid state reaction with composition (2x)NiO : (3-x)Fe2O3 (x = 0.5; 1.0; 1.5 dan 2.0) in mol in wt%. Mixing of this powder was milled with HEM (High Energy Milling) for 10 hours, and then sintered at 1000 °C for 3 h. X-ray diffraction pattern indicates that the all of samples are single phase in this stage. FTIR (Fourier transform infrared) analysis showed two absorption bands in the range of ~410 - ~600 cm-1 related to octahedral and tetrahedral sites. The magnetic measurement using vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) shows that the sample exhibited a ferromagnetic behaviour with its coercivity value in the range of 164-217 Oe, and the maximum value wasshowed by x =1.5. VNA (Vector Network Analyzer) characterization shows the ability electromagnetic wave absorption with RL (reflection loss) value of -28 dB occurs at frequency of 10.98 GHz. It means that the Ni1.5Fe1.5O4 sample can absorb microwave about ~96 % at 10.98 GHz.
A research to study the microwave absorption properties of manganase ferrite in the X-band range have been conducted by using high energy milling technique. The synthesis of manganase ferrite (Mn1+xFe2-xO4) was performed using solid state reaction method with the material composition (x)MnO : (2-x) Fe2O3 (x = 0.25; 0.50; 0.75 and 1.0) according to the molar ratio. This powder mixture was being milled for 10 hours then sintered at 1200 °C temperature for 3 hours. Material characterization was done by using FTIR spectroscopy (Fourier Transform Infra Red Spectroscopy) to observe the functional group, XRD (X-ray diffractometer) for phase identification, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) for surface morphology observation and VNA (Vector Network Analyzer) to determine the ability of materials to absorb microwaves. Analysis by FTIR showed two absorption peaks in the range of ~ 446 and ~ 557 cm-1 were associated with the octahedral and tetrahedral sites in structure of MnFe2O4. Phase identification by XRD showed that the increasing content of Mn (above x=0.25 composition) caused a single phase of MnFe2O4 turned into two phases (MnFe2O4 and Fe2O3), this results correspond to the SEM results which showed the morphological structure of those compositions are inhomogenous. The Absorption of microwaves was also decreased along with the increasing of Mn content. The maximum refflection loss was reached in the composition of Mn (x=0.0) which equal to ~ 82%, while for the composition of Mn (x=0.0) only reached ~ 55%.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Website IBI Kesatuan dipersepsikan kuat sebagai Website dengan Informasi, Kelengkapan dan Layanan yang Baik bagi para mahasiswa. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Product Quality and Price Discounts on Interest in Buying Wuling Products. The data of this study were obtained from a questionnaire distributed to prospective consumers who have an interest in buying Wuling products, marked by a walk-in at Wuling Bogor dealerships from March 1, 2020 to May 31, 2020 with a total of 65 respondents treated. This research uses quantitative research methods with multiple linear analysis methods as a hypothesis testing tool. The results of this study indicate that the Product Quality variable has no influence on the Wuling Product Purchase Interest. ABSTRAKPenelitian tentang pemanfaatan Tyto alba sebagai pengendali hama tikus di perkebunan kelapa sawit kabupaten Kuantan Singingi ini dilakukan pada bulan April-November 2018 di beberapa perkebunan kelapa sawit di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey yang dilakukan di dasarkan pada Barn Owl Survey Protocol, penghitungan populasi Tyto alba dilakukan secara langsung di lapangan, penghitungan jumlah mangsa dengan melakukan pemasangan camera trap pada kandang butan Tyto alba di areal perkebunan. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa di kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Tyto alba masih digunakan sebatas pada Perkebunan besar swasta, Salah satunya adalah PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas (PT. TBS). Pada perkebunan kelapa sawit PT. TBS ini telah menggunakan Tyto alba sebagai pengendali hama tikus secara keseluruhan dengan membuat 3000 nestbox sejak tahun 2012 yang tersebar satu kandang untuk 25 ha pada perkebunan inti. Sekitar 85% diantaranya telah didiami oleh Tyto alba dengan bukti dijumpainya pada rumah burung hantu yang dibangun dijumpai adanya telur, anakan dan cangkang telurnya. Results of this research show in Kuantan Singingi Regency, The utilization of Tyto alba is still used internally by large private oil palm Plantation, one of Them is PT. Tribakti Sarimas (PT. TBS). On PT. TBS'S oil palm plantations has been using as whole by making a artificial enclosure (Nestbox) 3.000 Unit since 2012 year which spread a cage of for 25 ha on the estate's core. About 85% of whom had been inhabited by Tyto alba with the evidence she had met the presence of eggs, chicks and eggs have shells.
