Objetivo: Descrever os tratamentos medicamentosos disponíveis para acne vulgar em adolescentes e jovens adultos. Metodologia: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, com buscas nas bases de dados: Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System (MEDLINE/PubMed), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) e Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), utilizando os Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DECS): “acne vulgar”, “terapêutica”, “adolescentes” e “adulto jovem”, combinados por meio de operadores boleanos, do período de 2015 a 2020. Resultados: foram selecionados 15 artigos. Por se tratar de doença de etiologia multifatorial, diversas terapêuticas precisam ser adotadas para o tratamento eficaz. Os tratamentos disponíveis envolvem retinóides, antibióticos, corticoides, peróxido de benzoíla, adapaleno, anticoncepcionais orais, formulações de extratos naturais, cepas de bactérias, nanopartículas, incluindo tratamentos tópicos e sistêmicos. Conclusão: os tratamentos para acne vulgar disponíveis são múltiplos e variados, e têm sido aprimorados e ainda mais diversificados, entretanto, ressalva-se a necessidade de mais estudos científicos para desenvolver tratamentos eficazes e com menos efeitos colaterais, contribuindo para a acessibilidade e maior adesão dos acometidos.
Objetivo: Analisar o impacto da pandemia na saúde mental de gestantes e puérperas relacionando os principais preditores da piora clínica psiquiátrica materna. Métodos: Revisão de Literatura Integrativa, cujos artigos foram buscados nas bases de dados Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO), PUBMED e Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe (LILACS). Foram incluídos para a realização do estudo vinte e nove artigos publicados entre 2019 e 2021. Resultados: Com o advento da pandemia da covid-19, estudos mostram que gestantes estão vivenciando altos níveis de ansiedade e sintomas depressivos, divergindo dos tempos de pré-covid período no qual tais distúrbios psíquicos haviam menor incidência de casos relatados. Além disso, longos períodos de quarentena estão relacionados a um sofrimento psicológico mais grave. Também, foi possível observar na literatura que as mulheres que já apresentavam a saúde mental comprometida desde o início da gestação, possuem risco aumentado de desenvolver depressão pós parto, tendo, nesses casos, como fator protetor o aleitamento materno até o 3° mês do puerpério. Considerações Finais: Somada a todas as mudanças e adaptações já esperadas na gravidez, as gestantes lidam com os efeitos secundários da covid-19. Assim, evidencia-se a relação direta entre a pandemia pelo Sars-CoV-2 e os sérios desafios psicológicos, que geram potencial aumento na incidência de ansiedade e depressão entre as gestantes, bem como, depressão pós parto em puérperas.
Objetivo: Descrever os efeitos que a implementação dos Centros de Parto Normal (CPN) exerceu na qualidade da assistência obstétrica de acordo com os resultados maternos e neonatais. Métodos: Revisão de Literatura Integrativa, cujos artigos foram buscados nas bases de dados Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrievel System Online (Medline) e Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS). Resultados: Com pouco mais de duas décadas do início da implementação dos CPN’s no Brasil, estudos mostram impactos positivos desse sistema no cuidado às parturientes e aos neonatos. Nuliparidade sem comorbidades associadas, presença de acompanhantes e emprego de posições de parto não litotômicas estiveram presentes nos trabalhos analisados, influenciando os desfechos das parturientes de forma positiva: menor uso de ocitocina, diminuição da realização de episiotomias, índice Apgar maior que 7 e poucos casos relatados de remoções maternas e fetais. Considerações Finais: Conclui-se que a adoção de CPN’s na rede de atendimento às gestantes é propícia ao cuidado materno e neonatal, não excluindo o cuidado hospitalar para quadros que requerem atendimento mais complexo, bem como para apoio em situações emergenciais.
