Objetivo: Analisar o impacto da pandemia na saúde mental de gestantes e puérperas relacionando os principais preditores da piora clínica psiquiátrica materna. Métodos: Revisão de Literatura Integrativa, cujos artigos foram buscados nas bases de dados Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO), PUBMED e Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe (LILACS). Foram incluídos para a realização do estudo vinte e nove artigos publicados entre 2019 e 2021. Resultados: Com o advento da pandemia da covid-19, estudos mostram que gestantes estão vivenciando altos níveis de ansiedade e sintomas depressivos, divergindo dos tempos de pré-covid período no qual tais distúrbios psíquicos haviam menor incidência de casos relatados. Além disso, longos períodos de quarentena estão relacionados a um sofrimento psicológico mais grave. Também, foi possível observar na literatura que as mulheres que já apresentavam a saúde mental comprometida desde o início da gestação, possuem risco aumentado de desenvolver depressão pós parto, tendo, nesses casos, como fator protetor o aleitamento materno até o 3° mês do puerpério. Considerações Finais: Somada a todas as mudanças e adaptações já esperadas na gravidez, as gestantes lidam com os efeitos secundários da covid-19. Assim, evidencia-se a relação direta entre a pandemia pelo Sars-CoV-2 e os sérios desafios psicológicos, que geram potencial aumento na incidência de ansiedade e depressão entre as gestantes, bem como, depressão pós parto em puérperas.
Introdução: o acompanhamento pré-natal é essencial para a identificação de possíveis riscos na gestação, estando relacionado à diminuição da morbimortalidade materno-fetal. Durante a pandemia da Covid-19, foram grandes os desafios para a efetividade deste serviço, sendo criadas então diversas estratégias para o aumento da adesão à assistência pré-parto, tendo a telemedicina se destacado nesse cenário. Objetivo: Analisar as medidas adotadas para a manutenção da assistência pré-natal em meio à pandemia da Covid-19. Métodos: Revisão integrativa da literatura, realizado nas bases de dados médicos PubMed, LILACS e Scielo em julho de 2022. Resultados: Foram selecionados 30 artigos com base nos critérios de inclusão e exclusão. Discussão: Com a pandemia da Covid-19 várias estratégias para adesão à assistência pré-parto tiveram que ser criadas, como plataformas de comunicação online, aplicativos, formulação de materiais para serem postados com assuntos propostos por pacientes e pessoas da comunidade. Porém, os métodos digitais para aconselhamento não foram os únicos utilizados, teve-se também consultas presenciais para acompanhamento da gestação, mas com o número reduzido, nas quais eram utilizados todos os equipamentos necessários para um adequado distanciamento social. Conclusão: A pandemia da Covid-19 representou um período de limitações e adequações para que a assistência ao pré-natal se mantivesse adequada. Para isso, os diversos países criaram dispositivos para garantir esse acesso às gestantes, sendo o principal deles, a telessaúde, a qual, apesar de suas diversas restrições, trouxe diversos benefícios para o acompanhamento adequado do pré-natal.
Objetivo: Relatar a experiência de uma ação educativa remota sobre prevenção da COVID-19 no município de Parnaíba-PI. Relato de experiência: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo do tipo relato de experiência abordando a experiência de nove discentes do curso de Medicina de uma universidade pública do Nordeste do Brasil. O grupo desenvolveu estratégias educativas em saúde acerca da prevenção da COVID-19 e avaliou o efeito da implementação destas estratégias. O público-alvo das ações constituiu-se em estudantes do 1º ao 9º ano do ensino fundamental, de 11 escolas públicas e privadas. Desenvolveram-se estratégias educativas remotas como vídeos, músicas, teatro de marionetes e jogos acerca de ações preventivas da COVID-19. Participaram da intervenção 359 alunos. Além disso, foram aplicados dois formulários para avaliar o conhecimento dos alunos sobre o tema antes e depois da intervenção educativa. Considerações finais: A ação possibilitou a disseminação de medidas preventivas em relação à pandemia de COVID-19 com o intuito de mitigar a transmissão nos ambientes escolares. Também proporcionou uma evolução significativa no conhecimento dos alunos participantes com melhoria das habilidades para criação de atividades lúdicas no novo contexto de forma remota.
