The article is devoted to the problems of labour productivity increase. It studies trends in labour productivity growth in 12 developed countries and presents a comparative analysis of individual factors that directly affect labour productivity indicators in some European countries as well as the USA and Japan. The article examines and analyzes the reasons for Russia’s lagging behind the developed countries of Europe and the USA in terms of labour productivity; the detailed analysis of the level and dynamics of labour productivity in the Russian economy is given. The authors of the article calculated indicators of labour productivity, indicators of the ratio of the average wage growth rates in the economy of the Samara region. Special attention is paid to the study of organizational and socioeconomic factors of increasing labour productivity in conditions of limited financial resources.
The article views rationalization of working time as the most important factor of the labor productivity of personnel. Rationalization of working time is aimed at reducing losses and unproductive costs caused by deficiencies in the system of production support, its management and organization. Improving the use of working time, it is possible to increase productivity of labor very quickly without attracting additional funding. This stipulates the relevance of the study of the issues of efficient use of working time and reducing its losses and unproductive costs. The objectives of the study, the results of which are reflected in this article, were the analysis of the problems connected with inefficient use of working time at Russian enterprises and the search for ways to solve them as well as the development of an algorithm for calculating and evaluating working time efficiency. The authors of the article justified the procedure for evaluating the efficiency of working time, analyzed the structure of work at the preparatory and final stage and the time of workplace maintenance, the composition of losses and unproductive use of working time. Calculating of the possible increase of labor productivity due to better use of working time on the example of one of Samara enterprises is given. A flowchart of the analysis of working time efficiency and the assessment of reserves for labor productivity increase are presented; the main directions of improving the use of working time at enterprises are given, taking into account the reasons of its losses and unproductive costs.
The relevance of the studied problem is caused by the necessity of professional development in the field of human resource management of heads and specialists of the innovative organizations in a modern economic situation. In the article, the results of the conducted research of a personnel management system are given in the organizations of the Russian Federation (Voronezh region), and the necessity of creation of professional development system is proved in the field of human resource management of heads and specialists of the innovative organizations. The leading approaches to the research of this issue are the analysis and methodological justification of the psychological and pedagogical conditions which are necessary to realize the system of professional development in the field of human resource management of experts and heads of the innovative organizations. The implemented analysis defined the low level of competence of heads in the field of human resource management of most researched organizations. Professional development in the field of human resource management does not correspond to modern social and economic development conditions. To eliminate this problem the authors suggested theoretical and methodological basic concepts to establish the system of professional development in the field of human resource management of heads and specialists of the innovative organizations.
Abstract. Analysis and tendencies in labor potential development are part of a complex socio-economic system. This system as well as its state is of great importance for justification of investments and further vectors of development. At present, however, there is no generally accepted methodology for labor potential assessment. The authors introduce the index method to assess basic characteristics of labor potential taking the Samara region as an example. The research is based on the calculations labor potential indices in the Samara region. The authors detect changes in labor potential structure which are due to the growth of indices of education, labor efficiency and scientific research with some decrease in the index of demographic performance. The obtained results serve as a basis for determining the possibilities of area development and help to see the logic of advanced labor potential formation.
Abstract. The analysis of directions of strategic approach forming of labor potential management of a building complex is carried out in this paper. On the basis of this analysis the system of actions for strategy forming divided into consecutive stages is offered. The development of the personnel forecast is a strategic planning basis. One of personnel forecast variants is the correlation of needs estimates in personnel of a building complex with available allowances. On the basis of the personnel forecast strategic analysis it is possible to compose working programs for the stated goals of implementation. Operational assessment of personnel requirements of a building complex is proved to be combined with strategic objectives. Some assessment approaches to qualitative and quantitative need for specialists of a building complex are offered. The fact that high-quality labor power supply system of a building complex with should be based on industry development forecast and increase in construction products competitiveness is revealed in the article. Strategic management priority will allow to react immediately to the current situation changes, to introduce amendments both into tactical, and operational management.
