Abstract.Article is devoted to issue of integration of vertical gardening into structure of high-rise building in the conditions of the constrained town-planning situation. On the basis of the analysis of the existing experience of design and building of "biopositive" high-rise building ecological, town-planning, social and constructive advantages of the organization of gardens on roofs and vertical gardens are considered [1]. As the main mechanism of increase in investment appeal of high-rise building the principle of a humanization due to gardening of high-rise building taking into account requirements of ecology, energy efficiency of buildings and improvement of quality of construction with minimization of expenses and maximizing comfort moves forward. The National Standards of Green construction designed to adapt the international requirements of architecture and construction of the energy efficient, eco-friendly and comfortable building or a complex to local conditions are considered [2,3].

Abstract. Analysis and tendencies in labor potential development are part of a complex socio-economic system. This system as well as its state is of great importance for justification of investments and further vectors of development. At present, however, there is no generally accepted methodology for labor potential assessment. The authors introduce the index method to assess basic characteristics of labor potential taking the Samara region as an example. The research is based on the calculations labor potential indices in the Samara region. The authors detect changes in labor potential structure which are due to the growth of indices of education, labor efficiency and scientific research with some decrease in the index of demographic performance. The obtained results serve as a basis for determining the possibilities of area development and help to see the logic of advanced labor potential formation.

Введение. В статье раскрывается понятие экологического образования в рамках формирования человеческого потенциала. Основное содержание человеческого потенциала в исследовании заключается в сохранении и развитии его индивидуального духовного, культурного и гуманистического мира, где особую роль играет экологическое образование. Обоснованы принципы развития человеческого потенциала в сфере экологического образования: стимулирование повышения уровня экологической культуры населения, особенно среди молодежи; налаживание эффективного взаимодействия между региональными органами власти, крупными предприятиями, общественными организациями, активистами в сфере экологии; выявление функций человеческого потенциала в ресурсном обеспечении сферы экологического образования. Анализируется реализуемое экологическое образование представителями формального и неформального образования,а также способы их взаимодействия с другими институтами общества. Рассматриваются основные аспекты современного развития экологического образования, а также ключевые проблемы этой области.Материалы и методы. Информационную базу статьи составили официальные статистические данные, официальные документы, публикации в СМИ. Осуществлен вторичный анализ исследований по изучаемой проблеме, а также обобщение практик в сфере экологического образования в ряде регионов.Результаты и выводы. Выявлены основные акторы экологического образования в нынешних условиях. Показано, что в неформальном экологическом образовании участвуют как общественные организации и национальные парки, так и промышленные предприятия, органы региональной власти. К образовательной деятельности, как правило, относятся тематические занятия, экскурсии и школьные лагеря. Просветительская деятельность заключается в проведении конкурсов, экологических фестивалей, форумов и др. В исследовании показываются возможности экологического образования через проектную деятельность образовательных организаций во взаимодействии с культурно-досуговыми учреждениями, представителями некоммерческих организаций, крупных промышленных предприятий.Левченко Н.
