Abstract.Article is devoted to issue of integration of vertical gardening into structure of high-rise building in the conditions of the constrained town-planning situation. On the basis of the analysis of the existing experience of design and building of "biopositive" high-rise building ecological, town-planning, social and constructive advantages of the organization of gardens on roofs and vertical gardens are considered [1]. As the main mechanism of increase in investment appeal of high-rise building the principle of a humanization due to gardening of high-rise building taking into account requirements of ecology, energy efficiency of buildings and improvement of quality of construction with minimization of expenses and maximizing comfort moves forward. The National Standards of Green construction designed to adapt the international requirements of architecture and construction of the energy efficient, eco-friendly and comfortable building or a complex to local conditions are considered [2,3].
The use of fractal structures in contemporary architecture is presented. Features and properties of nature fractal structures and abilities of their usage in architectural objects at the level of three components structure, construction, shell or form - are discussed. The theme of fractals is seen in F.L. Rights works, who positioned organic approach, Le Corbusier, who got ahead the time with his ideas of ecological approach to projecting. In contemporary architecture fractal structures are successfully use by such famous professionals as Daniel Libeskind, Greg Lynn, Toyo Ito.
The article views the questions of using of constructions based on nature principles in modern architectural objects. A brief analysis of history of bionic structures development on the example of Gothic is given. Modern objects of famous architects having nonlinear structure and complex structural system are examined. The article presents the objects designed and built mainly in China during the last 3 years. A detailed description of the materials and compositional techniques is presented. The latest technologies used in the construction in advanced industrial countries permit to create surfaces of any curvature like the natural surfuces. Тhe close collaboration оf an engineer with an architect for the creation of structures, structural systems and architectural objects shell is described.
