Este artigo aborda os sentidos atribuídos às práticas de promoção da saúde do adolescente por 47 profissionais da Estratégia Saúde da Família de Fortaleza-Ceará. Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa em que a entrevista semiestruturada possibilitou a produção dos dados, organizados posteriormente de acordo com a análise de conteúdo, resultando nas temáticas: a promoção da saúde associada à prevenção de agravos; a redução da promoção da saúde ao espaço escolar; a ausência da promoção da saúde para o adolescente no serviço; e a parceria como caminho da viabilização da promoção da saúde do adolescente. As ações de promoção da saúde foram desenvolvidas de forma contingente e na maioria das vezes nos programas de pré-natal, planejamento familiar e prevenção do câncer. Expressou-se que a escola é destacada pelos profissionais como um espaço de parceria para viabilizar as ações de promoção da saúde para os adolescentes. Evidenciou-se, embora de modo incipiente, a vontade de profissionais em reorientar esta prática nos serviços de saúde.

Política Nacional de Promoção da Saúde: um estudo de avaliabilidade em uma região de saúde no BrasilThe National Health Promotion Policy: an evaluability assessment in a health region in Brazil
The objective of this study was to learn about strategies to develop binding between patients and Family Health Program (FHP) professionals at a basic health unit in the city of Fortaleza-CE. This descriptive and qualitative study was performed in August and September 2007 in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. Study informants were the 12 professionals working in the family health program teams. Data was collected through interviews and organized in the form of subject discourse categories, based on the Collective Subject Discourse technique, and analyzed according to the literature. The study complied with inherent ethical issues regarding research involving human beings. The professionals understand bond as relationship, complicity and trust. They believe that service organization, commitment and respect are indispensable to consolidate this process, which can be established with groups, user embracement and home visits. Emphasis is given to the importance of developing bonding in the Family Health Program as a strategy to improve health care.
Introduction: the Health School Programme (HSP) should be understood as a permanent development process. In this context, the actions of a policy aimed at children and adolescentsare paramount in the HSP. Objective: to identify and describe the actions developed by the Family Health Group in the HSP, from the National Programme for ImprovingAccess and Quality of Primary Care (PIPCAQ). Methods: this cross-sectional research used secondary data collected fromthe 17,202 groups who joined PIPCAQ in 2012. Results: all regions showed significant results concerning the execution of school activities. the Northern region was the one that performed most school actions (80.5%), followed by the Northeast, Midwest, South and Southeast, respectively. However, some items, such as professional training in education and health work need to be streng the ned. Conclusion: HSP in Brazil has mobilised significant actions, even though it has not happened in homogeneously in all Brazilian regions.
Objective: Recognize the domains of health promotion core competencies in the training process of adolescents carried out by nursing students. Method: Qualitative and descriptive study, which used the theoretical methodological contribution Developing Competencies and Professional Standards for Health Promotion Capacity Building in Europe (CompHP), carried out with 14 nursing students. Results: There were four domains: Enable Change; Mediate through Partnership; Communication; and Leadership. These domains came from the interest and commitment of adolescents in intersectoral partnership, the use of communication techniques, and the role of facilitator to catalyze learning and empowerment. Conclusion: There were some domains of core competency in the training of adolescents, suggesting that nursing students act as health promoters. Challenges for Nursing are the implementation of a theoretical contribution of CompHP in undergraduate and ongoing training to carry out health promotion action. Esses domínios advieram do interesse e do compromisso dos adolescentes na parceria intersetorial, no uso de técnicas de comunicação e no papel de facilitador para catalisar o aprendizado e o empoderamento. Conclusão: Percebeuse que houve a presença de alguns domínios de competência na formação dos adolescentes, sugerindo que os acadêmicos de enfermagem atuassem como agentes promotores da saúde. Constituem-se desafi os para a Enfermagem a implementação de aporte teórico do CompHP na graduação e formação permanente para efetivar ações no campo da promoção da saúde.
