La educación actual se ha visto afectada en gran medida y se ha tenido que recurrir al uso de las tecnologías, las cuales no son de total acceso debido a la brecha digital existente. El objetivo es analizar el uso de las tecnologías educativas emergentes para el fortalecimiento del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de los estudiantes en las condiciones actuales. El enfoque aplicado es mixto, el tipo de estudio es descriptivo y el diseño es no experimental. Los métodos teóricos, empíricos y matemáticos o estadísticos utilizados permitieron profundizar en aspectos relacionados con este nivel de enseñanza y las principales deficiencias que posee; empleando las técnicas e instrumentos se hizo la recopilación de la información de una manera más directa y precisa. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 13 docentes y 113 estudiantes de la cual se consideró una muestra de 88 estudiantes y la totalidad de los docentes. Los mismos fueron elegidos mediante un muestreo sistemático y probabilístico con un nivel de confianza del 95% y una p<0.05. Debido a la pandemia COVID-19 los estudiantes han presentado dificultades en los diferentes ámbitos personal, social y familiar por lo que el uso de tecnologías emergentes les ayuda a fortalecer el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
Burnout es un síndrome que se encuentra presente con más poderío en los profesionales de la salud conduciendo al compromiso de su accionar, afectando la calidad y atención del servicio que este brinda, este síndrome es una paradoja de la atención de salud: el profesional de salud afectado con el síndrome tiende a enfermarse de manera simultánea cuando este sana a los pacientes. Por definición el síndrome de burnout se lo considera como una entidad psicológica negativa secundaria al estrés interpersonal crónico del trabajo, este hace su aparición cuando la capacidad de afrontamiento es nula, evidenciando la falta de energía de la persona y de sus recursos, culminando en el fracaso y agotamiento. El síndrome de burnout es considerado como una entidad multidimensional, en la que se pueden presentar síntomas físicos y emocionales, con serias repercusiones a nivel personal, profesional y social, cuyos componentes identificados hasta la fecha son: agotamiento emocional, despersonalización y reducida realización personal. De esto parte la necesidad de describir al síndrome de burnout como riesgo psicosocial en la atención médica.
El presente artículo es una síntesis de la información lograda en lo relativo a la identificación de los pacientes hemodializados que han contraído hepatitis B y que requiere que las familias logren un mayor nivel de preparación para los apoyos necesarios. El objetivo fue desarrollar una propuesta que garantice mayores niveles de preparación en las familias que poseen pacientes con insuficiencias renales crónicas, y requieren ser hemodializados y que contrajeron la enfermedad de la hapatitis B. La metodología que se utilizó fue un estudio descriptivo y experimental de corte transversal, donde se utilizaron métodos y técnicas como la revisión documental, la encuesta aplicada a pacientes y a familiares. Se analizaron artículos, libros y guías reconocidas para cumplir dicho objetivo, así como antecedentes de trabajos sobre orientación familiar y su aplicación en el contexto de la atención de pacientes con IRC que son DH y que también han contraído hepatitis B. Entre los resultados que se encontraron; se analiza la enfermedad renal como un problema de salud pública exponiendo a la diálisis y hemodiálisis como tratamientos de alto costo, y que las familiares en muchos casos no saben cómo conducirse para el mejor apoyo al paciente. Sus complicaciones, afectan su condición emocional, mental y social, que requiere en mayor medida de la presencia de la familia. Varios estudios demuestran una gran repercusión sobre la condición física, cuyo deterioro es inminente.
Es fundamental trabajar el desarrollo del hábito lector en los infantes desde los primeros años escolares. La falta de una cultura lectora dentro del proceso de formación escolar, induce a que los niños pierdan el interés por generar un hábito lector para su aprendizaje. El objetivo de la investigación fue diseñar una estrategia didáctica para estimular el hábito lector en niños de Educación Inicial II de la Unidad Educativa “Diana Esther Guerrero Vargas”, del cantón Sucre de la Provincia de Manabí, Ecuador. La metodología aplicada fue cuali-cuantitativa y se optó por el diseño fenomenológico con un enfoque hermenéutico. Los participantes de la investigación forman parte de la Unidad Educativa “Diana Esther Guerrero Vargas”, ubicada en el Cantón Sucre de la Provincia de Manabí, Ecuador. La muestra seleccionada estuvo constituida por 24 niños y 24 padres de familias de Educación inicial II. Las principales técnicas aplicadas fueron una guía de observación participante para los niños y niñas, y un grupo focal para los padres de familia. Los principales resultados del estudio diagnóstico que destacaron, fueron que los padres de familia comprendían la importancia de fomentar el hábito lector para crear un aprendizaje dinámico y desarrollar las destrezas, esto se halló en las codificaciones analizadas. Asimismo, consideraron que los rincones de lectura son esenciales para que los niños tengan el interés lector, por lo que tienen su espacio para leer y por lo general son lecturas entretenidas. Por su parte, en los resultados cuantitativos se evidenció que el 38% de los niños mostraron interés en aprender de forma dinámica, de igual forma, el 42% de los niños tenían interés en realizar lectura de libros de cuentos. Finalmente, la estrategia didáctica brindó un aporte didáctico y enfocado al desarrollo del hábito lector, que fue a través de libros de cuentos de fantasía, que es lo que más les gusta a los niños y lo confirmaron los padres de familia.
