Este trabalho teve como objetivo explorar as potencialidades do PhET Simulations, com base nas metodologias Resolução de Problemas e Mídias Tecnológicas, a fim de proporcionar uma aprendizagem efetiva sobre as Frações. A investigação foi desenvolvida considerando-se os pressupostos da pesquisa qualitativa em educação e a realização de uma intervenção pedagógica. O ambiente de estudo consistiu de duas Salas de Apoio a Aprendizagem em Matemática, em contraturno do 6o Ano do Ensino Fundamental. As informações coletadas possibilitaram a composição de um diário de bordo, mediante a observação participante e a produção escrita dos estudantes. Os resultados obtidos indicam uma evolução na aprendizagem no que se refere às categorias estabelecidas: conceito, operações e representações.
A Educação Básica acolhe estudantes com necessidades educacionais especiais sem, muitas vezes, estar preparada para isso. Neste sentido, são necessárias investigações que possam contribuir com o panorama metodológico e didático em sala de aula. Optamos por abordar o ensino de matemática com o estudante cego. Elegemos como questão norteadora a identificação de potencialidades da Modelagem Matemática, na Educação Matemática, com este estudante. Especificamente, nos propomos a desenvolver e a discutir a prática pedagógica, mediada pela Modelagem, e a avaliar o potencial do material didático incorporado. De maneira geral, obtivemos elementos que substanciam uma reflexão, na qual a construção do conhecimento foi efetivamente percebida de modo dinâmico, colaborativo e interdisciplinar.
Buscamos investigar a ocorrência dos raciocínios dedutivos e indutivos associados ao pensamento algébrico em práticas pedagógicas envolvendo o ensino de Álgebra, com estudantes do Ensino Médio. Conduzimos a experiência com base nos preceitos da pesquisa qualitativa e interpretativa, mais especificamente, no estudo de caso segundo Lüdke e André (1986). Adotamos como instrumentos de coleta de informações a observação participante, a produção escrita dos estudantes e a composição de um diário de campo. Para análise dos dados consideramos a Análise de Conteúdo, segundo Bardin (2011). Os resultados evidenciam que os estudantes têm dificuldade na elaboração do raciocínio algébrico, o que pode estar correlacionado com a falta de abordagens lógico-dedutivas em sala de aula.
