The arrival of psychopedagogy has made it possible to strengthen important areas of knowledge, to an endless number of needs identified in the field of education, plays an important role in teaching and learning, and its contribution to students is focused on psychological research interrelated with cognitive, social, and emotional processes. The role of the counselor is focused on prevention, detection, and intervention in the individual's learning problems, improving their quality of life, especially from the field of emotions, with the practice of emotional intelligence. Therefore, the objective of this work is to analyze the contribution offered by psychopedagogy to the emotional state of students. For the research, the qualitative methodology was used, with a deductive and interpretive approach, applying the bibliographic-descriptive documentary method, based on the specialized literature obtained from reliable sources, which enabled the study to achieve a result that in Ecuador most cases are conducted from the intervention of educational psychologists and teachers, since the existence of professionals in the area (psychopedagogues) is scarce, becoming a demand for the profile in today's society and a career to be promoted by higher education organizations.
Motor disability is a situation that induces disadvantage in people who suffer from it about healthy people. This situation can be accentuated in the case of university students who must fulfill diverse activities that demand different degrees of physical and mental effort, where the students with motor disability can feel the consequences derived from the disability, with direct influence in the resilience of the students, same. The work shows the results of a study carried out on a group of 35 young people with motor disabilities who study at the Technical University of Manabí. Wherein the result of resilience is reflected regarding age, the stage of acquired disability and the degree of it, highlighting the need for the development of psychology activities that favor the strengthening of resilience.
Cuando se habla de buen humor, muchos poseen la acepción de que son la risa y el chiste sus elementos principales dentro de su desarrollo, sin embargo, el buen humor implica un estado más amplio que la simple jocosidad, implica el entorno mismo del ser humano para desenvolverse dentro de la sociedad; ya en educación se puede decir que es el entorno y el ambiente de aprendizaje que el docente propicia para poder desarrollar las capacidades de cada uno de sus estudiantes. Este trabajo se realizó en dos partes: la primera en la que consta la literatura del buen humor dentro del contexto mundial, que por ser un campo no muy explorado se torna un tanto complicado en cuanto a sus líneas de trabajo especialmente en el ámbito educativo siendo un elemento psicopedagógico dentro del quehacer educacional y como una herramienta esencial para lograr los resultados deseados; la segunda parte contiene experiencias vividas y resultados de estudios ejecutados con estudiantes universitarios. Se concluye con la teoría de que el aplicar el buen humor en el aula de clases es una ayuda efectiva para lograr aprendizajes significativos en el estudiante.
El estudio que se presenta tiene como objetivo analizar el rol que desempeñó el trabajador social en la mediación familiar en las personas afectadas por el terremoto ocurrido el 16 de Abril de 2016 en Ecuador. Como metodología se aplicó la entrevista abierta a tres familias en la Ciudad de Portoviejo para conocer tanto la situación de vulnerabilidad en que se encontraban, así como la ayuda que recibían de parte del trabajador social. Igualmente, para corroborar datos, fueron entrevistados los tres trabajadores sociales que atendieron a estas familias. Asimismo, en la exposición de las ideas se empleó el método del análisis documental para revisar literatura actualizada y en la ubicación de los referentes el método histórico-lógico. Entre los resultados más significativos se destaca el papel del trabajador social en la mediación familiar en las personas afectadas por el terremoto capacitándolas en conocimientos, destrezas, habilidades sociales utilizando técnicas acorde a la situación. Como conclusiones se enuncia que el trabajo social y la mediación están en perfecta armonía, ambas se sostienen en el principio del reconocimiento de las personas como seres capaces de gestionar adecuadamente sus emociones y resolver sus propios conflictos.
