Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, yang mencoba mengkaji karakteristik kewirausahaan dikaitkan dengan keberhasilan usaha UMKM di dusun Sawahan dan Mlangi Nogotirto Gamping Sleman Yogyakarta. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi profil UMKM, menganalisis karakteristik kewirausahaan yang dimiliki, serta menganalisis persepsi tentang keberhasilan usaha UMKM di dusun Sawahan dan Mlangi. Dengan menggunakan 6 (enam) indikator karakteristik kewirausahaan (percaya diri, keberanian mengambil resiko, kepemimpinan, inovasi, motivasi usaha, serta kegigihan dalam menjalankan usaha, peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam terhadap 6 (enam) responden pelaku UMKM. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa, secara umum profil usaha di dusun Sawahan dan Mlangi masih di dominasi oleh usaha konveksi, dengan skala usaha kecil dan menengah. Penyerapan tenaga kerja mencapai 7 -25 orang tenaga kerja per UMKM, dan omset per bulan rata-rata 40 -100 kodi. Terkait dengan karakteristik kewirausahaan, dari 6 (enam) indikator yang dianalisis, hanya indikator karakteristik inovasi yang belum dimiliki oleh pelaku usaha di dusun ini, sementara 5 (lima) karakter lainnya, sudah terbangun dan melekat dalam budaya kerja mereka sehari hari. Karakter tersebut adalah karakter percaya diri, keberanian mengambil resiko, kepemimpinan, motivasi usaha, serta kegigihan dalam menjalankan usaha. Yang menarik, dari hasil wawancara mendalam juga terungkap peran tingkat relegiusitas yang dimiliki pelaku usaha dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dan memberikan pengaruh dalam keberhasilan usaha. Dalam penelitian ini juga diidentifikasikan persepsi pelaku usaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Dan hasilnya hampir seluruh responden yang ditanya menjawab, bahwa bagi mereka keberhasilan usaha itu terkait dengan 3 ( tiga) hal, pertama usaha yang terus berjalan, anak-anak yang bisa sekolah dan mengaji, dan bahagia menjalankan usaha tersebut.
Research on green entrepreneurship behavior is still leaving questions related to the support against the grand theory that has been already acknowledged by academicians or practitioners. This article serves as a literature review of recent findings related to green entrepreneurship behavior variables reviewed from the underlying theories. Using content analysis from previous research articles, the researchers conducted a study that focused on the underlying theories and antecedents of the green entrepreneurship behavior variable. The article selection process is based on internationally reputed journals published over the past five years (2017-2021), searches on the Science Direct web, using the keywords 'green entrepreneurship', 'sustainable entrepreneurship', 'ecopreneurship', environment entrepreneurship, and 'antecedents'. The results showed that there are various theoretical concepts that can be used to explain and determined the antecedents of green entrepreneurship behavior. This includes psychological, personality traits, and contextual factors that were identified as antecedents of green entrepreneurship behavior. For further research, there are many related issues that can be analyzed, such as the decision-making process to become green entrepreneurs, the implementation of green entrepreneurship practices, etc.
This research examine the influence of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, relationship between variables and how transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior are applicated to the school at Islamic boarding high school in Yogyakarta. This research examine four hypothesis, it were there is positive influence between variable of transformational leadership toward organizational citizenship behavior; there is positive influence between job satisfaction variable with organizational citizenship behavior; there is positive influence between variable of transformational leadership and job satisfaction; between transformational leadership variable to organizational citizenship behavior with intervening variable of job satisfaction. Using SPSS 17, analyzing data through several stages of analysis, first, requirements analysis test, path coefficient test, and significance test of path coefficient analysis. The result of path analysis shows that simultaneously independent variables of transformational leadership and job satisfaction have influence on the organization citizenship behavior (f-value 23.455 with a significance level of 0.00). The model equation is X2 = 0.681 X1 + ρx2ε and Y = 0.309 X1 + 0.346 X2 + ρyε. In addition simultaneously from the two models, it can be concluded that there is moderating influence of job satisfaction variable in relationship between transformational leadership variable and organization citizenship behavior variable. Partially, transformational leadership variables and job satisfaction also have a direct influence on the organization citizenship behavior (t-value 2,289 and 2, 582 with significance level of 0.005 and 0.012). Calculation of coefficient determination indicate that transformational leadership and job satisfaction have influence on citizenship behavior organization as 36, 1%, while the other are influenced by other variable not examined.
Penelitian ini memaparkan pengembangan modul elektronik berbasis real life learning dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas modul elektronik berbasis real life learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan analisis dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pendapat siswa terhadap penerapan modul elektronik berbasis real life learning. Metode penelitian mengunakan research dan development dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Modul diujicobakan pada 25 siswa untuk mengetahui efektifitas modul dalam meningkatkan kemampuan analisis siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan diantaranya lembar validasi ahli, tes tulis kemampuan analisis, dan angket respon siswa. Analisis data berupa uji beda N-gain untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir analisis siswa, CVR dan CVI untuk mengetahui hasil validasi ahli, dan hasil respon siswa mengunakan rumus persentase. Hasil CVI pada validasi ahli sebesar 1 dengan kategori layak dan N-gain tes soal kemampuan berpikir analisis menunjukkan 0,57 dengan kategori sedang, dan hasil respon siswa menunjukkan 80,17 % dengan kategori sangat layak. Simpulan adalah penerapan modul elektronik berbasis real life learning efektif meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir analisis pada materi usaha dan energi.
