В настоящей работе авторами проведен анализ уровня сформированности технологического и правового аспектов информационной культуры старшеклассников, выявлен спектр проблем в области использования школьниками программного обеспечения в образовательном процессе и обосновано принципиальное значение реализации учебно-воспитательного процесса общеобразовательной школы, построенного на использовании свободного программного обеспечения, для успешного формирования правового и технологического аспектов информационной культуры учащихся. В статье также анализируется содержание правового и технологического аспектов информационной культуры, а также предпринимается попытка осмыслить причины проблем, существующих в сфере формирования информационной культуры школьников. В статье предложены направления учебной и воспитательной деятельности в общеобразовательной школе, реализация которых может способствовать эффективному решению задачи формирования технологического и правового аспектов информационной культуры учащихся
The article discusses in detail the key methodological approaches developed by the authors to using free software at the level of basic general education. When developing these approaches, the authors proceeded from the advantages of using free software in the educational process of basic school, categorizing them as primary and secondary.In the study presented in the article analysis, synthesis, and a systemic approach were applied to identify the structure of benefits and methodological approaches to the use of free software.The new methodological approaches to using free software in teaching informatics considered in the article are structured as a system so a systematic approach can be applied. The system of proposed methodological approaches is of practical value to migrate the educational process in basic school to domestic free software under the import substitution program ongoing in the Russian educational system.The results of the study may be of practical interest to the managers of domestic educational organizations of basic general education who are going to migrate to domestic free software to ensure sustainable and safe school IT infrastructure operations under the increasing Western sanctions.
The possibility of civil-patriotic education of pupils of comprehensive Russian school through the process of migration of the educational process to the domestic software is considered in the article. Also some shortcomings and risks of using foreign proprietary software in educational organizations of the Russian Federation are specified, including the types of potential threats to the information infrastructure of our country arising from the use of foreign software.
The article analyzes the experience of teaching informatics in a comprehensive Moscow school in a distance form in 2020 during the coronavirus pandemic. Of all the variety of problems and issues generated by the pandemic, the issue of choosing the optimal system and application software to support the learning process stands out. The possibility of using various types of domestic free operating systems for these purposes is analyzed, and their brief comparative characteristics are given. It's considered what kind of application software, which is included in the distribution of the Alt Education 9 operating system, can be used to support the teaching of all topics of the informatics course in primary, secondary and high school. The advantages of the Alt Education 9 operating system over similar domestic operating systems are listed, and the conclusion is drawn about the need to select this type of operating system as the optimal option for implementing the educational process in a remote form.
