This study aims to analyze the model for measuring the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education carried out in tertiary institutions by taking into account the variables that influence it. The variables identified in this study are Entrepreneurship Learning Effectiveness, Entrepreneurial Barriers, Entrepreneurial Competence, and Entrepreneurial Intentions/Interests. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory survey method. The research design used a survey (descriptive and correlational). The tool used to test the relationship between variables is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The population of this study was students of the University of Education Indonesia who were still actively studying, totaling 27,082 students. The sample in this study was selected using Nonprobability Sampling. The sampling technique chosen in Nonprobability Sampling is a purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique for data sources with certain considerations. The criteria used are UPI Bandung students who are currently or have taken entrepreneurship courses in every faculty at UPI. With the sampling technique using the Solvin formula, a sample of 394 people was obtained spread over several academic units. The results show that with the Triangle approach the effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning in universities in Indonesia is positively influenced by entrepreneurial competencies and entrepreneurial intentions, negatively influenced by entrepreneurial barriers. This finding implies that to increase the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in higher education, it is necessary to increase entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial intention among students. This can be done through entrepreneurship education by the increasing practice where students not only learn theory but directly enter the world of entrepreneurship, so they can be motivated to set up new businesses. In addition, sharing experiences with practitioners also needs to be improved because it can change the mindset of students to become entrepreneurs.

The research objectives are scouts elementary and junior high school. This research resulted in 3 Prototype Free Model implementation of character education through extracurricular scouting programs in the form of three models that must be followed. All three models include 1) a regular model so-called Block model; 2) Actualization models and 3) Regular models. Having tested through descriptive statistics, the percentage of respondents who obtained the opinion states that the model most widely used is the Block model, which reached 33.78%. The actualization model application reached 6.75%, while the Regular model application reaches 17.57%. The findings further analysis of the model character education through extracurricular activities scouting in basic education in West Java can be done via the Blocks model. The Results of the obtained tendencies that cause suboptimal extracurricular of the Scout to embed the characters early on elementary and secondary school.

Learning model could have developed by teachers in the school environment that certainly have a profound influence on learning achievement. SMK Negeri 1 Bandung teachers apply the discovery learning model in entrepreneurship subjects to improve learning achievement of learners. The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) the application of the discovery learning model in class XI SMK Negeri 1 Bandung, 2) learning achievement in class XI AP and UPW SMK Negeri 1 Bandung, 3) The amount of influence discoveries learning model on achievement learning in class XI AP and UPW of SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Discovery learning model as the independent variable (X), and the dependent variable is learning achievement (Y) with descriptive and verification analysis. The method used in this research was explanatory survey method with simple random sampling technique with 124 respondents used linear regression technique. The findings in this study are as follows: 1) the application of learning model discovery learning in class XI AP and UPW in either category, 2) learning achievement in AP classes and UPW in the high category, 3) learning achievement positively influenced by discovery learning model with a coefficient of determination 21.3%. The Result based on the research, discovery learning model with indicators and different objects recommended as a basis for other studies. Keywords: discovery learning model, academic achievement
