In 2019, all countries experience the corona virus including Indonesia. The spread of the Covid-19 virus outbreak caused obstacles in the athletics training process. This study used a Google form help questionnaire by asking 10 questions to 104 Elite athletes respondents in DKI Jakarta. The results showed 100% were athletes in DKI, as many as 65.4% stated that athletes experienced co-19 effects. As many as 73.1% said exercise could still be done during the outbreak, 76.9% of athletes stated that the training program was conducted well online. 26.9% respondents said the exercise was done online with the trainer. As many as 87.4% of athletes knew the training procedures online 25% had difficulty training with online trainers; 34.6% did not always and 40.4% had no difficulties. 64.4% of respondents stated online exercises made the training process easier and 35.6% said there were no obstacles. Barriers to equipment availability are the most dominant experienced by athletes. The results found that online training is suitable for athletes to use in the new normal era.
In general, the purpose of this research is to produce physical fitness teaching materials based on traditional games. It is carried out to obtain in-depth information about: the development and application of physical fitness teaching materials based on traditional games and knowing the effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness. This research uses a uses the Research & Development method (Borg and Gall). The instrument used in this research and development was a questionnaire used to collect data at the stage of: (1) needs analysis; (2) expert evaluation; (3) limited trials; and (4) the main test. The effectiveness of applying physical fitness teaching materials is based on this traditional game using the "t-test" technique. Before the data were analyzed, normality tests were performed on the data of the pretest and posttest results of physical fitness teaching materials using the Lilliefors test at a significant level of α = 0.05. Based on the results of the development can be concluded that: (1) By physical fitness teaching materials based on traditional games, children can learn effectively and efficiently. (2 Then, the model have developed, children are more motivated and active in following the physical education learning process in particular physical fitness material.
Changes in the habit of consuming food at regular training venues to the homes of individual athletes during a pandemic should still meet the nutritional needs of the athletes. The performance of athletes in athletic sports must be supported by good nutrition, even during the Covid-19 period. This research uses descriptive quantitative research techniques with survey methods using google form with data analysis using percentages. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of assessment of the nutritional status of athletes in athletic in DKI Jakarta. Based on the research conducted, it revealed that as many as 100% (n = 104) of the research subjects were athletic athletes under the auspices of the DKI-Jakarta Government, 44 were female and 66 were male. Anthropometry results for male athletes showed an average nutritional status at BMI of 32.89 with over nutritional status and for female athletes at BMI of 32.68 with over nutritional status. Hence, the average nutritional status of athletes in athletic sports in DKI Jakarta is in the category of excess nutrition in the Covid-19 condition. Based on the anthropometric assessment of athletes in athletic sports during the Covid-19 period, excess nutritional status was obtained.
Penelitian tindakan kelas merupakan salah satu bentuk penelitian yang berkembang dari action research yang awalnya banyak dilaksanakan di Amerika dan Eropa pada akhir Tahun 1990. Di Indonesia sendiri, penelitian tindakan kelas baru dikenal pada akhir dekade 80-an. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of target games and net games training on the accuracy of passing volleyball. The research method used is the experimental design method using pretest-posttest control group design. The research subjects used the experimental method. The research subjects were 120 participants of men's volleyball extracurricular activities at Makassar City Junior High School. Participants are divided into two groups using total sampling, namely 60 subjects in the experimental group (net games) and 60 control subjects (target games). The test instrument is passed over the head using the Russell-Lange test. The effectiveness test was delivered to see the difference between the control group and the experimental group using the t-test. Data analysis techniques used the help of SPSS 21 application. The results of the study with a value of t = 10,971, df = 118 and sig (2 tailed) or p-value = 0.000 <0.05 or Ho was rejected. As the result, the hypothesis proposed was tested with the data so that it could be concluded that the accuracy of overhead pass the experimental group using the netting games method was higher than the control group that used the target game. The netting games training method is suitable for increasing the accuracy of beginner age athletes in passing on volleyball. The novelty of this training method combines the netting games training model into volleyball games, especially over passing. The research contributes to the accuracy of passing skills for junior high school volleyball players.
