Adolesent faces complicated phase because the condition of unstable emotion. In beginning of adolesecence, the development shows strong sensitive and reactive characterisic to an event or social situation. The emotion is negative and temperamental. This research has purpose to: 1) helping student to solve development’s problems by using approach of transactional analysis counseling, 2) giving skill for counseling guidance teacher to be able to use approach on transactional analysis counseling by using life position technique, 3) helping adolecent to reach life position in gaining optimal development. This research uses descriptive method through the study of action research which consist of two cycles. The first cycle with counseling plan by using approach of transactional analysis counseling, and second cycle by giving perception and action whith approach of transactional analysis counseling. The subject of this research is student of junior high school as well as counseling guidance teacher. Instrument and technic of data accumulation is interview and observation. The result of it will increase the skill of counseling guidance teacher in doing conseling intervention and group of transactional analysis focuses in solving adolescent’s problem. Overall of those two cycles have the change of skill that counseling guidance teacher has to help solving adolescent’s development especially showing correct ego state and life script is I am ok you are ok.
The aim of the present study was to determine the effect of choline chloride supplementation at 1500 ppm in diets containing various levels of methionine on egg production and egg quality in quails. A total of 180 birds, at 6 week-old quail were divided into 18 experimental units, and assigned to a 2 x 3 factorial design experiment with 3 replications (10 birds each) in each treatment. The birds were offered diets containing choline chloride at either 0 (A1) or 1500 ppm (A2), with three levels of methionine namely, low (0.19%, B1), standard (0.79%, B2) and, high (1.05%, B3). The feeding trial lasted for 8 weeks. Supplementation of choline chloride in low methionine diet significantly (P<0.05) increased egg production, egg mass, and egg weight as compared to those without choline chloride supplementation. Supplementation of choline chloride significantly (P<0.05) increased egg yolk weight but decreased albumen and egg shell weight as compared to those fed diets without choline chloride supplementation. It can be concluded that supplementation of choline chloride to a diet containing low methionine increased egg production, without affecting egg quality.
This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes of science in magnet topic. To improve student learning outcomes on magnet topic, the application of a model that has accommodated the principles of learning at the elementary school level is needed. The model in question is PTPS. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the PTPS learning model in improving students’ science learning outcomes on magnet topic. This type of research is quasi-experimental, with a sample of all class VI students enrolled in SDN 12 Nan Sabaris in the 2018/2019 school year. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, and data analysis techniques used a paired sample t-test. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that there are significant differences in learning outcomes between before using the PTPS model and after the use of the PTPS model.
Halal is a notion that applies to both objects and actions, and means permissible according to Islamic law. It may be most often associated with food and the rules of selecting, slaughtering, and cooking animals. In the globalized world, halal can be found in street corners of New York and beauty shops of Manila. In this study, we explore the cultural diversity of the concept, as revealed through social media, and specifically the way it is expressed by different populations around the world, and how it relates to their perception of (i) religious and (ii) governmental authority, and (iii) personal health. Here, we analyze two Instagram datasets, using Halal in Arabic (325,665 posts) and in English (1,004,445 posts), which provide a global view of major Muslim populations around the world. We find a great variety in the use of halal within Arabic, English, and Indonesian-speaking populations, with animal trade emphasized in first (making up 61% of the language's stream), food in second (80%), and cosmetics and supplements in third (70%). The commercialization of the term halal is a powerful signal of its detraction from its traditional roots. We find a complex social engagement around posts mentioning religious terms, such that when a food-related post is accompanied by a religious term, it on average gets more likes in English and Indonesian, but not in Arabic, indicating a potential shift out of its traditional moral framing.
