Masa remaja merupakan masa yang rentan dengan perubahan berupa perubahan biologis, kognitif dan sosio-emosional. Perilaku remaja sebagai luapan emosi negatif dan suasana hati yang tidak menentu akan ditampilkan dalam bentuk perilaku agresif, seperti: memukul, menyerang, memaki, mengeluarkan kata-kata kasar, mengancam, memalak dan lain sebagainya. Perilaku agresif adalah perilaku fisik atau verbal yang dimaksudkan untuk merusak atau melukai orang lain, yang mengakibatkan orang lain mengalami penderitaan, sehingga mendatangkan kesusahan baik fisik maupun psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) membantu siswa menurunkan perilaku agresif dengan menggunakan konseling pendekatan kognitif perilaku, 2) memberikan keterampilan pada guru BK/konselor untuk terampil menggunakan konseling kreatif dalam bingkai kognitif perilaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui penelitian action reseach yang terdiri dari dua siklus dengan memberikan apersepsi dan tindakan dengan pendekatan konseling kreatif dalam bingkai kognitif perilaku. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMP dan guru BK/konselor di SMP. Instrumen dan teknik pengumpulan data adalah interview dan observasi. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa dampak bertambahnya keterampilan guru BK dalam melaksanakan intervensi konseling kreatif dalam bingkai kognitif perilaku yang berfokus pada pembahasan penurunan perilaku agresif siswa. Secara keseluruhan dari kedua siklus tersebut terdapat perubahan keterampilan yang dimiliki gurur BK/konselor dalam menangani perilaku agresif siswa.
Adolesent faces complicated phase because the condition of unstable emotion. In beginning of adolesecence, the development shows strong sensitive and reactive characterisic to an event or social situation. The emotion is negative and temperamental. This research has purpose to: 1) helping student to solve development’s problems by using approach of transactional analysis counseling, 2) giving skill for counseling guidance teacher to be able to use approach on transactional analysis counseling by using life position technique, 3) helping adolecent to reach life position in gaining optimal development. This research uses descriptive method through the study of action research which consist of two cycles. The first cycle with counseling plan by using approach of transactional analysis counseling, and second cycle by giving perception and action whith approach of transactional analysis counseling. The subject of this research is student of junior high school as well as counseling guidance teacher. Instrument and technic of data accumulation is interview and observation. The result of it will increase the skill of counseling guidance teacher in doing conseling intervention and group of transactional analysis focuses in solving adolescent’s problem. Overall of those two cycles have the change of skill that counseling guidance teacher has to help solving adolescent’s development especially showing correct ego state and life script is I am ok you are ok.
This research is motivated by the high level of academic stress students have. by showing the behavior of avoiding lessons, such as often leaving class when school hours, skipping lessons, not doing school work, ignoring school assignments. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the cognitive behavioral modification counseling approach (KMKP) in reducing students' academic stress. The method used was quantitative with the Quasi experimental research design. The design form used was the pretest-posttest control group design. Data analysis using non-parametric statistics, namely Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The results showed an effective behavioral modification counseling approach to reduce students' academic stress. This is evidenced because the behavioral cognitive modification counseling approach places great emphasis on changing the internal dialogue of the counselee.
<p>This research aims to reveal the emotional intelligence of adolescents from divorced families in terms of self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, empathy, and social skills, and spiritual intelligence seen from the aspects of critical existential thinking, personal meaning production, trancendental awareness, and conscious state expansion. This research is descriptive, with research subjects being adolescents from divorced families in the Padang City, amounting to 30 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The data obtained were analyzed using percentage techniques. The research findings regarding emotional intelligence show that most adolescents from divorced families in Padang City have moderate emotional intelligence. Based on the aspects of emotional intelligence it was found that most of them had moderate self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, empathy, and social skills. The research findings regarding spiritual intelligence show that most adolescents from divorced families in Padang City have moderate spiritual intelligence. Based on the aspect of spiritual intelligence it was found that most of them had moderate critical existential thinking, personal meaning production, transcendental awareness, and conscious state expansion.</p>
