OBJETIVO: Contribuir para a promoção da aquisição de produtos da agricultura familiar para a alimentação escolar em Territórios da Cidadania do País. MÉTODOS: Foi realizado um estudo de intervenção com abordagem de articulação de redes intersetoriais presenciais, desenvolvidas a partir da atuação de equipes compostas por nutricionista, educador popular e engenheiro agrônomo ou técnico agrícola, que visitaram, por pelo menos dois momentos, todos os municípios pertencentes aos Territórios da Cidadania, visando articular redes intersetoriais presenciais capazes de desencadear processos locais de mobilização, organização e apoderamento de diferentes atores para a aquisição de produtos da agricultura familiar para a alimentação escolar nos municípios que compõem os referidos territórios. RESULTADOS: Os resultados mais expressivos foram: 14% dos municípios visitados apresentaram melhora na organização da agricultura familiar; 14% dos gestores passaram a apoiar o processo de aquisição de alimentos segundo a Lei nº 11.947/2009, e 27% dos municípios que não possuíam nutricionista contrataram o profissional. Não foram considerados satisfatórios os resultados obtidos para situação do Conselho de Alimentação Escolar. CONCLUSÃO: As ações desenvolvidas foram capazes de contribuir positivamente para o avanço da implementação da Lei Federal nº 11.947/2009 nos Territórios de Cidadania abordados.
Objetivo: Descrever a distribuição espacial de casos de intoxicação por agrotóxicos e analisar a tendência temporal da incidência e letalidade por esse evento no estado do Espírito Santo, Brasil. Métodos: Estudo de série temporal dos casos confirmados de intoxicação por agrotóxicos reportados ao Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação (Sinan) entre 2007 e 2016. As taxas de incidência foram apresentadas em mapas temáticos. Foram utilizados gráficos de dispersão, para apresentar a incidência e letalidade dos casos. Resultados: Houve incidência crescente de intoxicações no período, para o total dos casos, por sexo e faixa etária – exceto para maiores de 70 anos. A letalidade foi decrescente até 2012, com posterior aumento. Oito municípios apresentaram as maiores taxas de notificação (30 a 46 casos novos/100 mil habitantes). Conclusão: Houve aumento na incidência de notificações, no período. A letalidade mostrou-se decrescente até 2012, seguindo-se posterior crescimento.
RESUMOO presente trabalho objetivou descrever os casos de intoxicação exógena por agrotóxico ocorridos nas áreas urbanas e rurais do Estado do Espírito Santo, no período de 2007 a 2016. Foi realizado um estudo transversal comparativo com 2.434 casos reportados ao Sistema de Informação de Agravo de Notificações do estado. A proporção das intoxicações é semelhante nos meios urbano (51,8%) e rural (48,2%), entretanto, a incidência na área rural (200,9 por 100.000 habitantes) é 4,7 vezes maior que a urbana (43,1 por 100.000 habitantes). Na área urbana, o principal grupo de agente tóxico foi o raticida, sendo a intoxicação mais presente nos indivíduos com 9 a 11 anos de estudo e nos pardos (P = 0,001). Já na área rural, as intoxicações ocorreram majoritariamente nos indivíduos brancos, pouco escolarizados e com agrotóxicos de uso agrícola (P = 0,001). Fatores relacionados ao tipo de trabalho também associaram à intoxicação na área rural (P = 0,001). Para os dois territórios, a principal circunstância da contaminação foi tentativa de suicídio (P = 0,001). Assim, vê-se que as intoxicações exógenas por agrotóxicos afetam de maneira diferente as populações das zonas urbanas e rurais, sendo necessário considerar essas características para o planejamento de políticas públicas.Palavras-chave: agrotóxico, intoxicação exógena, sistemas de informação, área urbana. área rural.
