ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pola solidaritas kelompok pedagang (Soeratno, 2000), dalam bukunya yang berjudul "The Urban Informal Sector in Developing Countries" terbitan ILO 1981, memberikan definisi umum sektor informal adalah sektor ekonomi yang terdiri dari unit usaha berskala kecil yang memproduksi serta mendistribusikan barang dan jasa dengan tujuan pokok menciptakan kesempatan kerja dan pendapatan bagi dirinya masing-masing, dan dalam usahanya itu sangat dibatasi oleh faktor kapital, baik fisik maupun ketrampilan. Sektor informal yang berada di daerah pedesaan seringkali disebut sektor informal tradisional yang bergerak di bidang pertanian, sedangkan untuk sektor informal yang berada di daerah perkotaan sebagian besar bergerak dalam kegiatan pedagang kaki lima.Menurut pendapat Bromley (Mulyanto, 2007), pedagang kaki lima (PKL) merupakan kelompok tenaga kerja yang banyak di sektor informal.Pandangan Bromley, pekerjaan pedagang kaki lima merupakan jawaban terakhir yang berhadapan dengan proses urbanisasi yang berangkai dengan migrasi desa ke kota yang besar, pertumbuhan penduduk yang pesat, pertumbuhan kesempatan kerja yang lambat di sektor industri dan penyerapan teknologi yang padat moral, serta keberadaan tenaga kerja yang berlebihan.Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) adalah termasuk usaha kecil yang berorientasi pada laba layaknya sebuah kewirausahaan. Mereka mempunyai cara tersendiri dalam mengelola usahanya agar mendapatkan keuntungan dan sekaligus menjadi manajer tunggal yang menangani usahanya mulai dari perencanaan usaha, menggerakkan usaha sekaligus mengontrol atau mengendalikan usahanya, padahal fungsi-fungsi manajemen tersebut jarang atau tidak pernah mereka dapati dari pendidikan formal (Mulyanto, 2007). Manajemen usahanya berdasarkan pada pengalaman dan alur pikir mereka yang otomatis terbentuk sendiri berdasarkan arahan ilmu manajemen pengelolaan usaha, hal inilah yang disebut learning by experience. Kemampuan manajerial memang sangat diperlukan PKL guna meningkatkan kinerja usaha mereka, selain itu motivasi juga sangat diperlukan guna memacu keinginan para PKL untuk mengembangkan usahanya.
This article described the development of Ngebel tourism using a website. The tourism development concept uses the principles of e-government, such as government to citizens (G2C), government to government (G2G), and government to business (G2B). The study employed qualitative methods such as observation and focus group discussions (FGD) in collecting data. Data was analyzed using Nvivo 12 Plus software and the findings showed the Dolan Ngebel website applies the principles of government to citizens and government to business. This development was also received positively by the community and business people in the tourism industry. The website provides detailed information regarding the tourist attractions and facilities. Also, it is equipped with a map to make it easier for tourists to locate their destination. Overall, its use will help promote tourism to the locals and the international community. However, its development faces obstacles, including a lack of techsavvy human resources.
The existence of art Reyog Ponorogo until now it is a traditional art Ponorogo Regency, community pride even in politics is needed by the existence of the political elite, nevertheless the availability of the arts it politically sufficiently interesting to observe in the political dynamics localized in Ponorogo. How the political elite or the state doing my hegemony on all aspects of this art Reyog Ponorogo. This study using several methods to get clarification on the problems on some of them are with the interview, observation, and documentation. The result showed that elite politics or the state has made various ways to Hegemony art Reyog Ponorogo as a mass mobilization of effective local. especially in the dynamics of politics.
This research, entitled Application of Smart Villages in the Outskirts, aims to find out how the concept of the Digital Village program can be applied in suburban areas far from urban areas. In the current era of modern, technological developments are very rapid, especially the development of the internet which gives rise to new cultures in society. The internet is no longer foreign to the public, almost all people feel the changes with the development of the internet. The method used in this research is In this study the approach taken is through a qualitative approach. The research was conducted in one of the suburbs in Ponorogo Regency, namely Grogol Village, Sawoo District. Digital village is a program concept that implements government service systems, community services, and community empowerment based on the use of information technology. Grogol Village is the only village which was inaugurated by the Regent of Ponorogo as a digital village. The "Digital Village" application is an application used by the Grogol Village Government to improve Android-based public services with the hope of making it easier for the public to access information about the village and can also provide public services easily. The Digital Village Program in its implementation in the suburbs, especially in the Grogol Village area, Sawoo District, Ponorogo Regency is still far from the desired expectations in accordance with the digital village concept itself.
A strategy the villages on local tourism management is needed. This about the existence of a big payoff later tourism, If the government in a village can do a proper strategy and also the management of, course, the tourist places that already exist could well be organized. In writing this, the writer researched the government strategy villagers in local tourism management in Karangpatihan Village Balong District, Ponorogo Regency. The kind of research used in this research was descriptive qualitative. In determining, informants researchers used purposive, sampling techniques where informants. determined based on certain characteristics and data collection, use of observation, documentation, interview. The strategy took by the village administration Karangpatihan local tourism about which there is to make him tourist sites better known to more people and also with form POKDARWIS (Kelompok Sadar Wisata) Later on a tourist attraction that there could well order. And another is to promote through several media print, social media, and electronic media. Management done also is also working with POKDARWIS (Kelompok Sadar Wisata). Done by adding the spacecraft and of facilities and infrastructure. And of course, the spacecraft conducted to or facilities that are in tourist destinations.
