The influences of different fertilizer treatments on spore community structure and diversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi (AMF) were investigated in a long-term fertilization experiment with seven treatments: organic manure (OM), half organic manure N plus half fertilizer N (1/2 OMN), fertilizer NPK, fertilizer NP, fertilizer NK, fertilizer PK, and the control (without fertilization). Fertilization generally increased the nutrient contained in the fertilizer and treatments with NPK and 1/2 OMN produced the highest crop yields. Thirty-five species of AMF within 6 genera, including 8 previously undescribed species, were recovered. Similarly in all seven treatments, the most abundant genus was Glomus, and followed by Acaulospora. All the fertilization treatments changed AM species composition, and NK treatment had the slightest influence. Fertilization with fertilizers NP, PK and NPK markedly increased AM fungal spore density, while 1/2 OMN, OM and NK treatments showed no significant influences. All the fertilizer treatments, especially OM, significantly decreased species richness and species diversity (Shannon-Weiner index). There were no significant correlations between AM fungal parameters (spore density, species richness and species diversity) and soil properties. The findings indicate that long-term fertilization all can change AM fungal community structure and decrease species diversity, while balanced fertilization with NPK or 1/2 OMN is the most suitable fertilization regime if taking both crop yields and AM species diversity into account.

Database of color matching system for supercritical CO2 dyeing was established and its accuracy was verified. The K/S value curves of each of the trichromatic disperse dyes (C.I. Disperse Orange 30, C.I. Disperse Red 167 and C.I. Disperse Blue 79) were parallel, which indicated that the samples suits for building database of color matching system. The color matching system was emended with calibration coefficients that were derived from data of several samples dyed with a mixtures of disperse dyes in supercritical CO2. The recipes for a given sample could be found with the calibrated color matching system in supercritical CO2 dyeing.

Purpose: To explore the effect of application of teleopthalmology for screening of diabetes retinopathy in diabetic patients. Methods: The retinal images of 1646 diabetic patients undergoing diabetes retinopathy screening through teleopthalmology in Nanchang First Hospital were collected for 30 months (January 2020 to June 2022). Retinal images were collected, stored by community general practitioner, and diagnosed by both community general practitioner and ophthalmologist of our hospital through teleopthalmology. Results: A total of 1646 patients with 3185 eyes were examined, including 1936 eyes of diabetes retinopathy. The accuracy of community general practitioner was acceptable, which gradually improved with time. Conclusions:Teleopthalmology is a detection tool for diabetes retinopathy, which makes it possible for community general practitioners to grade images with high accuracy after appropriate training through teleopthalmology.It is possible to solve the current shortage of eye care personnel.

Slow-released anti-mosquito microcapsules finishing agent was prepared using the resin of melamine-formaldehyde as wall and DEET as core by in-situ polymerization. The effects of emulsifier content and oil/water ratio on anti-mosquito finishing agent were investigated. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and laser particle size analyzer were employed to characterize the microcapsules. The optimum synthesis condition was: 3% emulsifier SMA and oil/water ratio at 4:17. Under the conditions, the mean particle size of the capsules was about 39μm.
