The information obtained from the interviews with the TBI survivors and the SOs produced two models with a similar structure: three superordinate factors of personality items (affective regulation, behavioural regulation and engagement) and one superordinate factor of items relevant to mental state (restlessness and range of thought). Despite the similarity in structure, the content of the information obtained from the two interviews was different.
The teaching of programming is part of the basic academic training in Computer Science and related areas. Several techniques and tools have been developed to support the teaching-learning process of programming, such as digital games. This paper aims to replicate a systematic literature review (SLR) covering 2008-2012, and present a new SLR regarding the use of digital games focused on teaching programming for beginners in Informatics at the higher education in Brazil covering 2013-2017. We compared the SLRs' results in the last decade and identified which tools and pedagogical theories are applied in teaching-learning of programming.Resumo. O ensino de programação faz parte da formação acadêmica básica em Computação e áreas afins. Diversas técnicas e ferramentas são concebidas para apoiar o ensino-aprendizagem de disciplinas de programação, como a utilização de jogos digitais. Este artigo tem como objetivo replicar uma revisão sistemática da literatura (RSL) referente a 2008-2012, e apresentar uma nova RSL sobre a utilização de jogos digitais focada no ensino de programação para iniciantes em Computação no nível superior no Brasil, abrangendo 2013-2017. Foram comparados os resultados obtidos em ambos os períodos da última década e identificadas quais ferramentas e teorias pedagógicas são aplicadas para o ensino-aprendizagem de programação.
This work presents an educational game for exploring concepts about software ecosystems. The goal is to leverage students' interest, keeping them motivated and immersed in the learning activity. The game was developed following the ENgAGED (EducatioNAl GamEs Development) process and based on Construct 2 tool. Resumo. Este trabalho apresenta um jogo educacional com o intuito de apresentar conceitos de ecossistemas de software e despertar o interesse dos alunos, mantendo-os motivados e imersos na atividade de aprendizagem. Testicular vitrification is an alternative to preserve the genetic material of pre‐pubertal animals. However, there are few studies on post‐vitrification warming. Hence, the aim was to compare the influence of different warming temperatures on vitrified testicular fragments from pre‐pubertal cats. The testicles were fragmented and divided into a control group (non‐vitrified) and vitrified, using an association between dimethylsulphoxide and glycerol. The vitrified fragments were warmed at 50, 55 and 60°C/5 s. Morphological and morphometric evaluations were carried out using classical histology. Afterwards, the mitochondrial activity was evaluated using Rhodamine 123. The data were expressed in mean and standard error. The differences were considered significant when p < .05. In the histomorphological analysis, the testicular fragment presented seminiferous tubules with poorly developed germinal epithelium, compatible with pre‐pubertal animals. The group warmed at 50°C presented similar to the control regarding the maintenance of the integrity of the tubules and cells, without stromal rupture and lamina propria alteration, as well as regarding the maintenance of the junctions between the cells. The group warmed at 55°C showed reduction of the cell junctions, and the one warmed at 60°C had increased detachment of the basement membrane (p < .05). The warming caused a reduction in the tubular diameter inversely proportional and progressive to the increase in temperature, with the highest diameter in the control group and the lowest in the 60°C group. The control group showed a lower incidence of Rhodamine 123, followed in ascending order of the warmings at 55 and 60°C. The higher mitochondrial activity was obtained with 50°C, showing an increase of the metabolic cell function at this temperature. It was concluded that the testicular fragment of pre‐pubertal cats presents a better preserved morphology, morphometry and viability when warmed at 50°C.
Objetivou-se avaliar histologicamente os testículos de cães pré-púberes vitrificados com diferentes associações de crioprotetores. Para tanto foram utilizados 10 testículos de cães pré-púberes que foram fragmentados em amostras de 1 a 2 mm3 e vitrificados em diferentes associações de crioprotetores: dimetilsulfóxido (DMSO)/etilenoglicol (EG), EG/glicerol(GLI) e DMSO/GLI. Após um período de armazenamento, as amostras foram aquecidas e submetidas à histologia clássica e avaliadas quanto à separação celular da membrana basal (SMB), retração da membrana basal (RMB), distinção entre células de Sertoli e espermatogônias (DSE), visualização nuclear (VN) e condensação nuclear (CN). Em todos os grupos vitrificados houve algum grau de desorganização da arquitetura histológica comparado ao controle. Os túbulos seminíferos apresentaram epitélio germinativo pouco desenvolvido, rico em células germinativas, boa diferenciação entre espermatogônias e celulas de sertoli. Os 3 grupos vitrificados apresentaram maior SMB em relação ao controle (P < 0,05) e não diferiram entre si. Todos os grupos foram semelhantes ao controle quanto à RMB e VN. Quanto à DSE, a associação DMSO/EG não diferiu do controle, nem da associação EG/GLI, no entanto, essa associação e a associação DMSO/GLI foram significativamente inferiores ao controle, sendo essa última o pior resultado (P < 0.05). Com relação à CN, EGLI não diferiu do controle, nem tampouco do DMSO/EG que, por sua vez foi inferior ao controle (P < 0,05) e similar ao DMSO/GLI. Concluiu-se que as associações DMSO/EG e EG/GLI foram as que melhor preservaram a integridade testicular após o processo de vitrificação testicular de cães pré-púberes.
Adolescence corresponds to the period of discoveries, with anatomical, physiological, hormonal and psychological/ emotional changes, which favors changes in social life and also generates doubts about their behaviors and attitudes. The objective was to understand the adolescents' perception of their intimate affective relationships. This is an exploratory, descriptive research with a qualitative approach, carried out in February 2020. The setting was an outpatient clinic specializing in adolescent health, located in Rio de Janeiro. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed, based on Bardin's content analysis. Two categories were evidenced: Intimate affective relationships from the perspective of adolescents and sexual relationships from the perspective of adolescents. It was observed that the vulnerability of this public may be related to the precariousness of access to correct information and debates on subjects still considered myths and taboos in society.
