This study aims to determine the implementation of the Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) strategy in increasing Bank Bahteramas Customer Loyalty (CL) in Southeast Sulawesi. This research was conducted at 10 Bahteramas Bank Branch Offices in Southeast Sulawesi, namely; Kendari, Unaaha, Kolaka, Lasusua, Baubau, Raha, Wanci, Kasipute, Andoolo, Wanggudu. The sample in this study was 200 respondents who were distributed in all existing branch offices, where each branch office was taken, 20 respondents. The technique of determining the sample refers to the technique of accident sampling. This study uses multivariate regression. The results found that simultaneously CRM variables consisting of Bonding, Empathy, Reciprocity, Trust, and Commitment simultaneously had a significant effect on CL at Bahteramas Bank in Southeast Sulawesi. Then the partial test results (t-test) showed that: (1) Bonding as CRM strategy significantly influences on CL; (2) Empathy as CRM strategy has an insignificant effect on CL; (3) Reciprocal as CRM strategy has no significant effect on CL; (4) Trust as CRM strategy has a significant effect on CL; (5) Commitment as CRM strategy has a significant effect on CL.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1)Mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada jasa transportasi GrabCar di Kota Kendari, (2)Mengetahui pengaruh Harga terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada jasa transportasi GrabCar di Kota Kendari, dan (3) Mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Layanan dan harga terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada jasa transportasi GrabCar di Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini mengambil objek pengguna jasa transportasi online GrabCar sebanyak 100 sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi IBM Statistical Package for Sosial Sciene (SPSS) dengan menggunakan standar signifikansi sebesar 5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisi pada penelitian ini dapat di simpulkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, dan Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan secara bersama-sama. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Kepuasan Pelanggan

This study aims to examine and analyze mediating role of gratitude, trust, and commitment in financial, social, customization, and structural bonding on Bank Sultra customer loyalty. Total sample are 354 respondents through Slovin formula.The respondent obtained by convenience sampling method. Data for needs analysis questionnaires were obtained by using a Likert scale of 5 points.The data were then analyzed with methods of structural equation modeling approach. The analysis showed that; gratitude play a role mediating influence financial, social, customization, and structural bonding on customers trust, customers commitment, and customers loyalty; customer trust play a role mediating influence financial bonding and gratitude  on customer commitment and customer loyalty, but did not play a role mediating effect in social, customization, and structural bonding on customers commitment and customers loyalty; customers commitment play a role mediating influence financial bonding, social bonding, customization bonding, structural bonding, gratitude, and customers trust on customers loyalty. Key Words:   Consumer Behaviour, Relationship Marketing, Customer Loyalty,Customer Commitment, Customer trust, Gratitude, Financial Bonding, Social Bonding, Customization Bonding, Structural Bonding

To find out which marketing strategy is best applied to MSME actors at the Ranomeeto gate in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, To find out the obstacles faced by MSME actors at the Ranomeeto gate in implementing marketing strategies in order to survive in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, To find out solutions for MSMEs at the Ranomeeto gate in the face of the covid-19 pandemic in order to maintain their business. The research design used is descriptive research. The results showed that the MSME Strategy at the Ranomeeto gate in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic had shown a good strategy, including in the dimensions of Marketing, Production, Personal Sales, Advertising, Sales Promotion, Publication and Public Relations. The implementation of marketing strategies plays a very important role in increasing sales for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at Ranomeeto Gate. In implementing the marketing strategy of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at Ranomeeto Gate, currently four components of marketing strategy theory have been applied, namely segmentation, targeting, positioning, and differentiation. However, the implementation of the marketing strategy of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at Ranomeeto Gate is currently not optimal. During the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a decline in the sales performance of MSMEs business actors. The decline occurred in the early phase of the Covid 19 pandemic in Kendari City. This also resulted in a decrease in the use of labor so that some workers had to be laid off.

This study aims to determine whether relationship marketing and service quality affect patient satisfaction at the Bima Maroa Public Health Center, South Konawe Regency. The research used is quantitative research. Sources of data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires (research questionnaires) and secondary data obtained from supporting documents in the object of research, which includes an overview of the Bima Maroa Public Health Center. The number of samples taken in this study using the Slovin formula, namely 76 respondents. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis was used to solve research problems. Based on the results of research conducted using the SPSS 24 program, it shows that partially the relationship marketing variable has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Partially, the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on the patient satisfaction variable. Simultaneously, relationship marketing and service quality have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction variables.
