Ambiguity in the fish naming is present in several fish species database, especially for fish in Siluformes order. To fix the ambiguity, a visual intelligent system is needed to automate the fish naming correction in the database. In this study, we developed a deep-learning-based model as the core of the intelligent system. The proposed model achieved 89% accuracy for the classification of three genera in Siluformes order: Mystus, Hemibagrus, and Glyptothorax.
Ikan Bandeng (Chanos chanos) merupakan komoditas ikan unggulan di Kabupaten Brebes. Pengembangan ikan bandeng yang berkelanjutan diperlukan ekosistem bisnis yang mendukung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui eksositem bisnis usaha pembesaran ikan Bandeng di Desa Grinting, Kecamatan Bulakamba, Kabupaten Brebes. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2022 di Desa Grinting Kecamatan Bulakamba Kabupaten Brebes. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan survey aktif dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive. Data ekosistem bisnis diperoleh langsung melalui wawancara pada kelompok pembudidaya ikan menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil analisis bisnis proses menunjukkan bahwa suplai nener ikan bandeng di desa Grinting berasal dari Bali. Terdapat 1 orang anggota kelompok yang khusus melakukan usaha pendederan untuk menjamin suplai nener untuk pembesaran. Proses budidayanya umumnya menerapkan system tradisional yang dilakukan selama 4-6 bulan. Output produksinya berupa ikan bandeng konsumsi ukuran 6-7 ekor/Kg dan 1-2 ekor/Kg. Pasar atau customer ikan Bandeng konsumsi masih dalam lingkup wilayah Jawa Tengah. Pembudidaya ikan Bandeng telah membangun ekosistem bisnis melalui penerapan SIPOC secara close system dalam usaha budidaya yang berkelanjutan.
Red cherry ornamental shrimp have the advantage of their bright red body color and are popularly used to beautify the contents of the aquarium. Market demand for red cherry ornamental shrimp continues to increase both online and offline. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of closed system transportation time and the best time on the survival of red cherry ornamental shrimp after transportation and maintenance for 3 days. The method used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments given were P1 1 day (24 hours), P2 2 days (48 hours), P3 3 days (72 hours), P4 4 days (96 hours), and P5 5 days (120 hours). The shrimp used are 1.8 – 2.4 cm long and weigh 0.072 – 0.24 grams. The transportation simulation given is a shock simulation every 2 hours for 15 minutes. The results obtained showed that the closed system transportation time had a significant effect on the survival of the red cherry ornamental shrimp after transportation, but did not significantly affect the survival after 3 days of rearing. The best transportation time for the survival of red cherry ornamental shrimp after transportation was 1 day (24 hours) and 2 days (48 hours) with 96% and 91.67% survival respectively
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan kepadatan ikan dan volume media terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) serta menentukan rasio kepadatan efektif pada pembudidayaan akuaponik teknik media bed. Penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran parameter diantaranya adalah laju pertumbuhan spesifik ikan, rasio konversi pakan yang diberikan, kualitas air serta tingkat kelangsungan hidup (survival rate). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan (rasio tebar ikan 1 ekor/L media bed; 2 ekor/L media bed; 3 ekor/L media bed; dan 4 ekor/L media bed) serta dilakukan tiga kali pengulangan pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata panjang ikan akhir antara 6,5 – 9,5 cm, dan rata-rata berat ikan akhir kisaran 5 – 17 gram. Nilai kepadatan optimum dan produktivitas ikan terbaik dari penelitian ini yaitu pada P4 dengan padat tebar 20 ekor per liter air dengan hasil yang signifikan.
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan fodder millet (Panicum miliaceum) dari pengaruh densitas biji tanam, intensitas cahaya dan umur panen yang berbeda. Biji tanaman yang digunakan adalah pearl millet, ditanam secara hidroponik pada fase fodder. Penelitian menggunakan metode rancangan acak lengkap faktorial 2x3x4 dengan 4 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah densitas biji tanam 1,5 dan 2,5 kg/m 2 . Faktor kedua adalah umur panen 6, 9, dan 12 hari. Faktor ketiga adalah intensitas cahaya 25, 50, 75, dan 100% terhadap cahaya penuh. Variabel pertumbuhan yang diamati meliputi panjang daun, tinggi tanaman, produksi biomassa, konversi segar dan konversi bahan kering (BK). Data dianalisa menggunakan anova dan uji lanjut menggunakan Duncan's Multiple Range Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya interaksi perlakuan densitas biji tanam, intensitas cahaya dan umur panen terhadap variabel pertumbuhan fodder. Densitas 2,5 kg/m 2 menghasilkan produksi BK lebih tinggi daripada densitas 1,5 kg/m 2 . Panjang daun, tinggi tanaman, produksi segar dan produksi BK secara nyata (P<0,05) meningkat seiring dengan umur pemanenan 12 hari. Fodder millet perlakuan intensitas cahaya 50% menghasilkan produksi biomassa dan konversi lebih tinggi (P<0,05) daripada intensitas cahaya 25 dan 100%. Penelitian disimpulkan bahwa hasil pertumbuhan dan produksi biomassa fodder millet terbaik pada kombinasi densitas tanam 2,5 kg/m 2 , intensitas cahaya 50%, yang dipanen umur 12 hari. Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of patient satisfaction after orthognathic surgery and the correlation between the patient satisfaction level after orthognathic surgery and the results of the cephalometric skeletal analysis. Material and Methods: This study were patients who had orthognathic surgery either BSSO, Osteotomy Le Fort 1, or Double Jaw Surgery. First, the subjects filled out a questionnaire about patient satisfaction after orthognathic surgery, the second was taking cephalometric radiographs which were then analyzed by the Steiner method by measuring the angles of SNA, SNB, ANB, and GoGN-SN. Results: The results of the study on 10 research subjects showed that all questionnaire scores were in the "satisfied" category. Cephalometric skeletal analysis of all cephalograms showed 50% normal SNA angle, 10% normal SNB angle, 80% normal ANB angle, and 90% normal GoGN-SN angle. The Concordal Kendall test results show the correlation coefficient value of 0.534 or 53.4%. Conclusion: On average, patients are very satisfied with the orthognathic surgery they have undergone. There is a correlation between the level of patient satisfaction after orthognathic surgery and the results of the cephalometric skeletal analysis.
The phenomenon of social entrepreneurship had grown rapidly along with poverty alleviation efforts. The Director General of Social Empowerment of the Ministry of Social Affairs seeks to develop innovative poverty reduction programs by carrying out social empowerment efforts through the Social Entrepreneurship Program (Prokus) collaboration with the Pusat Inkubator Bisnis LPPM UNSOED. This research’s aims were: 1) Identify the KPM profile of the Social Entrepreneurship Program in Brebes Regency, 2) Find out the pattern of incubation for the Social Entrepreneurship Program in Brebes Regency. Qualitative analysis was used in this study. The sampling method was carried out census on 300 KPM spread over 38 villages or sub districts in Brebes Regency. From this research, it shows that 94.3% of KPM ran a business in the Agribusiness sector, as much as 96.5% use family labor, the length of business that has been run for more than 5 years is 59.7%, the income per day below IDR 50,000 was 93%. Business incubation assistance can help increase KPM graduations. The assistance includes financial literacy, Business Model Canvas (BMC) training, Good Food Processing Practice training and packaging techniques, online marketing, product branding, business model development and networking.
