The development of multi-channel communication is getting new opportunities for business people. Communication that shifts from traditional to digital causes companies to anticipate conditions by creating various channels that can remain integrated with each other. In the rapidly changing digital era, the marketing approach is not only focused on one interaction, but also focuses on virtual and physical relations among company and customers. Companies are required to focus on changing technology infrastructure and practices in economic transformation through an omnichannel strategy. Customers can interact with the company through extensive communication channels as they wish, without having to repeat information when switching channels Research from omnichannel management is gaining traction, with reports indicating that integrating omnichannel systems results in 250% greater buy frequency, 13% higher order value, 90% more customer retention, and 13.5% better engagement rates contrast with single-channel systems (Collins, 2019). This research seeks to assess the quality of integration in omnichannel, to identify perceived quality in determining cross-buying intentions and also the perceived value of customers towards the company. This study employs a quantitative methodology which is a method involving parameter estimation, hypothesis testing, establishing confidence intervals, and the relationship between two or more properties (variables) for parameters that have a certain known normal distribution. Then analyzed using the method, factor analysis, and hypothesis testing using PLS. Customers of Tokopedia represent the study's primary unit of analysis. The number of samples is 120 respondents. The findings of this study show that hypothesis H1 does not support the channel service configuration variable and does not have a significant effect on omnichannel integration quality (INQ). Hypothesis H2 supports the hypothesis that content consistency has a significant effect on omnichannel integration quality (INQ) and H3 supports the hypothesis that process consistency has a significant effect on omnichannel integration. Quality (INQ) and H4 assurance quality have a significant effect on omnichannel integration quality (INQ). H5 is also supported by omnichannel integration quality which has a substantial impact on the cross buying intention. H6
The background of this research is the gap between the understanding of religion and its practice in everyday life. There are many religious people who are individually pious but not socially pious. This study focuses on the educative interactions of PAI teachers and their implications for the attitudes of students' social piety. This research method is qualitative research with educational sociology approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the research data were analyzed using qualitative analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusions. The data validity test in this study is data triangulation, namely technical triangulation, source triangulation, and time triangulation. This research shows that the educational interactions of PAI high school teachers have implications for the development of students' attitudes of social piety
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi landasan sosiologis pengembangan kurikulum melalui kurikulum muatan lokal berbasis keagamaan di SMAN 1 Pleret Bantul. Adapun metode penilitan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, uji validitas data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai implementasi landasan sosiologis pengembangan kurikulum, SMAN 1 Pleret Bantul mengembangkan kurikulum muatan lokal berbasis keagamaan. Muatan lokal berbasis keagamaan ini diwujudkan baik dalam bidang ekstrakurikuler, intrakurikuler, dan didukung oleh beberapa kegiatan keagamaan yang dilaksanakan secara rutin di sekolah. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sikap religiusitas siswa sehingga terwujud dalam bentuk akhlak dan perilaku moral dalam perilaku siswa sehari-hari baik di sekolah, rumah, maupun di masyarakat.
The background of the problem in this research was the importance of teacher’s role in fostering the good character of students. Based on the results of preliminary research, there were still many students who showed bad attitudes such as fighting, not wanting to help friends who were having difficulties, being ignorant, and so on. This study used a qualitative method and the data sources in this study included teachers of Akidah Akhlak subject, school principal, and students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique was inductive and described narratively. The results of this study indicated that the teachers of Akidah Akhlak at MTs Negeri 1 Tanjungkarang generally have carried out their roles quite well, especially in fostering the good character of the students. Latar belakang penelitian ini ialah adanya persoalan dalam studi Islam yang di dalamnya mencakup studi teks dan sosial, yang tentunya harus terus dikembangkan sehingga memiliki kekayaan dan varian-varian temuan yang akan bermanfaat bagi eksistensi keilmuan dan memiliki manfaat pragmatis bagi masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendekatan hermenutika dalam studi Islam dipandang sebagai alat bantu dalam membaca, memahami, menjelaskan suatu fakta, teks sumber hukum ajaran Islam, baik al-Qur’an maupun al-Hadis maupun realitas perilaku sosial dan keagamaan masyarakat melalui sebuah interpretasi untuk mengungkapkan makna sesungguhnya dari teks atau realitas tersebut.
